As always, Emaline passed the time before her next match staring upon her reflection in the locker mirror. Dressed in her bright green two piece, she lackadaisically yet methodically combed every inch of her hair, more concerned about her appearance than her upcoming opponent. A LAW official eventually approached her and told her it was time but she simply dismissed him with an off-hand wave, not even bothering to glance at the man. She ran her fingers through her hair, confirming that its silkiness matched her standards. Then she set off to the arena.

As expected, the audience welcomed her with a mix of jeers and cheers, though mostly the former. Uncaring of their recption, she elegantly sauntered down the ramp with a slight grin on her face. Walking up the steel steps, she grabbed onto the top ropes and leaned backwards, lethargically yet gracefully backflipping into the ring. From there, she strolled over to her corner, nonchallantly draped herself across the ropes, and rested her head on her fist as she awaited her opponent's entrance.

The opening notes of the Peacock Goddess' theme echoed through the arena, the crowd's reaction becoming a little less divergent, as a wave of cheers rose to meet the new music. The curtain swept open, and Kaelara Tripathi stepped out onto the stage.

A wide, beaming smile was plastered on her face, her hazel eyes sparkling with excitement. She raised her arms, soaking in the adoration of the crowd. Her ring attire was a spectacle of vibrant colors, complete with golden peacock feathers stemming from right above her rear! She took a moment at the top of the ramp, striking a graceful pose with one leg extended, before beginning her descent down the ramp.

She slapped the outstretched hands of fans along the barricade, her joy infectious. As she reached the ring, she didn't use the steps. Instead, she sprinted the last few feet, slide under the bottom rope, and popped up to her feet in one fluid motion, showing off her agility. She bounced on the balled of her feet in the center of the ring, radiating pure, unadulterated energy. Her gaze finally fell upon her opponent in the opposite corner. Her smile didn't falter, but grew a little more competitive. She gave a respectful, if enthusiastic, nod in Emaline's direction.

Emaline only smiled mildly in response to her opponent's nod before she languidly stood up on the top turnbuckle. With her hands behind her back, she nonchalantly tightrope walked down the ropes until she arrived at the centre where she hopped down onto the canvas, all while keeping her eyes brimming with thinly veiled disdain focused on Kaelara.

The bell rang, signifying the start of their match but the Viper didn't rush into combat. "My, what a delightfully spunky specimen, you are." She said her backhanded compliment in her usual gentle and formal to the point of patronising tone. Then she raised up both of her arms and presented her open palms. "Shall we begin with a test of strength?" Of course, her challenge was a little more than a ruse. If the Peacock were to accept the test of strength and actually clasp hands with Emaline, she would jump up and snap her legs shut across Kaelara's midsection before squeezing for a bodyscissors.

Kaelara's grin widened as Emaline performed her impressive, if arrogant, tightrope walk. The Peacock Goddess was a performer at heart, and she could appreciate a good display of athleticism, even from an opponent who seemed to look down her nose at the entire world. The subtle disdain in Emaline's eyes was not lost on her, but Kae simply took it as part of the fun.

The bell rang, and Kae settled into a light, bouncing stance, ready for just about anything. Emaline's patronizing tone was met with chuckles from Kae, a musical sound that seemed to fill the small space between them.

"The name's Kaelara, miss. But I'll take the compliment!" she chirped.

When Emaline raised her hands for a test of strength, Kae's eyes lit up. She loved a classic, good old-fashioned contest of power, a chance to show off her strength and connect with her opponent right from the get-go. She didn't hesitate for a second. So, stepping forward, closing the distance, and confidently locking both her hands with Emaline's, she would plant her feet, ready to push and give the Viper a tantalizing taste of her strength. But, the moment their fingers interlaced, Kae realized that she might have misjudged her opponent.

Emaline launched herself upwards, and before Kae could disengage or even properly brace herself, her powerful, thicc thighs snapped shut around her midsection.

"Oof!" The air was driven from Kae's lungs in a sharp grunt as the bodyscissors cinched in tight. The sudden, intense pressure around her ribs was a shocking counter to her straightforward approach. Her hazel eyes widened in surprise. She had been caught, her hands resting on Emaline's thighs as she attempted to figure out how to power out of this!
