Generational Clash: Hazel Nielson vs Alaina Sanders (C)

Hazel was attempting to make the hold uncomfortable for Alaina to maintain as she pushed up against the Amazon's face. For a few long moments, the headlock and her opponent didn't feel like they would even budge until the pressure on Hazel's neck and head suddenly disappeared as Alaina suddenly released the hold. Hazel could feel something was wrong, and her feelings were immediately proven correct as the Champion's elbow drilled into her chest. The Scotswoman let out a brief cry of pain before coughing as the air was driven from her body. Her right hand immediately reached to clutch her chest, seemingly uncaring about Alaina grabbing her aside from her left hand weakly pawing at one of the Champion's muscular arms as she was pulled to her feet alongside her opponent.

Hazel took her hand off her chest as she got to her feet, ready to knock the Amazon silly but before she could even make a fist Alaina sent her running towards the ropes with an Irish whip. Instinctually Hazel turned her body and came running back towards her opponent, noticing that she had rebounded off the opposite set of ropes. It was like their match opening but this time... "GAH" Hazel let out as Alaina's shoulder drilled into her chest, knocking her down to the canvas with a shoulder block! The Scotswoman's hand immediately returned to her chest, the skin starting to turn red with two hard back to back hits!

Hazel went down and Alaina felt like a debt was repaid. The amazon wasn't stopping though and when Hazel went down the amazon grabbed hold of her to pull her right back up to her feet. She grabbed hold of Hazel and lift her up and over onto her shoulders. Alaina wanted to grab hold of the woman and get her into position to deliver a samoan drop to the challenger trying to solidify her control now. Alaina knew against young opponents hungry to make a name for themselves that a hot start was vital for the champion. She had a golden opportunity and just had to keep delivering.

Hazel was down, Alaina had slammed into her like a truck with the same move she had used earlier. It was clear that the Amazon was keeping receipts, planning on returning every move the Scotswoman landed with the same move or one of her own. Hazel wasn't on the mat long though, barely given time to nurse her chest before her opponent reached down and grabbed her, pulling her back up to her feet like a dog on a leash.

The champion was moving quickly though, not even allowing the challenger to remain on her own feet for long before lifting her up onto her shoulders in a fireman's carry position. Alaina looked powerful early in the match having Hazel up on her shoulders for a few moments, the crowd watched with anticipation as the older woman fell backward, slamming Hazel down while bringing some of her own weight down on top of the Highlander.

Hazel was on the backfoot now, the Champion landing two big hits back to back. Thankfully for her, it was still early, she still had energy in reserve and there was no way she was going to stay down for anyone until she had nothing left, she just needed a window of opportunity to get back into the match.

Alaina managed to take Hazel down and now knew she had to over not only quickly but fluidly. She rolled over as Hazel was on the mat immediately trying to grab hold of one of Hazel's arms to yank it back, wrapping her legs around it to lock in an armbar as quickly as she could hoping to secure the hold before Hazel could recover.

Hazel might have been down on the mat and starting to soften up but she was still at least somewhat aware of her surroundings, she could hear her opponent moving around her before she felt her arm being grabbed, and Alaina's thicc and muscular legs wrapping around it before pain shot through her trapped arm and shoulder causing Hazel to let out a cry of pain. Clenching her fist, Hazel turned her head, looking at the Amazon with her teeth clenched in pain.

Hazel wasn't going to let herself be trapped like this though, planting her feet on the canvas, Hazel used her free arm to help push and prop herself up before moving her body and putting Alaina in a roll up position despite her arm being trapped, instead of just going for the pin on the Champion Hazel decided to push herself! Grabbing the Amazon around the waist with her free arm the Scotswoman let out a war cry as she lifted the Amazon off of the canvas and up to her shoulder level before slamming her back down! Hazel wasn't done though as she lifted the Champion again the same way before slamming her back down with even more force before stumbling back and catching herself on the ropes, taking a moment to catch her breath and focus. The match was still young, and both women no doubt had much more to throw at each other until someone came out on top!

Alaina shook hernhead as Hazel was lifting her up and sending her crashing painfully down to the mat... then doing it all over again! "ARGH!" The amazon groaned as she let out a long moan of pain, kicking the mat twice as she laid there trying her best to push herself back up to her feet.

Hazel looked down at the Champion as she took a breather but she knew she needed to move on and bring the fight to Alaina but before that Hazel wanted to do something she never really did so far in LAW, but she was about to now. Hazel would push off the ropes and begin to stomp her foot too make some noise while she waved her arms upwards, motioning for the crowd to do the same and make some noise, a few people started as first until a large portion of the crowd began to so Hazel didn't have to.

Hazel would then focus on Alaina, waiting for the Amazon to get to her feet, waiting for the right moment to strike. When Alaina was almost up to her feet the Scotswoman would surge forward before raising her foot for her hard hitting big boot, a signature move that Hazel called the Edinburg kick!

Alaina was getting up when Hazel rushed in. Alaina turned just in time to take the kick right in the face! Hee head snapped to the side and her hair flew all over as she collapsed back down to the mat, a small trickle of blood leaking from her now broken nose as the champion was laid out lifeless other canvas.

Hazel's boot drilled clean into the middle of Alaina's face as the woman was getting up, a ruthless and nasty hit that took the Champion off her feet! Hazel caught her balance after her big boot landed. The Scotswoman looked like she was in the zone as she raised her right arm, flexing her bicep for the crowd, and walked back over to the downed champion. Hazel knew she still had work to do, but the hard kick she had just landed on her opponent was a start.

Reaching down Hazel grabbed her older opponent by the head and hair, forcing her up to her feet, noticing that her nose was bleeding and possibly broken. Even with her opponent's face bleeding Hazel wasn't going to hold back, it wasn't out of malice, she was here to compete, here to win, to make a name for herself and her family! Grabbing Alaina's arm Hazel attempted to send the woman into a corner with an Irish whip, if successful Hazel would immediately run after her before leaping up, trying to crush the champion in the corner with a big splash, putting her muscular frame to good use!

Alaina was hurting and in a daze as she was pulled up and sent running to the corner. She swayed and was barely able to keep herself upright as her arms were draped over the top rope. She was wide open as Hazel came running in crashing painfully into the amazon causing her to cry out in pain again! Alaina slumped down to the ground seated in the corner after the impact, her head bobbing as she sat there in a haze not knowing how to get back into the fight.
