Touka Akan vs Hazel Nielsen

After Lydia, it was good to get the match behind her and focus on new challenges, she wasn't here to fight grudge matches and feud with people from her past but to get the full wrestling experience the rest of her family enjoyed. Now free of past petty fights Touka got another chance to have more of the fun experience, even though she was facing someone she didn't really know, but so long as it was just another competitor it couldn't be as scary as someone who was more focused on hurting her.

The Matriarch's music played and brought out the first wrestler of the match, standing tall and looking more comfortable now than she had in awhile, the success of her past matches helping her look more like a wrestler who could stay and kick ass like anyone else. Touka's focus was on the ring, heading down the ramp while shaking hands to please the crowd before she entered it and took her position in the corner, giving her a chance to look at the ramp and see who was coming out next.

Another week, another match, another opponent, another woman to defeat. Hazel was backstage preparing for her match, stepping out of the locker room Hazel gently pulled up on the parts of her attire on her forearms making sure they were fitted properly before continuing her way down the hall. Tonight she was facing someone else from a wrestling family, an alleged "matriarch" so to speak. In Hazel's mind, she thought her opponent should have kept her title at the door, it wasn't going to help her and if anything it would only make defeating this woman so much better.

Getting to the curtain, Hazel stretched her arms, waiting for her music to start. The Highlander was calm and highly focused, as always, on proving that she was one of the best in the world. Hearing her music start, she took a deep breath and approached the curtain, pushing past it into the stage. Hazel stopped in the center of the ring, looking left to right, studying the crowd for a few moments before continuing her way down to the ring.

Getting to ringside Hazel wasted no time making her way up the steel steps and halfway across the apron before slipping between the ropes and stepping inside. Finally deciding to make a pose of sorts for the crowd Hazel raised her fist in the air as she took a lap around the ring, she knew her opponent was likely watching her every move, studying her form, depending on the type of person she was maybe even considering a cheap shot before the bell.

After her lap around the inside of the ring, Hazel would go to her corner and turn towards her opponent getting her first good look at the older woman, studying her from top to bottom, remaining silent and waiting for the bell to ring.

Soon after Touka came the appearance of Hazel, her opponent for the day. The quick sight of her from the ramp told her she was younger and likely bigger than her, which didn't bother Touka since she'd already beaten ones just like that. Still she looked unique and impressive, something that became clearer as she got closer to the ring and eventually entered it to parade herself around the ring to show off to the crowd that was loving everything they saw. Once she was done Touka would step in to offer Hazel a hand.

"Best of luck to both of us." Touka said, wanting no hard feelings or hatred between competitors if she could avoid it. She found little if any enjoyment in such things and would prefer to keep the action between them respectful if it was possible. She had no way of knowing how Hazel would react to this offer but when she was done she would return to her corner and wait for the bell to ring and start the match.

Hazel was focused on two things. The first was winning this match. The second was winning this match, the two focuses were likely going to go hand and hand as winning this match likely involved breaking Touka down, bit by bit, piece by piece! Seeing Touka step forward from her corner Hazel took a step forward herself, readying herself for any unnecessary surprises, and considering who Touka's daughter was, the caution was likely more than warranted.

Hazel momentarily stared at the woman's hand. Hearing the woman's words Hazel took a deep breath, forcing herself to relax before accepting the handshake, giving the woman's hand a firm yet nonpainful squeeze as she did. "Good luck" Hazel finally said. With the formalities out of the way and Touka back in her corner, the bell would ring. Hazel would step forward straight to the center of the ring before raising her hand offering a test of strength while she read the word on her opponent's attire. "Matriarch? Guess we'll see" Hazel thought to herself waiting to see her opponent's reaction to her opening challenge.

Hazel's handshake was firm but non threatening, she gripped it tightly out of respect not to show off. That said a lot about Hazel, and gave Touka a bit of hope that this fight would not become something it didn't need to be. That was good and it made things easier for Touka's mindset, putting her at ease a little right before she went to her corner and prepared for the match. The first thing she opened up with once the bell rung was a face off and a test of strength, something that looked dangerous when the opponent was someone like Hazel, but Touka still went with it.

