Jeanne Hastings Vs. Yutani Oshima - Armor and Honor: The Knight and the Samurai

Unread post by Devastated »

Standard Match

Rules: Standard
Attire: Standard
Victory Condition: Pinfall, Submission or K.O.

There had been rumblings in the world of LAW recently. The returning Shoguness had taken to the ring again and she was currently making a name for herself as someone who could and currently was dominating the ring. Having taken on a few young and/or newer wrestlers to LAW, and coming out strong, this veteran was looking as a fearsome heel who sought to regain dominance over the squared circle. Yutani Oshima was her name, and it was a woman who Jeanne de Latimer Hasting's had turned her focus towards. As the noble crusader, a modern day knight, she had decided that she would make it her mission to knock the Shoguness down a peg! Though she was perhaps a bit nervous to step into the ring with such a veteran, Jeanne had confidence in her abilities and her prowess. She took to the ramp as her music began to play out of the speakers, as befitting of a modern night the power metal heralded her appearance on the top of the ramp.

Wearing her purple and yellow leotard, the regal colored Crusader marched down the ramp. Her impressive figure being on display, as her tight fitting leotard did little to hide her amazing physique, her generous bosom in particular. The long braid of hers trailed behind her as she continued her march to the squared circle. She would ascend the steel steps and then get into the ring, where she walked to the center of the ring and got down to one knee, one arm crossed against her chest as she pressed her under-fist against her elbow, lowered head and all - for a knightly bow to the crowd. After she was done, she rose to her feet and smiled at the crowd. She placed her hands on her hips and looked up to the ramp. The purple haired beauty would raise her right hand to the ramp and point with her index finger towards the stage, as if she was beckoning her foe. Then, she turned and walked to her corner where she would stand leaning forward slightly with her hands placed on her knees, waiting for her foe of the evening to appear.

The lights in the arena dimmed, and a golden spotlight illuminated the stage as the opening notes of the now familiar entrance theme echoed through the arena. The crowd erupted in a mix of boos and awe, captivated by the grandeur of the moment. Smoke crept across the stage like an ominous fog, shrouding the entrance in mystery.
Entrance Theme - Golden Bloodline
Then, she emerged.

Yutani Oshima. The Shoguness. The Matriarch of the Oshima Dynasty. Draped in a flowing black-and-red ceremonial robe adorned with intricate gold embroidery, she moved with the majesty of a conqueror. Her towering frame, powerful yet refined, radiated authority. A stylized golden kamon shimmered on the back of her robe, catching the golden light with each calculated step. Her short silver hair gleamed like a crown, accentuating the regal air about her. At the top of the ramp, Yutani paused, tilting her chin upward—a silent, imperious challenge to all who dared to meet her gaze. With deliberate grace, she unclasped her robe and let it cascade to the floor, revealing her wrestling gear.

Ascending the steel steps like a monarch taking her place on the battlefield, Yutani paused on the apron. Her piercing gaze locked onto Jeanne, the so-called Crusader, waiting in the ring. Yutani stepped between the ropes with the fluid precision of a seasoned warrior, striding to the center of the squared circle. Her eyes, dark and cruel, bore into Jeanne as she slowly raised a microphone to her lips.

"So, the modern knight dares to summon the Shoguness to battle. How quaint." Her voice, calm yet ice-edged, cut through the noise like a blade. "You stand there, posturing for these people, believing their fleeting adoration makes you righteous." She allowed a low, mocking laugh to escape. "But righteousness does not win wars. Power does. Cunning does. I am both, forged in the fires of combat these mortals could never endure."

She began to pace, her commanding presence magnifying with every step. "Jeanne de Latimer Hastings, this ring is my battlefield. My victories are not mere chance or brute strength—they are inevitabilities. And you…" She paused, turning her full focus on Jeanne, her gaze as unyielding as steel. "...you are just the next fragment of my legacy."

Stopping abruptly, she leaned slightly forward, her tone dropping to a chilling finality. "Take your stance, Crusader. Show me what your knighthood is worth against the crushing weight of destiny."

With that, Yutani discard the mic, her lips curving into a cold smile as she moved to her corner, leaning against the turnbuckle with regal confidence. Her presence was a daunting challenge that dared her opponent to rise to the occasion - or crumble.

The golden hue that covered the arena got Jeanne to raise her eyebrows, as she stood in her corner and leaned against it still...waiting for her opponent to appear. Finally she appeared though, the shoguness entrance was quite a sight to behold and when she tilted her head upwards a bit, Jeanne of course stepped out of her corner so she could meet her gaze. She would wait as the Japanese wrestler made her way to the apron and locked eyes with her, the Knight held firm as she would fold her arms underneath her impressive bosom.

Jeanne noticed the microphone and the way that Yutani glared into her with that dark cruel glare. Jeanne met it with a defiant yet gallant gaze! Not backing down physically or mentally as she stood her ground against the Monarch. As Yutani spoke, Jeanne would listen and she would let the veteran have her say. Her eyes remained fixed on Yutani as she paced and seemed as if she was lecturing the younger wrestler, as Yutani leaned forward a bit she would tilt her head slightly to the side and look on at Yutani...

After Yutani's speech was done and she had dropped the microphone, Jeanne saw her walk to her corner, the purple haired woman took a step forward to be dead center in the ring as she would bring her right hand up and gesture with her finger for Yutani to come join her in the center of the squared circle. While the referee went to get the microphone and throw it out of the ring.

