The refree wouldn't care about this conversation, as she would continue the count.

The refree would count the pin, and Ioana would be unable to kick out. The refree would stand up and signal for the bell to ring. Ioana would be panting, still trying to kick out from underneath Paul, being unable to do anything.

The refree would look at paul quite confused as Ioana would continue to lie on her back.

Ioana would be laying on her back, competely terrified of what was about to happen, as she would look up at Paul.
