Re: X's on a Full-Moon: E'isa vs Eleanor Moonlight

E'isa was getting to her feet, a bit rattled but still in it. The knee was clean and the strength behind it was next level, but taking it so early in the match still fresh, it didn't really leave as much of an impact. If it had landed later in the match it could've been dangerous, but E'isa still fresh would take it on the chin literally. Eleanor in disbelief would cling to the ropes, puzzled how E'isa wasn't downed by a move that usually left others down for a while. Trying not to get too distracted and refocus, she'd look to go for another move and try to get the Latina down this time, wanting to keep her down and stop the heavyweight from getting any momentum.

E-Mac trying to get back to her feet would feel like her jaw was sore. Maybe in need of an icepack or dental visit after the match but for now she was okay. Looking in the corner of her eye she'd see a quick, nimble Eleanor looking to get off more offense potentially in the air. Going for a springboard off the second rope, E'isa taking note would wait for her to hit the air. The moment she hit the air after jumping off the ropes, she'd spring up and grab her mid-air, looking to attempt to pay her back for earlier. Now using Moonlight's momentum off the ropes, E-Mac would look to spin her around and plant her with a Spine-buster! Shaking the ring as she'd waste no time on the canvas, popping back up with a kip-up before looking down at Eleanor, a cocky smug look on her face. Showcasing her power and reaction time in an instant before flexing to the crowd.

Properly calculating the momentum needed to land on E'isa, Eleanor was about to spin, as she turned around she was met with the worst case scenario. E'isa was positioning herself to interrupt her movement in midair, whatever her opponent had in store for her was going to result with her body complaining about the decision that was made.

Eleanor could feel E'isa's strong grip as she was caught although this didn't last long as it was followed with a spine buster whose strike went all over her body. E'isa with a not expected agility after taking that initial combo, stood up throwing a defiant and challenging look to Eleanor to continue with a flexing towards the audience. At that moment she realized the monstrous task she had to accomplish, as much as she was physically prepared...in order to face a heavyweight she had to enter a totally different world where a debt had to be pay with sweat and blood for the incursion.

-So this is what they meant by disadvantage- complained mentally.

Eleanor was trying to get back on her feet, she was still hurt and exposed to an attack.

E'isa taking in the cheers and boos would continue her smug look. Taking a deep breath in, relishing it all, her core fans cheering from the front row. The feeling of being in control was a high and she never grew tired of it. Her lust for control and power grew increasingly with each passing match. Putting her focus back into the match at hand though, she'd look back down at Eleanor. She was an amazing athlete but E'isa felt she misunderstood who she decided to take the match against. E'isa seeing Moonlight try to get up, glanced back to the ropes before getting a running start into them. Ready to shift the momentum.

"Back to the basics.."

Thinking back to her regular set-up every match. She'd win the lockup then transition into a headlock or show her rope to rope speed. Seeing Eleanor try to get back to her feet, E-Mac would get a head of steam off the ropes before coming in like a truck, looking to get off a massive shoulder tackle and send her flying. Wanting to really send the message to Eleanor and anyone watching that E'isa wasn't gonna go down easy and she had a monumental task ahead of her.

Eleanor was trying to stand up taking advantage of the moment of interaction between E'isa and the audience, maybe it was the right moment to try to catch her off guard again. E'isa looked directly at Eleanor who froze...feeling as if she had been caught doing something she was not supposed to do, her opponent started to run, propelling herself with the ropes.

-Wait...what?-mumbled softly as she hurried.

The ease with which E'isa could achieve great speed was surprising for a heavyweight.

BAM!

Eleanor had barely gotten up when she tried to avoid a collision with her opponent however, the tackle hit her full force, knocking her back to the canvas and giving her a smack on the head from the whiplash of the fall. That move had left her stunned, lying on the canvas she did not know what could come next.

Back to back, E'isa would come with offense. Dropping Eleanor with the tackle, making sure to add some sauce to it to give her something to think about. Looking like she had control of things for now. She slipped further in her delusion as she felt incapable of making a mistake. Looking down at Eleanor before having some words for her, wanting to rub it in.

"Come on Moonlight? Is this all you have.. tsk tsk.."