" That was some speech, Shoguness." Jeanne spoke out, though not to a microphone. Her words were for Yutani Oshima. " You want to see what my knighthood is worth? I'll personally crush your so-called destiny. The inevitable shall be decimated. I swear to it by my honor, on my name - Jeanne de Latimer Hastings, I shall defeat you." Jeanne offered her own challenge to Yutani though without the same level of theatrics as her foe.

The Shoguness turned her head ever so slightly, silver strands of her hair catching the golden hues of light from above that slowly began to fade. Every inch of Yutani Oshima radiated imperious control, her towering frame still and statuesque, her expression cold and unreadable. Across the ring stood Jeanne, defiantly stepping into the center, her gallantry a stark contrast to the looming dread Yutani exuded. The knight’s bold proclamation lingered in the air, an oath ringing with the weight of purpose.

"Honor is such a fragile shield," Yutani said, her tone a velvet dagger, each word precise and piercing. Her lips curled into a smirk—imperious, cruel, yet maddeningly composed. She stepped forward with measured grace, her dark eyes narrowing, glinting like steel honed for slaughter.

"Let us see how long yours lasts before it shatters beneath me."

DING DING DING

The bell's clang reverberated through the arena like a war drum, the crowd roaring in anticipation. Yutani wasted no time, her movements a sudden, fluid burst of aggression. Her boots struck the mat with rhythmic precision, her approach deliberate yet swift—a lioness stalking her prey, each step a harbinger of violence.

As she closed the distance, Yutani's left arm extended, her fingers curling as if to lure Jeanne into a false sense of engagement. But in an instant, she pivoted sharply, her torso twisting with calculated force as her right hand rose high and swung downward with deadly intent.

The knife-edge chop ripped through the air like a gunshot, aimed directly at Jeanne’s chest with pinpoint accuracy. The strike—if it landed—would erupt with a visceral, thunderous crack, the force reverberating through the very bones of her adversary. It was a strike not only of power but of authority, a violent punctuation to the Shoguness’s opening statement.

The Crusader would be amiss if she didn't admit to herself that Yutani was certainly an imposing figure. This veteran of the ring had experience on her side and judging from her build and the way she carried herself she was no slouch at all. No matter how Jeanne looked at this upcoming duel of theirs, she knew it would be a tough fight. Her proclamation had been made, and she waited to see in what manner the Shoguness would answer it, and she didn't have to wait long...

As Yutani stepped forward, Jeanne stood her ground, watching and waiting as those words of the Japanese woman would linger. All Jeanne would answer with was a curt nod.

Once the bell rang, the match was on its way. Jeanne would raise her arms as she saw Yutani move forward, it seemed to the English woman as if her foe wanted to engage in some sort of lock up, test of strength from the looks of it. Jeanne would extend her arm, she would accept the challenge! However, to Jeanne's surprise it was nothing but a ruse! As Yutani pivoted and then swung her arm down!

The hand of the Shoguness struck Jeanne's impressive bosom, the impact which sounded almost like the crack of a whip as that hand smacked into her chest! Jeanne hissed out in pain! The knife-edge chop caused her to stagger back a step and release a pained grunt...Yet, she was equally quick in stepping right back. She glared at Yutani and would seek to match her foe, whipping out her left arm that she had raised to try and engage with Yutani to attempt and deliver a sharp knife-edge chop of her own aimed square at the Shoguness impressive rack!

The stinging crack of Yutani’s chop echoed through the arena, the sound as sharp and vicious as the predatory smirk that now graced her lips. She straightened to her full imposing height, her chest subtly rising and falling as she took in Jeanne’s stagger with dark satisfaction. The hiss of pain and the step back were precisely what Yutani had expected—no, demanded—from her opening gambit.

But then, the knight surprised her. Jeanne surged forward, retaliation flashing in her eyes like steel catching sunlight, her hand sweeping up in a defiant arc. The Shoguness watched the incoming blow with a flicker of cruel amusement, though she made no effort to halt its approach.

CRACK!

The sound of flesh meeting flesh resonated through the air, a thunderous echo that drew a collective gasp from the crowd. Jeanne’s chop connected squarely, striking Yutani’s ample chest with fiery intent and forcing a low groan from the powerful woman. The force of the blow rippled through her frame, but instead of staggering or retreating, the Shoguness merely shifted her footing, planting herself firmly against the onslaught.

A low, dark chuckle slipped from her lips, the sound equal parts bemused and disdainful, as though Jeanne’s attempt to match her was both amusing and futile. Her eyes, unyielding and cruel, burned into her opponent’s with a silent promise of retribution.

"How charming," Yutani drawled, her tone laced with mockery, as if savoring the sting of the challenge more than the pain itself. "But if you intend to clash steel with me, you will need far more than a knight's bravado."

Yutani didn’t wait for a response. Instead, she surged forward, her movements deceptively swift for someone of her stature, closing the distance with purpose. Her arm lashed out—not for another chop, but for Jeanne’s wrist, aiming to seize it in a vice-like grip. Should she manage to secure her hold, the Shoguness would twist sharply, her entire body moving in unison to wrench Jeanne’s arm and drag her into a punishing short-arm knee strike.

The blow, aimed squarely at Jeanne’s toned midsection, would come with devastating precision, her knee driving upward with enough force to steal the breath from even the most hardened of opponents. Yutani’s intent was clear—not merely to strike, but to impose her dominance, to make her opponent feel every inch of the matriarch’s power.
