"Good work, Ai," Tiki said after the idol successfully performed the squat rep. Ai had a bit of a struggle at first, but it seemed like that was only because she was unaccustomed to having that much weight on her shoulders. She was quickly able to adapt, steady herself, and perform the squat. Tiki figured she could probably go a bit higher on the weight, but adding more weight and doing more reps until Ai failed was not the purpose of these lifts, so it was time to move on.

Tiki guided Ai through a couple more lifts to test the strength of the rest of her body, where the purpled haired rookie continued to perform respectively. The veteran also had Ai do some intensive stretching to test her flexibility, and she predictably passed that with flying colors. Tiki was not surprised in the least when the teenaged professional dancer proved to have flexibility well outstripping the veteran's 50 year old behind.

After that, they finally stepped into the ring together. "Alright Ai, you've done well so far. I have just one thing left in my evaluation of your abilities before I actually start teaching you wrestling," said Tiki. "As you may be able to discern by the fact that I've brought us into the ring, we are going to have a sparring match."

"I will be up front with you," Tiki continued. "I am going to go all out, and I am going to crush you. In part this is a test of your pre-training wrestling ability as well as your durability, but really it's a test of your resolve." Tiki walked up to Ai, looking down into her eyes. "I am going to make you experience the worst wrestling has to offer. The pain and humiliation of being at the mercy of somebody who is simply too strong for you to stop. And as you endure it, you'll have to look inside yourself and ask if you really want to be a wrestler."

"Do understand that you are both allowed and encouraged to try fighting back with everything you have," Tiki said as she backed up a few steps off of Ai. "But I think we both know that with the gaps between our sizes, strength, skill, and experience, I'm going to win this easily no matter how hard you fight against it. I sincerely hope that you surprise me and have a couple moments of your own, but I wouldn't count on it."

"But this exercise won't just be me beating you up," Tiki said as she held a finger up. "After our spar, assuming you're still willing to go through with this, I will provide your instruction for this lesson. Once that's completed, we'll finish the session with a second spar, but this time, I won't fight back." The teacher paused a moment to let that sink in before continuing on, "The first spar will show you the lowest valley of a wrestling match, but the second will let you feel its highest peak. The feeling of power and dominance as you beat an opponent who is outclassed and at your mercy. You can use anything I've taught you and everything else you can think of to dominate me to your heart's content. And however long you can handle enduring the lows of the first sparring session, that's how long you'll get to enjoy the highs of the second, which is your incentive for holding out as long as you possibly can while I am trying."

"So, that's how the rest of our training session will go," Tiki said as she dropped into an aggressive wrestling stance. "Are you ready to descend into the darkest depths of being a wrestler, before you begin your climb up to the brightest peaks? This is your last chance to back out before we get to the part where this start to hurt."

Ai was struggling with the weight lifting series until she started doing it with not much trouble, adapting herself to what Tiki wanted for her, and not just that... Ai took in county the weight necessary to lift in her daily routine.


The next exercise of the routine for Ai was an intense stretching session. At first, Ai felt much pain in all the limbs, until she took it with calm and continued with not much issues. Of course, following Tiki's recommendations and any other tip.


Seconds before getting inside the ring in which Tiki got inside, Ai took some water and took of some sweat with the little towel she had, then she closes the bottle and goes to the ring, a little slow. She was barely scared when she got over the apron with both knees, before stepping over it with both feet.


"Let me guess... Is this a sort of final test or something? I'm having a bad feeling about this." Ai asked Tiki when slowly getting inside the ring to stand on her corner. Of course, she took all what Tiki said, but when the veteran got into an aggressive stance, Ai just gulps of fear and sweats due to the nerves she had in that moment.

Tiki understood Ai's reaction. Obviously it was a lot more difficult to square up for a fight where you knew you were about to get your butt handed to you compared to one where you actually had a chance. Tiki would spare the idol the further worry of saying that this was closer to a first test rather than a final one if she passed it.

"If it helps calm your nerves at all, I have no intention of going so far as to actually hurt you," said Tiki. "Rough you up, sure. But I do have some actual instruction planned after this, not to mention your payback at the end. I'm not so cruel as to make you try to do that injured." Tiki would give Ai a couple more seconds to get into her own stance before starting.

"Here I come!" Tiki said, acting as a makeshift bell as she swiftly closed the distance between herself and Ai. The veteran would extend her right leg out towards the Ai's stomach before pulling it back down and cutting to the left, trying to feint a kick in order to outmaneuver the agile idol. If Ai fell for it, Tiki would waste no time getting behind her.

