Into the Fire! Tess Jones [D] vs Katsumi Oshiro

Katsumi's focus, however, was on the defiant young blonde in her clutches. Indeed, the remarks she's made would elicit a tighter arch in the submission hold, with Katsumi determined to wrench a little humility out of her.

Granted, a part of her liked it; liked that the teen had that spark. It wouldn't stop her from thrashing her here tonight, but a little admiration from the Punk Princess couldn't hurt, per se.

She feels the legs begin to tremble under the straining arch, but she doesn't hear the telltale screams she was waiting for. The more rapid breathing is an obvious sign to everyone watching the level of pain starting to mount up within Tess, but Katsumi can't quite feel or see that from her position. Still, knowing the tension of the position, the extremity of the arch, she's starting to worry a little. The last thing she wants is for the rookie to force herself into an injury out of pride. Katsumi's a monster in many ways, but she doesn't hate this girl. She doesn't even dislike her.

She suddenly releases the legs, shoving them forward to release the submission hold all at once. Turning to rest her knees beside her on the mat, Katsumi leans in to press a hand against her back, as if to either keep her there on the mat, or ground her in knowing where Katsumi is beside her. She leans in closer to the blonde.

"Hey. Rookie. Don't let your mouth cut your career short," she says, voice only loud enough for Tess. "Now I'm gonna keep beatin' ya up. Alright?"

Suddenly the growing pain resided, her opponent had released the hold. Tess flopped to the mat, the brief respite a bitter pill to the reality that she hadn’t survived, she had merely been given mercy.

Her opponent explained the situation & that talking smack was not going to end well. Fine then, she’d have to let her skills do the talking, she wasn’t going to let one good hold make her feel like a loser, this fight was still on.
It took all Tess’s self control, somewhat aided by the foot on her back not to yell and obscenity and say something she couldn’t take back

“I’m not done yet, lets rock”

Tess put her hands to the mat and powered herself back up.

Well, a hand on her back! Katsumi wasn't trying to be overtly cruel and oppressive in that moment, and keeping low on her knees helped her bring her lips closer to the blonde's ear. And hearing her words, she withdraws the hand and slips back to her feet, letting Tess rise unhindered but for whatever residual pain may still spike in her spine.

Katsumi's pleased enough with that answer. She would've responded with something similar, no doubt, and she recognizes bombastic energy and an eagerness to prove herself. It's almost a shame what she's going to have to do to her as the match ticks on! But that's the nature of the beast, the horribleness the blonde signed up for.

She comes to a stop at the center of the mat and turns to face her, a small smirk on her face. "Now lock up with me like you belong in here," she says, arms raised. She's eager, too. Eager to see if Tess will meet the challenge. Eager to see if the girl can measure up to her strength-wise. It's starting to become fun, the prospect of testing her limits. Seeing where she's lacking, seeing what she's bringing to the table.

Tess rose unhindered, her core relaxed as she realised no kicks were coming her direction.

Shaking herself off and trying to avoid showing any signs of being worse for wear from the stretching, Tess placed herself in a battle pose. Her eyes locked to her opponent who calmly stood in the centre of the ring and presented a lock up. Tess smiled, her over confidence brimmed, she puffed up, high on her own ego.

“Like I belong?!, bitch I was born for this, you want violence? Don’t worry I’ll bring it”

Tess eagerly stepped forward and engaged the lock, throwing all her strength into dominating her opponent physically.

At last, the two meet in the center of the ring for the classic collar and elbow tie-up. Katsumi's left hand seizes to Tess's collar, pressing into her skin. Her right hand hooks onto Tess's left elbow. She's surprised at first from the amount of force Tess immediately brings into the grapple, falling back several steps. She wasn't prepared to meet her full-bore like that, and the result sees Katsumi's back pressed into the ropes, arching a little against them.

With a soft growl, she pulls on the elbow and pushes against Tess's collar in an attempt to roll the two over against the ropes. Not necessarily to hurt her in this position, but to assert herself over the blonde. To arch her back against the ropes, leaning heavily into her - enough so that their midsections press together.

Tess’s confidence grows as her opponent is pressed by her heavy assault, but in her overconfidence her balance fails, her opponent instead uses her weight against her and flips her, quickly leaving her against the ropes. In shock she doesn’t press her weight and ends up being bent against the ropes. The punk princess pushes forward pressing her firm body against Tess’s, her hot breath on Tess’s neck throws her off even more.

Shaking herself back into focusing on the fight, Tess places a foot into Katsumi’s hip, intending to break one hand of the hold and using her remaining grip to swing Katsumi into the ropes.

“Get out of my personal space ya big freak!” Tess cries out

Katsumi wasn't in too much of a hurry to release the hold on Tess once it's been secured. She can stand to linger here until the referee gives the order to break the hold, because every passing second is an assertion of who's the top dog in the ring tonight. And Katsumi is none too shy about bodily pressing herself into Tess's form to make that statement pronounced, veritably bullying the younger girl. She leans tight into her, the warm kiss of skin against skin more pronounced between their midsections, Katsumi breasts lightly pressing into Tess's as she's arched.

The referee starts to close in, but doesn't have enough time to enforce the rope break rule. Tess works her boot in against Katsumi's hip and pushes with an arm to send Katsumi away - or rather, aside. Either way, the contact is broken and the pressure of Katsumi's body against Tess's is relieved.

The Punk Princess staggers with the push, until she hooks an arm over the top rope to catch herself a few feet to Tess's side. "Hahah! You sound so aggro! What's the matter, got personal bubble issues?," she teases as she begins to collect herself.

Her words fell on deaf ears, Katsumi pressed herself further in. Tess’s back again strained, the pain only building up as it lost strength, her only reprise was the war press of flesh from her opponents torso, but this was hardly the place to enjoy such things. Tess’s kick worked, flinging Katsuni back off her but not managing to retain her grip. She used the space to catch her breath.

“You offered me a fight, not a chance to rub yourself against me. The crowd wants to see violence, and I intend to give them a show”

Tess charged forward her hands aiming for grips, her left dove for opponents neck, maybe a chokeslam would shut her up?

"Ugh, we're wrestling, don't make it weird!," complains Katsumi, taking a considerably more casual approach to the banter.

Not that anything has changed. She fully intends to brutalize the mouthy blonde. But to her surprise, Tess comes barreling in again in short order. Katsumi leans off of the ropes just in time for her to find a hand grabbing for her throat.

Eyes widened, unsure what the shorter girl intends to do but unwilling to let her just try the power move on her, Katsumi hooks a hand over her elbow. The other hand swings in low, looking to drive a hook punch deep into the other girl's pale midsection once. Twice! Three times!

Tess’s grip finds her opponent’s throat, but before she can even attempt a lift a fist comes barrelling in.
SLAM
“Uuggh”
The first hit knocks the wind out of her as not only is her opponent strong, but she also just ran into the damn jab. The next too hit her a little less hard, but it’s difficult to notice the difference.

“Aaaggh, uggh. Fuuck!”

Tess tries to tighten the throat grip, but she’s bent over double and completely unprepared for whatever her opponent plans to throw at her next.