Putting up her arms she'd flex again. Her ego at this point was undeniable, an air of arrogance filling the arena. Hearing some boos, a handful of fans were unhappy with her antics though she felt it was unwarranted. E'isa was showcasing why she was a peak performer and one of the best they had to offer. E-Mac stepped up to the ropes before leaning on them, pointing and giving the audience some choice words as well. Wanting to let them know how she truly felt. Wanting to showcase how easy she felt it was when she was in the mood to kick ass.

"you boo because you don't understand.. you don't understand the feeling of being next level like me.. AND YOU NEVER WILL!"

Grinning as she'd channeled it all, the Latina took in all the attention as it fueled her and enlarged her ego more and more. E-Mac loved it all, having more to say to them but adding a twist, showcasing her roots as she'd point at them and speak.

"Ustedes nunca lo entenderan, porque son unos idiotas.. tan despistados.. siempre perdidos.."

Looking back again at Moonlight before getting more ideas, heading back to the middle of the ring with one thing in mind. Crushing Eleanor under her, getting another head of steam before leaping and attempting to land right on top of her with a Running Senton.

E'isa had reprimanded Eleanor who was having difficulty standing up, her opponent's words had gotten to her, she was aware that the doubts were getting the best of her and leading to mistakes that, because of who she was up against, were costing more than they should have. E'isa had begun to show off to the crowd, apparently her confidence had reached the point of feeding her ego in a way that Eleanor had found striking, she was ready to get up but it seems like the best option was to wait.

E'isa started to run towards her direction, Eleanor tried to act in the best way to trick her into believing she wouldn't get up at any moment and that whatever was coming would be a free hit, suddenly she saw how E'isa jumped trying to apply a Running Senton, in a quick movement she avoid the trajectory of the impact.

-NOW!- said to herself as E'isa's body was about to hit the canvas.

Raising her leg and taking advantage that the movement put them at a similar height, Eleanor was expecting that her Super Kick would connect.

Coming in hot, E'isa would feel in control, in the driver's seat, untouchable. She felt like she could do no wrong and showcased it with how effortlessly she was moving in this match. Mid-air coming down, she felt it was almost certain she'd land and crush Eleanor under. Ready to remind the crowd again why she was everything they wanna be but couldn't. Keen to showcase why she was a once-in-a-lifetime wrestler and though Eleanor was a world-class athlete, wasn't ready for E-Mac once she got going. Already planning what she'd do after the senton landed.

"Haha, I can't wait to hear her scream under me.. gonna pop another kip the moment I bounce off her.. shove it in these idiots' faces aga.."

But before she could finish the thought her focus would change. Eleanor would catch her by surprise again, acting like she was still unable to get up. Waiting for the right moment to get out of the way and catch her unable to respond with some quick, hard-hitting offense. Eleanor found the right timing and made it look effortless as she popped up and immediately got back to letting her presence be felt. E-Mac caught mid-air as Moonlight after getting out of the way would eat a superkick as she was coming down.

The momentum coming down and the power of the kick meeting her before the landing would lead to a loud crack. The sound of it echoed throughout the arena as many would cheer and chant for Eleanor. Excited at not only the back and forth ensuing but how Eleanor had an answer for E'isa's attempts to pile on. A large chunk of the crowd was eager to see E'isa get put in her place, especially after her words to them a few seconds prior. Eleanor's boot caught E'isa clean in the jaw as she grunted and slumped back slowly. An audible THUD was heard when her back hit the canvas. She could handle the early knee but the knee followed by this kick would leave her visibly stunned. Getting caught again in the head seeing stars again parallel to the knee that shook her up earlier. On her back, looking up at the ceiling caught off guard once again by the timing and speed that Eleanor continued to display. E'isa was down as her momentum was halted, struggling to get up, vision blurred, countered twice early in the match by Moonlight's cunning and agility.

The trick had been executed to perfection. E'isa, who had taken the full force of the powerful superkicks from her opponent, was now lying on the mat, visibly shaken, struggling to catch her breath and regain her balance. It was clear that she wasn’t in the best shape, and her movements looked more erratic as she tried to get back on her feet. The conditions were ideal for Eleanor to capitalize on the situation and hit one of her signature moves. Without wasting a second, she quickly began to climb up to the third turnbuckle.