"I suppose I can start you off with something light," Tiki would say as she put Ai into a Full Nelson. "Though of course, pain isn't the only thing you'll have to contend with," she continued. "Many wrestlers will try to humiliate you as well. After all, imagine this position, but with dozens of cameras, thousands of live fans, and tens of thousands more watching live at home. Watching as your sweaty, half-naked body is trapped, immobilized, and put on display for them by your opponent. Imagine all those men reaching between their legs as your breasts bounce and jiggle around in your top, only caring about their gratification while you're fighting with everything you have to get free. Though I trust that considering your primary line of work, the cameras and sexualization are what you can handle better than anything."

Tiki wondered if her next line might risk poking a bit too deep into Ai as a person, considering she didn't really know the idol yet. But if the veteran didn't touch at Ai's potential insecurities now, then they may go unknown until they're getting exposed by a real opponent in the ring. And if Tiki let that happen, then she will have failed Ai as her student. In even more ways than visible at the surface, this fight was about putting Ai low. To make her look at everything about herself and then ask if it was truly compatible with being a wrestler and deciding if she really wanted to start the climb up the LAW mountain. And so Tiki continued, "Though I do have to wonder what your fans may think when they see their perfect idol failing for the first time. To see the strong and invincible Ai crying and begging for mercy as she gets dominated in the ring by an even better woman. How do you think they'd take seeing you lose and fail, Ai-chan?"

Ai considered Tiki's suggestion to relax and sighs, then she keeps her stance without getting tense and nervous, yet she is conscious that once she stepped the ring, there's no turning back. The former Idol just walks in circles around Tiki until she rushed towards her. She wasn't scared, but she closes her eyes before the supposed kick at her stomach.

After few seconds, Ai realized that kick attempt was 'fake' and opens her eyes, confused after not seeing Tiki in front of her. "Huh?" Ai was confused until she gets caught from behind by Tiki in the Full Nelson hold. Ai grunts because that was really something she didn't saw coming. In that meantime, she was listening to Tiki's speech. Ai couldn't deny anything of what Tiki said because everything was right, and this training isn't even the beginning of what awaits.


"Think, Ai. What if you do any job but your future is in danger, and the only person who can solve it is YOU?" Ai was thinking in her mind and then she opens her eyes... an idea came to her mind. Probably the dumbest idea she had in mind but, she throws herself down with the back while still trapped in the hold, but later she moves her leg up to hit her head a few times, hoping that makes Tiki to let her go.

If Tiki had actually seen Ai's eyes close in response to her feint, she probably would've given the idol an earful for that instead of going into the little monologue that she had. But at least in regards to mental fortitude, Ai didn't seem to be cracking. not yet at least. She didn't say anything, but Tiki could see the gears turning in her new student's head.

Tiki's only warning was feeling Ai's drop her hips and back in her grip, then suddenly she saw the starry eyed idol's leg shooting up towards her. "Woah!" the veteran gasped as she weaved her head the side, and watched Ai's foot shoot through the space where her face had been just a fraction of a second before.

"God, I don't think I could have done that when I was your age," Tiki said. "And that had a lot of power behind it even at full extension, impressive." Tiki positioned her head directly behind Ai's own to use it as cover in case the idol decided to try that again before the veteran decided to move onto something else.

"You know what, even though it didn't work, I'll still give you credit for escaping," Tiki said as she released her Full Nelson and shoved Ai down onto her stomach. "Of course, that doesn't mean I'm anywhere near done with you," she continued as she sat down on Ai's back, pinning the smaller woman down with her butt before locking her into a Camel Clutch.

"Now I'm sure that as an idol who still on her game, you've got 'no hentai/no sexfighting' written in big bold all caps font on the contract you signed when you joined LAW," said Tiki as she stretched Ai back by her chin. "But the thing about that is that in the ring, the women you're fighting probably isn't going to care about what's written in your contract." As Tiki said this, she released Ai's head, but then instead reached down to Ai's chest and slid her hands underneath the idol's glittery purple bikini, rubbing and jiggling Ai's breasts in her fingertips before gripping and pulling them up for a Breast Camel Clutch.

"Sure if it's not actually a hentai match, you don't have to worried about getting completely violated. The ref will enforce some limits," explained Tiki. "But if an opponent wants to, and you can't stop them yourself, they're free to lewd, molest, and even expose your body." To illustrate her point, Tiki lifted her hands up, pulling Ai's bikini top along with them, baring Ai's breasts as the veteran let them go. Of course, the two women did have the gym to themselves to ensure privacy. Tiki most certainly would not be doing this to Ai if there were other eyes to watch this. The veteran then lifted her arms up under Ai's putting her in a second Full Nelson, combining it with the Camel Clutch to create a move that Tiki called her Dragon Clutch.

