"Amazon" Alaina Sanders-Haines (C) vs. Ambre Brault: Cage Match For The LAW Heavyweight Championship

The amazon was grabbed by the challenger and hauled up. She moaned in pain as something big was coming. She had to try to stop it somehow. Alaina took a deep breath and reached to grab the back of Ambre's legs hoping to stop the lift and flip her over onto her back! Alaina was about to get a good grip when... up she went. Alaina was upside down shaking her head as she was then spiked agonizingly thunderously to the mat skull first! Her body went limp and flopped motionless to the mat without a sound.

The champ was down and out at the mercy of the challenger!

Ambre was about to use her finisher after lifting the champion into the air for a few seconds, sighing heavily to catch her breath before falling to her knees... But the Amazon escaped the piledriver by falling into her struggle, forcing Ambre to release her grip and step back. The Black Pearl was surprised to see the champion in such bad shape; it was a state she had never been able to witness with her own eyes... She had certainly become stronger and more resilient since their first match, and that motivated her to keep fighting!

Even though her body, especially her legs, felt heavy, Ambre ran to the nearest ropes and leaped onto the middle rope to jump into the ring, spinning in the air for a quick body splash on the champion! If she succeeded, she would follow up by lifting Alaina's leg for a pinfall and try to conclude this match while the champion was in critical condition!

Alaina looked down and out, not moving or struggling as Ambre crashed down on top of her. Alaina moaned in pain her only sign of life as the official moved in place to begin counting the pin!

"ONE!"

"TWO!

"THR-"

Alaina shouted and bridged her back, arching out of the pin before her body crashed limply to the mat again. She laid there. Her chest rising as she drew labored breaths.

Ambre crushed the champion under her full weight by positioning herself vertically. She had a slight headache from her rotation, but remained focused on the next part of the match: the pinfall! She raised the champion's chamber, the referee rushed to begin the count and...

"ONE! TWO! TH-!!.."

The Frenchwoman was lifted by the amazon, ending the count by lifting her shoulders off the mast. The Black Pearl couldn't believe it; she sat up on her knees with a long sigh... She was so close to victory, only half a second away from becoming champion... But the match had to go on! Alaina wasn't going to end her winning streak that easily!

“Uuuhff!... Of course you're bot going to make the things easy... Alright..!”

Alaina groaned and rolled over, struggling to push herself up to her feet. She gasped for breath and shook her head trying to figure out what to do to get back into the fight. Alaina was hurting and running out of time. She couldn't lose here...

Alaina rushed at Ambre and lowered her shoulder, hoping that a fast but simple shoulder block would do the trick! However if this failed it likely was going to be Alaina that ended up in a bad spot which would only make her situation that much worse. Still the worst thing she could do was nothing so she tried her best to go back on the attack knowing full well that it was a total gamble.

Ambre got up after a few seconds of breathing space and rushed towards Alaina with her arms wide open, ready to grab the Amazon for a submission hold... But the champion was more brutal and faster, charging towards the Black Pearl with her shoulder to the forehead for a simple but effective shoulder block!

"Agh!"

The Frenchwoman took the blow full force to the chest, being pushed back several times until her back smashed against the corner of the ring. Ambre winced in pain and had to quickly prepare for Alaina's next move, she knew the champion wasn't going to give her a second to rest !..

Alaina shook her head and staggered back trying to recover herself. She was hurting and still in a daze from that pile driver messing up her head. She wasn't seeing straight still. She motioned for Ambre to come out of the corner and grapple with her. "Come on... come on..." Alaina said to herself. She was ready to reach out and grab Ambre in a bear hug lookin to squeeze the life out of her and try to go for a win that way, happy to use Ambre's favorite offense against her as best the amazon could!

Ambre sighed in pain, leaning against the corner of the ring to stay upright and gritting her teeth to force her legs from falling. She fought against fatigue and pain, but while she breathed to regain her strength, the champion approached the challenger and gave her a powerful bearhug!

"Nnghh!.. Gaaaaahh!!.."

The squeeze was powerful; the Amazon was still as powerful despite all the blows and holds she had just received... And Ambre couldn't escape by grabbing the ropes; Alaina had moved closer to the center of the ring to avoid the rope break! The Black Pearl was like an animal in the same cage as her predator... But she too could bare her fangs!

"Gnnnhhh!... Not... so fast!..."

The Frenchwoman also wrapped her arms around the champion's hips, squeezing her in a bearhug for a bearhug duel between the two heavyweights! Ambre was at a disadvantage because of her delay, but she persevered despite the pain, not wanting to lose without having given her all!

Alaina was squeezing away as hard as she could when Ambre grabbed hold of her and began to do the same! Alaina had taken a beating and Ambre was putting the pressure right on where Alaina was the most sore, most aching on her torso! She shook her head, her hair flying wildly as she let out a loud shout trying to squeeze even harder giving it everything she had! She couldn't lose this, and whoever took advantage here could very well be the woman to take it all the way to an ending!

The bearhug duel between the two heavyweights was intense and painful, especially for the Black Pearl, who shook her head slightly from side to side, biting her lip to avoid showing her opponent that she was exhausted and in pain. It was a tough competition, both physically and mentally, and Ambre wasn't about to lose anytime soon!

This duel reminded her of her match against Astrid Ostberg, the former heavyweight champion, and the result of that match had ended in defeat... But this time, Ambre was much stronger! With a small roar to encourage and impress herself, Ambre leaned back and lifted the champion, trying to make her bearhug stronger by transforming it into a lifting bearhug! Although she had been prey facing a predator since the beginning of this match, the Black Pearl was slowly beginning to show that she too could be a predator.
