Honor Bound Battle: Alizeh Midori vs Emily Nelson

Alizeh may have been caught by Emily in a pin early on but the Emerald Storm would be damned if she let herself be done in so easily. As such not only did she manage to get free of her opponent's hold but also reverse the pin fall on Emily as well, pinning her down to the mat in turn! Unfortunately however her own attempt at pinning the older woman wouldn't be successful just as Emily's had failed on her.

Kicking out at the count of one Alizeh would be dropped down to the mat, rolling across the mat, or trying to at least but Emily was able to grab her, arm, pulling Alizeh to her feet before whipping her towards the ropes! Eyes widening at this Alizeh would rebound off them and back at Emily!

Eyes widening in realization Alizeh reacted in the only way she could. Trying to turn this into a moment of offense by raising her arm up for a clothesline! Unfortunately however it would appear that Emily had the same idea, so if neither woman did anything the two would end up crashing into each other and knocking each other down!

The match was accelerating to a faster pace now as Emily rebounded off the ropes, heart racing as she came charging at Alizeh, hoping to catch her by surprise. Alizeh, however, demonstrated superb reaction time, and charged right at Emily...with a clothesline of her own.

Emily's eyes widened as she suddenly realized what Alizeh was doing. She could swear she saw a change in Alizeh's expression as well as the other girl also seemed to realize what Emily had been attempting. And at this point, it was too late for either of them to stop it.

Alizeh's forearm slammed against Emily's chest, just as Emily's forearm slammed against Alizeh's. With a loud grunt, Emily toppled backwards, crashing onto her back, stunned by the mutual impact, as around them, the crowd roared at this unexpected collision and at how well-matched the two ladies were so far.

BAM

With an audible sound of impact of flesh upon flesh Alizeh and Emily had crashed into each other fore arms first into each other's chest, consequently bringing both women down to the mat as a result.

Naturally the only ones to win from this exchange were the fans who were somehow cheering even louder than before at seeing two women so evenly matched with each other go toe to toe with each other and now things had ended up exactly as they had started with both Emily and Alizeh on equal footing so to speak. Wincing slightly and rolling over Alizeh would hold her chest with a soft hiss of pain as a result.

"Damn... you do hit hard." Alizeh said as she moved to push herself up until she was on her feet, looking at her opponent with a determined expression, yet a grin still present on her face, even as she waited for Emily to rise to her feet in the same way Alizeh had before doing anything else.

"So do you," Emily replied with a grimace as she pushed herself upright as well, also grinning even as she cradled her hurting chest. Around them, the audience clapped at this display of equal skill and power from the two women, and Emily couldn't blame them: if she was honest, she was thrilled to run into an opponent who could give her a good run for her money, and that was very much what Alizeh seemed to be.

She circled Alizeh again, and motioned for a lockup. "Care to try again?" she asked, goading her opponent on into another grapple fest, though she was also wary of any sneaky tactics the Emerald Warrior might pull...

Rolling over and sitting up after the mutual collision between herself and Emily her chest was still hurting but gradually she'd manage to make it onto a vertical base. Looking up Alizeh would notice that the older woman had managed to do the same and was inviting her in for another lock up making the green haired girl smile slightly in response. "Hehe... with pleasure." Alizeh said as she approached the woman, reaching out to grasp hands with her and start pushing against her with everything she had, treating this as more of a test of strength this time around!

Emily half expected Alizeh to bypass the grapple and instead go for a striking attack. But to her pleasant surprise, Alizeh eagerly went in for the grapple again. This woman absolutely valued sportsmanship as much as Emily did, and given all of the heels and tweeners Emily had been facing ever since she had joined LAW (aside from Akemi), it was a gratifying experience.

For the second time, both Alizeh and Emily pushed and twisted aggressively against one another. Emily clenched her teeth: Alizeh was easily matching her in strength and determination, and for a moment, the two women were deadlocked. Emily moved to quickly break that deadlock, though, spinning around and grabbing onto Alizeh's arm with both hands, aiming to whip her across the ring to the ropes. The moment Alizeh bounced back, Emily would be ready, aiming to grab for her wrist and flip her onto her back before covering her for a pinfall!

Alizeh smirked a bit towards Emily as she reached up and grasped onto the woman's hands, gripping them as she began pushing against her in a classic contest og grappling and skill. Trying to overwhelm her and gain the advantage the old fashioned way. Or at least try too. Before she could get too far in her endeavor however when Emily moved, holding onto her arm and pulling Alizeh to send her running at the ropes with a Irish whip!

'Shit!' Alizeh thought to herself as she was forcefully rebounded off the ropes and sent running back at Emily only to get taken off her feet and down to the mat for a pinfall! "Ngh!" Alizeh grunted out as her back hit the mat before getting pinned right after!

"ONE!"

Before it could go any further however Alizeh would grit her teeth before lifting her legs up and kicking out with force, refusing to let the count go past one this early in the match!

Almost as soon as Emily wrapped Alizeh up for a pinfall, the green haired girl kicked out. Not surprising, really: Emily didn't expect a fighter of Alizeh's caliber to go down quite so soon. It simply meant she would have to work a little more to defeat her, that was all.

Kneeling behind Alizeh, Emily would grab for the other girl's head, before sliding her slender legs around it, locking her boot heel under her leg and leaning back on her palms, aiming to start squeezing Alizeh and cutting off her air supply in a figure four head scissor!

Managing to have kicked out of Emily's pin fall attempt Alizeh was far from out of the woods just yet. Left in a seated position Alizeh would feel herself grabbed before Emily's legs then wrapped tightly around her head!

"Ngh!" Alizeh gasped out as Emily then fell back, locking her in a tight figure four head scissor! "Mmmmph! Nghhh!" Alizeh cried out, twisting and turning on the mat, trying to shift and shimmy along the mat to try and reach her leg out to try and get her foot on the bottom rope!

Emily smiled as her slender legs locked tightly around Alizeh's head, causing the greenette to struggle to free herself. She leaned back on her palms, letting her legs do all the work as Alizeh desperately tried to free herself. "Come on, luv," she said, engaging in some good natured trash talk, "you aren't getting out of there. Just tap before you pass out, aye?"

But Alizeh did not tap out. Instead, her opponent continued to twist and turn, shimmying her legs closer and closer to the ropes. Finally, Alizeh just barely managed to hook the bottom rope with a green booted heel. The crowd burst into cheers at this, and Emily, for her part, graciously released her foe.

"Not bad," Emily said, complimenting her foe, standing up to move after her. Grabbing Alizeh by the arm, she whipped the greenette across the ring. The moment Alizeh came bouncing back, Emily would drop low, wrapping her arms around Alizeh's thighs...and with a grunt of exertion, would try to stand up so that Alizeh's upper body came down against her back, and would drop down to try to hammer Alizeh head-first into the ring! This, if nothing else, would be a none too subtle reminder to Alizeh that Emily had plenty of power under her genteel manners...
