The Hurricane and the Serpent: Danica Donelle vs Makie Akamatsu

The crowd was murmuring with excitement as the arena was cleared for the next match. It had been a busy night tonight in LAW, one of the matches on tonight's card looked to be a battle between wrestlers who were slowly but surely making names for themselves. Both came from families with strong wrestling backgrounds, and both would be putting their pride on the line tonight. No matter who ended up winning tonight, it promised to be an intense bout.

And then, abruptly, the first of the contestants arrived, heralded by blazing pyrotechnics and a blaring theme as the announcer spoke up.

"Our first competitor......hailing from Tokyo, Japan...standing at 5"4 and weighing 124 lbs...give it up for THE HURRICANE, MAKIE AKAMATSUUUU!!!!"

As her new theme song roared to life, Makie Akamatsu made her entrance, to the cheering of the fanbase. Pumping up an arm and saluting her fans with a V-sign, Makie strode down the ramp, eagerly hi-fiving the fans as she made her way down. Breaking into a run, she raced for the ring and climbed the turnbuckle, raising both her arms to the cheering crowd.

Makie had only been in LAW for a short while, and she had not yet won a single match...but she was entering with the energy and confidence of a seasoned title holder. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and very quickly the crowd was cheering her on.

Hopping back down to the ring, leaned against the ropes nonchalantly, waiting to see who the management had decided to pit against her tonight...

Danica rolled her neck in preparation for her next upcoming bout. It was a bit more interesting compared to other matches she had been in thus far, most notably because her opponent actually shared some similarities to herself. Being a legacy wrestler like herself who often competed with her older brother no less. It was almost enough to make Danica like the girl off rip.

Almost, after all, she was going to have to crush Makie in order to win, but if nothing else she may at least go a bit easy if Makie didn't prove to be too annoying. But that was a big if, as is however Makie was entering the ring on her own, causing Danica to give a nod to her brother to stay back himself, may as well keep things even... for now. Either way her entrance music would soon begin to start serenading her as she began to make her way down the ramp from the curtain.

Strutting down the ramp clad in her brand new ring gear she would receive the tell tale boos that were common for a heel such as herself, but it was accompanied this time by cheers as well as whoops and hollers of appreciation for how damn good she looked. Making her way to the ring and strutting up to the ring, hopping onto the apron and slipping between the ropes and into the ring. Looking over her opponent Danica would smirk lightly while giving a wink before heading to her corner and leaning against it in wait for the match to begin in full.

Makie had heard only a little about her opponent-- that like her, this "Danica" person came from a wrestling family, and that she was pretty much following in her mom's footsteps. That was it: she hadn't had the time to look up any of this girl's matches, or read any of her background. As such, Makie had no idea what kind of wrestler she was going to be up against; she figured she was just going to have to wing it when the time came.

And then, at that moment, her opponent came striding into the arena, to a mixture of boos, cheers, and catcalls from the crowd. Leaning against the ropes, Makie got a good look at who she would be facing off against in a few minutes.

Oh.

Oh wow.

Danica Donelle had "heel" written all over her, both due to her attire, her obviously villainous white hair, and the fact that she had the bitch walk down pat. But damn, she also looked good while doing it. Makie had no idea if the management secretly knew that "tall, Amazonian and incredibly confident" was Makie's type, but if they did, then pitting her against someone like Danica was just damn cruel on their part.

Makie tried to remain calm and composed as Danica slid into the ring. She even met Danica's gaze as the other girl casually looked her over. However, the moment Danica winked at her, Makie felt her face turn a deep shade of red as she found herself blushing. Keep it together, Makie...

Taking a deep breath, Makie leaned back and waited for the bell...which finally rang, signalling the start of the match. Leaping from her corner, Makie moved to circle Danica warily, eying her to see any tricks she might move...before darting in at her taller American opponent. She knew she couldnt best her in a sheer contest of strength, so she had to rely on her striking power and the element of surprise. She lunged in, shooting a leg up, making it look like she was going for an early kick...but she would try to rotate on her boot at the last minute, trying to spin her whole body around and instead send her free boot smacking up into Danica's face!

