Elevation ft Alizeh and Kimiko (for Sigma)

Alizeh had to suppress the urge to giggle at Kimiko's rather cute pout but she ignored it and went on with her explanation. One that Kimiko seemed to pick up on rather well, understanding and dread dawning across her face. The latter emotion being very understandable, especially for as sheltered a person Kimiko was. At least from what she read about the girl in files at least.

Either way Alizeh knew she had to give the Jpaanese girl some kind of introduction to this sorta thing. "Well there's not really a lot of people around right now, so I think the best place to start is getting you used to the more... popular humiliation holds out there by me putting you in some, and you imagining a crowd is around watching. Don't necessarily try to escape, but rather, do what you can to try and not feel embarrassed, basically start to build up an immunity for you to this type of stuff early on if that makes sense.

After hearing Alizeh's explanation, Kimiko felt happy that her family couldn't see her matches for once, the thought of being trapped in a humiliating position in front of them or worse would likely haunt Kimiko's nightmares from this point forward. Kimiko was clearly a little bothered but she didn't want to waste Alizeh's time or day making a big deal about it.

Hearing Alizeh explain what she wanted to do Kimiko's heart sank a little, there weren't many people in the gym but that didn't mean a crowd couldn't suddenly show up. Kimiko's eyes shifted from one door to another for a few moments before she closed her eyes and let out a sigh. "Alright" Kimiko said softly uncrossing her legs and laying back. "I guess you can just move me or tell me what to do?" She inferred while offering herself up like a mannequin for Alizeh to manipulate how and if she so chose.

Alizeh could tell that Kimiko was apprehensive and she understood it of course. But like it or not this was something she'd have to get used too at some point, and better in a gym with hardly any other occupants than a crowd of thousands.

"Sure thing, just remember. No matter what, try to relax and breathe. The whole point of these moves is to get in your head and throw you off." Alizeh said to the girl before approaching and grabbing her hips, lifting Kimiko's lower half into the air before lifting her own legs up, hooking them around Kimiko's legs before pulling them out, stretching her limbs and exposing her in the infamous shame hold.

"This is about as far as I can go without actually applying the hold and hurting you, but it has your legs open which is what we we need. so for now, stay calm, and try not to freeze up or anything ok?" Alizeh said as she held the move, looking up at the ceiling which was mirrored, allowing her to see Kimiko's expression and just her reaction.

Hearing Alizeh's words Kimiko closed her eyes and nodded. God she was probably going to hate this but regardless, Alizeh was right, she was going to need to get used to this, though truthfully Kimiko was going to try to avoid these situations after she left the gym.

Kimiko kept her eyes closed as Alizeh positioned both of them and spread her legs. Kimiko quickly blushed from embarrassment, completely ignoring Alizeh's next words, she kind of just wanted to sink into the mat and disappear right now, perhaps agreeing to this was just one big mistake! Kimiko's eyes opened slightly as she glanced around wanting to make sure nobody was watching, at this rate it was the only thing that could make this worse.

Having fully locked in the shame hold and posturing her up Alizeh could recognize right away the signs of humiliation that the girl was going through which was telling how her reaction would be if this were a match. "I have a good idea of what's going through your head Kimiko, just try and power on through, and ignore it. Even if there are people watching you can't let it get to you." Alizeh instructed, watching for more signs of reactions from the girl, even pulling just a bit more on her legs to intensify the lesson.

Kimiko's heartbeat increased and she began to feel more and more stressed, almost wanting to cry and beg Alizeh to let her go but before she did, the green haired woman's voice filled her ears. Closing her eyes Kimiko took a deep breath before reopening them, forcing her face to become emotionless as she bit down on her tongue just trying to tune everything out even as Alizeh pulled on her legs a bit more causing them to spread even more, even adding a slight pain to the hold!

For a brief moment it looked as if Kimiko was about to break down completely and ask to be let go but ti would seem that Alizeh's words worked in motivating the girl to hold on and she looked emotionless, even after increasing the hold. Smiling softly at this Alizeh would hold it for another minute or so to see if there would be any change before pulling her legs back and letting Kimiko go. "Great job Kimiko! Take a breather for a minute and then we'll go to the next hold ok?" Alizeh said to the girl with a smile while sitting up on her knees.

Kimiko simply closed her eyes as if she were trying to nap for the remaining hold, hoping nobody was watching them. The Japanese woman's eyes reopened once the hold was released and she sat up, listening to Alizeh's words before spinning around to face the woman again. "Why didn't my family warn me about this" Kimiko thought to herself as she simply gave Alizeh a nod. "Miss Midor- Alizeh, would.... would I ever had to do this to somebody else?" Kimiko asked worried she would one day have to subject an opponent to this sort of embarrassment.

Alizeh would look at Kimiko as the girl sat up, definitely seeming to feel the effects of the first hold but she seemed good. At the question from the girl though Alizeh would hum in thought as she thought of the best way to explain. "Honestly? Yeah won't lie you may have too at some point. Whether it be a humiliation match, hentai match, stuff like that. Or maybe like me save it for people you reallyyyy dislike and want to put down a bit ya know? But yeah, it'll be something that will have to happen at some point for you." Alizeh said honestly to Kimiko before sitting back and waiting to see how Kimiko took it.

Kimiko looked a little disappointed hearing Alizeh's answer, she didn't want to do this to an opponent, she had no ill will towards anyone, no opponent, no rival that she would want actually to do this to or degrade in such a manner. But with this answer came another question. "Hentai? What's that?" Kimiko asked, her naive mind and sheltered brain having no idea about the lewder side of wrestling and LAW as a whole. Kimiko looked at Alizeh with interest, awaiting the woman's answer though it was unknown what Kimiko's reaction would be to it.
