Anko sees the foot coming and grabbed the foot and slowly holds it up as slowly hitting a dragon screw,if sucessfull she would deliver some kicks to the bad leg and try applying a figure four.

Reiko was surprised at how she caught it, but her brain wouldn't let her process it before she was brought down hard with the dragonscrew.

Anko continued to work on the leg as she tried torture the leg with her figure four leg lock, squeezing the legs ,she tried pushing the back of the ankle to apply more tork on the hold.