"Granted, I've found that most women in LAW are nice enough that they won't try to humiliate and expose you like this," Tiki said as she began to use her grip to jerk Ai's upper body around, making her bared breasts bounce without restraint. "But there are undoubtedly those who will. And frankly, they will treat you worse than this. What I'm doing is pretty light in terms of what kinds of humiliations have occurred withing LAW rings. For as much as I want to prepare you for what you'll face as a LAW wrestler, I certainly want to avoid traumatizing you."

Ai's tactic of pulling herself fown to kick Tiki worked, in a way. She got free of the full nelson hold but she gets shoved forward and falls in the mat, with Tiki behind her while she was laying upside down until looking at the ropes. The Idol thought this could be all and that she could had a moment to crawl at the ropes to get up and recover.

Ai tried crawling towards the ropes in front of her but she couldn't reach due to being unable... because Tiki sat on her back to apply a Camel Clutch. Ai, who was still down, she was put into a trouble... again. The star-eyed idol started groaning in pain while extending her hand to reach the ropes, but, she had two problems: her arms weren't long as she thought before the hold, and, she was in the middle of the ring. Ai was suffering the painful effects of the hold on her lower back. And as if that was nothing for the veteran, she gets caught of the arms by Tiki, being completely unable to crawl with the arms while still trapped in the hold. The Idol thought that was just an idol until she felt her breasts getting touched by Tiki, blushing in embarrassment when her hand got under her bikini. She listened to her entire advice and got scared.

"This has got you nervous, hasn't it," Tiki said as she saw Ai's reaction to what she was saying. "Usually does with the people who think they'll never get lewded if they just try to avoid it." The veteran then let go of her Dragon Clutch, and pulled the idol's bikini back down over her breasts in an act of mercy.

"But I myself don't really like this humiliation style of wrestling, so I guess you're off the hook. Yes, I prefer to stick to the more painful type of wrestling," Tiki said as she got to her feet while clasping her hands underneath Ai's belly. Then the greenette would lift Ai up and slam her backwards with a Gut Wrench German Suplex.

"Though of course, pain and humiliation can quite easily come in the same package," said Tiki as she took hold of Ai's long legs. One with her own leg, and the other in her hands. The veteran would then stretch the idol out while twister her ankle, spreading Ai's legs wide with her Dragon Splitter. "So how's that crotch feeling? Certainly looks like it's getting stretched thin."

Ai lost the fear when she heard that touch was just a "test" planned by Tiki to know more about Ai. Ai just sighs and she was still a little upset by that unexpected grab, but then, Ai is lifted off the feet by Tiki and gets slammed down against the canvas with that suplex, letting out some groans while clutching her back.

After the move, Ai tried to crawl towards the ropes, but couldn't even started when Tiki grabbed both of her legs. This, made the corner Idol getting in panic. "W-WAIT! What are you- AAAAHHHH!!" Ai was going to ask but couldn't finish the question/sentence once she got trapped by Tiki in that Dragon Splitter maneuver, and started screaming in pain due to her legs being stretched further.

Tiki spread Ai's legs, leaving the idol screaming on the floor as the muscles in her thighs were forcibly stretched by the Dragon Splitter, pulling Ai's pussy in two opposite directions at the same time. "Are you already at your limit, Ai?" Tiki asked. "I'm not pulling as hard as I could be, you know." The veteran then proved her statement by ramping up the strength she was putting into her submission into what would be considered actually trying.

"You know it makes sense that singers, and people with good voices would have more pleasant sounding screams than average, but it still a little weird to actually hear. At least for me," said Tiki as she listened to Ai's response to the Dragon Splitter. Intentionally making herself appear uncaring about Ai's suffering in the face of the teacher's dominance to show to idol how little actual opponent's would care about her pain. "So are you going to crawl to the ropes, find some other way to escape, or are you going to keep screaming until you're begging, crying, and quitting?" Tiki asked.

Even if knowing what Tiki said, Ai felt that bare strength of the hold as if she could feel both legs going to be ripped off as not being able to escape until she is pulled a little more further as if Tiki was in an actual match, but she has to consider that this would be 'nothing' to what Ai will be through in front of thousands and thousands, so she stops screaming and does what she thinks is best to do... crawling slowly and backwards to the ropes with her arms...