Reaching out and grabbing her hands to lock up for a test of strength and trying to push into her once they locked up. The match starting with a test of strength was typical, and Touka was prepared for it by positioning herself to push off with her legs to match whatever Hazel had behind her own guns.

Hazel wasn't one for many words; she preferred to let her actions speak instead. If her opponent was mean and aggressive, Hazel would give them just that. If they were nicer, Hazel wouldn't hold back, but she wouldn't put them through hell unless needed. At the moment Touka was going to get the ladder option with how well the handshake was received by both women.

Both women met face to face once more in the center of the ring, locking up for a test of strength! Hazel gritted her teeth as Touka used her legs to hold firm and have a chance against the larger Scotswoman! "Good to see those legs have some muscle... You're going to need it!" Hazel said before pressing down on Touka, putting her legs in back into it as she attempted to force the Matriarch to her knees to make a statement early in this match!

Touka was ready to endure another display of power, Hazel was younger and looked fit so she wasn't going to be surprised if she was stronger than her. She was going to make sure that Hazel earned it no matter what, feeling the power against her increase and trying to match it, she knew this kind of contest was about leg strength too and fought to try and match that and make sure she was in a good place to counter Hazel's efforts to bring her to her knees which started to get really bad after she handled the first few seconds. The pressure got tighter and started to really come down on Touka enough to make her start to feel her knees bend.

"Nggh.." Touka groaned, struggling while she felt herself slowly going down. She closed her eyes and concentrated, Hazel was putting a lot of force down at her and Touka was still trying to push forward, for the moment that wasn't going to work and she had to change things up, instead focusing on trying to get back to her feet Touka would almost push like she was doing a squat while going against Hazel's arms and slowly force herself back up before then trying to push against Hazel and give her a run for her money.

The clear advantages Hazel had coming into this match were that she was younger, heavier, and likely stronger! Hazel remained focused on the contest of strength. The crowd seemed eager to see if her forty eight year old ,matriarch's legs could hold out enough to resist the Scottish woman's strength! Try ass Touka might Hazel could tell those legs were giving up under the pressure, the woman's knees starting to bend, a groan escaping her lips! Hazel gritted her teeth pushing down on the woman waiting for her legs to buckle and collapse to her knees fully. Though it never came, the older woman was proving to be quite resilient as she pushed back, trying to get fully back onto her feet!

"Just go down already!" Hazel thought to herself, starting to grow annoyed. Going all in on this contest Hazel squeezed Touka's hands hard before trying to press them backwards to cause the woman enough pain, that she would have no other choice but to get down onto her knees! If successful Hazel would continue to press down onto Touka, prolonging the pain in her wrist while hammering home her opening dominance!

Touka was pushing back against Hazel's opening pushes, fighting back with some of her own to try and force her back r down herself. The older woman wasn't going to make anything easy or look like a forgone conclusion with her opponent, proving herself to be an equal was an accomplishment. Hazel tried harder and tried to make Touka's knees bend and force her down, Touka feeling the power she was up against and deciding that it was better to try and change course than fight that directly.

When her arms started to struggle Touka would hold out for a few seconds to give herself the space she needed and then would try to turn and go for an arm drag to throw Hazel to the mat and off her feet. After that Touka would try to stand up and wait for Hazel to get up as well so Touka would go for a dropkick to knock her back down.

For an older woman, Touka certainly was putting up one hell of a fight but Hazel was younger, had more energy, it was starting to seem as if the longer things went on like this the more it looked like Hazel was going to win there opening battle, and it seemed Touka knew this as well and quickly change course. Right as Hazel felt her opponent's arms start to weaken she prepared herself for one last strong push to force her opponent to her knees but before she could Touka countered, turning her body and pulling Hazel down with an arm drag, breaking up there contest in the process.

Hazel grunted but quickly got to her knee before getting to her feet only to be met with a drop kick. "GHHH" The Scotswoman let out as the older woman's boots drilled into her chest knocking her back down to the canvas. Hazel groaned as she tried to sit up on her arms, a bit surprised and caught off guard by Touka's energy.