Eleanor wouldn’t jump right away; she knew that to pull off such a move, she needed to wait for the perfect moment. The key to executing this kind of attack was finding that exact instant when E'isa was most vulnerable, when her defense was broken, and therefore the damage would be greater. Eleanor was fully aware that if she didn’t time it right, she risked getting countered with a devastating blow that could leave her out until next week. But the opportunity was there, and she wasn’t about to let it slip away.

A battle cry erupted from her lungs as she leaped into the air. In that moment, all that was left was to wait. Would she manage to land her devastating Elbow Drop, known as THE ASTEROID?

Re: X's on a Full-Moon: E'isa vs Eleanor Moonlight

Looking up at the lights, the arena would be a blur. E'isa trying to focus her vision would not only feel like she was getting flashed by the lights but be disorientated. She saw multiples of everything as her vision was all over the place. Breathing in and out trying to stabilize, confused as she would fail to get a read on Moonlight. Wondering where Eleanor had gone, the highflyer had her own plans in mind though. Wanting to capitalize on the moment at hand. A signature in mind, feeling like now could be the perfect time? No time was wasted as she'd elected to take the opening and climb up to the third turnbuckle with ease.

The crowd cheered for her, seeing Eleanor get to the top of the turnbuckle. All in attendance felt like something big was coming, cheering her name, she'd had most of the crowd hype for what would come next. Eleanor would not jump right away, taking time to pull off the move. Waiting for the perfect moment to execute the move. Eyeing the right moment when E-Mac looked vulnerable before going for it. Wanting to get off the most devastating version of the move and possibly put E'isa down for good. Trying not to potentially set herself up for another E'isa counter and give the momentum back the moment she grabs a hold of it. Eleanor seeing the moment would let a battle cry erupt from her lungs and leap. Getting insane air off the leap, looking like she was flying for a moment, Everyone watching in awe at the height she got off the jump. Moonlight coming down like heat heat-seeking missile, would drop down and land right onto E'isa with her signature Elbow Drop, "THE ASTEROID" would make landfall!

E'isa confused what was going on would try to roll to her side but her dizziness and blurred vision would make her turn onto her back again. Then she'd heard the crowd cheer as if something big was going on. The cheering would continue and get louder until a silence would hit the arena as the fans were in awe of the height and distance. One specific member of the crowd would yell out "OMG!" which E'isa would hear and grow nervous about.

"OMG? WHAT IS GOING ON? Wait where is Moonlig.."

But once again before finishing her thought, Eleanor would come down from her extended stay in the air, coming down hard with an impact that shook the ring. E-Mac with no clue it was coming would have no time to brace or guard, The Asteroid had landed, and E-Mac would gasp feeling the air driven out of her body with all the tremendous built-up force. A rare sight to see E'isa express discomfort, usually able to take most things and brush them off, seeming to be in trouble following the Meteoric drop from Eleanor. Her head and legs would shoot up from the landing for a second, and then she'd slump back down slowly, arms spread, looking very much out of it. The crowd looked on in shock as E'isa had moments where she struggled, but in this instance, it seemed like Moonlight had an answer for everything E'isa gave out or tried to. Fans wondering if this move might be it.

Re: X's on a Full-Moon: E'isa vs Eleanor Moonlight

The Elbow Drop had hit E'isa squarely on the top of her body, and after the impact, it was clear she was affected. The intensity of the blow was evident on her face, and her body seemed to tremble from the pain. This move, one of Eleanor's most powerful, marked a crucial turning point in the match. After a series of strategic hits that had kept her opponent at bay, this move finally gave Eleanor the opportunity she had been waiting for. Confidence began to build inside her, knowing the next moment could be decisive.

Eleanor wasted no time and quickly covered E'isa, dropping down on top of her with force, as if the impact was the culmination of all her effort. She raised E'isa's leg and waited tensely for the referee's count. Every second felt like an eternity as the crowd held its breath. Eleanor couldn't shake the thought that this might be her chance to finally achieve a win. What would E'isa reaction to this be?
