Finishing Moves:
-Flashpoint:
Aerial: With the opponent lying faceup on the mat, Blaise climbs the turnbuckle facing the audience. He springs into the air with a 180 degree turn while executing a 450 splash, resulting in his sleek abdominals slamming down across the opponent's belly. This is otherwise known as a phoenix splash.
-Firestorm:
Power: No frills needed. Blaise gathers up his prey into the tombstone piledriver position, hugging their body tight to his. He may linger in the hold to apply an inverted bearhug, but ultimately, the top of their head will be meeting the mat.
-Sizzle Reel:
Technique: Blaise begins with what may appear to be a kneeling abdominal stretch. His upper-body ducks beneath their right arm, his left arm extends along their shoulders behind their neck to block the arms off. He then drops back to the mat, arching his back to push the opponent's stomach and chest upwards. His legs hook from the outside in between the opponent's to lock them in place, letting the arch in their back and the strain in their shoulders do the work for him. Though this also usually includes his free hand abusing his opponent's stomach with a claw, squeezing the abdominal muscle.
Signatures:
-Burnado:
Holding the opponent in a front guillotine, Blaise torques and pulls the victim into a quick 180 spin on the way down to the mat, where they'll be slammed down on their back. A Reverse Burnado is the same technique, only executed from behind the opponent with their head beneath his arm in a reverse guillotine. The 180 spin lands the target on their chest and stomach.
-Backdraft:
Blaise pops into the air in a single backflip kick, aimed to strike an opponent behind him in the head. This is otherwise known as a pele kick.
-Fireball:
Whether meeting a charging opponent or simply transitioning from a bearhug position, Blaise lunges into a single backflip with his target to slam them onto the mat. The end result would see the target lying faceup directly beneath Blaise's body. This is otherwise known as a Spanish fly.
-Solar Flare:
With an opponent lying faceup in the mat, Blaise will leap at the adjacent ropes - or turnbuckle, if needs be - and launch himself into a backflip towards their prone form in a rebound moonsault. The end result will see his sleek abdominals slamming down across their stomach.
Match Types: A part of the deal for his new training is that he not turn down challenges, provided they fit the venue. Blaise still heavily favors standard matches, but he's had to open himself up to other variants, including hentai. Always mixed.

Attire:
Blaise's attire is flashy, but functional. His upper-body goes completely bare, leaving his toned chest and abdominals exposed. He wears a pair of wrestling trunks, boots, bracers, and kneepads primarily black in color with vivid, stylized flames.

Personality:
Blaise is energetic, charismatic, and carries himself with an effortless control of the space around him. He faces challenges with determination and focus. Since his return, he's come to take his performance extremely seriously. But despite, he's humored, quick to laugh, quicker to forgive, and doesn't often hold grudges. He genuinely cares about the people he encounters, friend or opponent, and is an uplifting individual. He's passionate, optimistic, beyond spirited, and fun-loving. In short, he's a natural boy-next-door. Confident but not arrogant, friendly but not naive, it's easy to forget that he's a professional wrestler. But he's quick to remind, thanks to an outspoken fandom of the sport and absolute love for his profession.
In the ring... he's basically exactly the same. What you see is what you get. He cares about not seriously hurting his opponent, giving the audience a fantastic show, having a good time, and coming out on top. Since his resurgence as "The Phoenix", Blaise has conquered his greatest failing as a wrestler and overturned expectations. The life of his opponent still matters more to him than winning, but the silly mistakes of having zero defense or not going for the kill have been beaten out of him, and left him a refined, electrical presence in the ring with an easy, approachable appeal to the audience.
History:
Blaise wasn't born to a wealthy family. He wasn't born to a family barely scraping by. His family was about as close to "normal" as one could get. His father works in automotive repair, and his mother is a defense attorney. He has a younger sister and older brother, both born a year apart from him. They never met a crisis they couldn't solve, and held strong family values. His sister developed an interest in writing, while his brother eventually opted into medical school. Blaise, on the other hand, had an obsession with professional wrestling.
The Camerons thought Blaise was silly at first, indulging it as a passing interest. When he announced he was going to train in it rather than pursue college or standard employment, his parents very reluctantly supported him, figuring he would find the real thing was nothing like television. After all, he had other interests - such as dancing. But despite it all, he'd demonstrated a shocking talent for absorbing technique and training. And when it came time to join a federation, they were warming up to the idea.
Then he started competing. Things did not go well. In fact, they went horribly. Somehow between the training and the events themselves, something wasn't translating. The first few matches, they disregarded. But it didn't end. He lost. Constantly. And soon, his family's eagerness to attend his shows dwindled until they eventually stopped altogether and began asking him to stop. Not that he would - his determination refused to diminish!
The independent federation was in a bind. The audience liked him for his underdog status, natural charisma, and guileless likability, but he appeared to be a dud. And as time went on, his trainer dropped him and the general manager began looking for ways to offload him. With some carefully-worded half-truths, the general manager spun him as 'raw, untapped talent brimming with potential' to a Japanese federation. When Blaise demanded an explanation, the general manager said something about, "refusing to take part in assisted suicide," or whatever, Blaise wasn't paying much attention. Japan! New horizons! New challenges! His trip had been covered already, so he saw no reason to turn it down!
Upon arrival, the Japanese federation provided Blaise with a personal trainer to bring out the aforementioned untapped potential. For a time, Mr. Handa was perhaps the most consistently frustrated man in the country. The federation realized it had been bamboozled, and despite Blaise being very popular with a small, but passionate percentage of their audience, ultimately sent him on to LAW when it opened its mixed division. LAW, however, did not drag its feet so long. They required him to do better or not find booking. Handa had been waiting in the wings for something to properly motivate his trainee to change. This would have to be it. For Handa, it was a matter of pride. For Blaise, it was his life hanging in the balance.
Blaise vanished off the radar for a year.
Upon his return to LAW, something different could be seen immediately in him. He never really lacked confidence before, but he never quite radiated with it. His body had been physically adept prior to his vanishing, but now, he's a sleek athletic machine. The mildly doofy punching bag was reborn a refined fighter. It had to come down to a do-or-die scenario, but through the fire, he'd been reborn the Phoenix.