Finishing her grand entrance in her brand new gear Danica was confident as she looked around and saw she was getting all the desired reactions that she had wanted.. Not just from the fans but apparently her opposition as well. Poor Makie seemed about ready to burst into flames if Danica looked the right way at her. Hell for what its worth the girl was easy on the eyes herself, definitely someone Danica wouldn't mind having fun with later on. But that would be for later, right now she had to focus on utterly dominating this girl in the ring, doing so in the bed room could wait if it came to it.

Bell ringing to officially start the match Danica would begin to circle her opponent, confident smirk stretching across her face as she kept her hands up in preparation, watching her foe for any sign of movement. Movement that would come faster than even she expected as Makie came running at Danica making her eyes widen in shock! Seeing that it seemed the girl was going for a kick! Which wasn't entirely wrong, it just wasn't the type of kick Danica was expecting as the dark haired girl spun on her heel at the last moment to deliver a kick right into her face!

"Ugh!" Danica cried out as she was sent stumbling back, holding her face before growling softly in pain as she leveled her gaze with Makie after the blow. Oh that was NOT a good impression to make with Danica as she slowly began to growl softly before dashing forward, hoping to catch the girl off guard as she got her footing back on the mat and if possible just throw her whole body weight into the smaller woman with a simple but effective body check!

Makie's heart raced as she managed to deliver an early blow upon Danica-- one that sent the taller, white-haired girl staggering back, visibly dazed by the blow. Grinning at her initial success, Makie burst forward into another run, hoping to leap up and either hit her in the head with another kick that would hopefully down her, or to latch her legs around her head and nail her with a hurricanrana!

Except Danica suddenly burst into speed at the same time as her. Wide-eyed, Makie didn't have time to dodge: with a crash, Danica's body slammed against hers, causing the lighter Japanese girl to gasp at the impact. In an instant she was bowled off her feet and went crashing onto her back; huffing, she rolled, trying to get back to her feet in time...

Danica huffed slightly after successfully crashing her body into Makie's own, knocking her down to the mat and definitely doing a number to her in the process. Tossing her hair back a bit she would waltz towards the still rising girl before reaching down to grab hold of her hair and the top of her leotard before she was fully up. If successful and before the ref could get on her case Danica would intend to turn sharply, pulling on Makie as she did so to try and take the girl off her feet and fling her through the air before crashing down on the mat if successful!

Makie was panting hard as she rolled over onto her front, one arm cradling her chest as she sucked in air. Danica had the raw power to match that impressive height of hers, and she had made it known by easily flooring Makie within the first few seconds of the match.

She gasped, her scalp burning as Danica yanked on her hair, before grabbing thetop of her leotard as well, causing her to gasp even further as the fabric compressed around her chest. "Hands...off...my...hair!" Makie huffed, bringing her forearms down against Danica's to make her let go. If she managed that, then she would try to immediately counter, lashing out with a spinning kick-- one that she figured that Danica might catch, and one that she would try to convert into an enziguri kick up into Danica's face if she did so! =

Cute or not Maki made a mistake and ticked Danica off. As such Danica now had the desire to assert her authority over Makie a bit and let her know who was boss here. Gripping her hair and top she was in the process of lifting Makie off to fling her across the ring, but before she could do so she was caught off guard with some elbows coming down on her arms.

"Ngh... Damn you." Danica hissed out and being forced to let go. As she did so though Makie would be quick to respond with a kick! Eyes widening Danica would react quick as she could, reaching down to catch the kick which she did. Before she could so much as sigh in relief however she was met with a follow up enziguri straight to the head! "UGH!" Danica cried out in pain, forced to release her opponent and left to stumble backwards, crashing into the corner while holding her head in pain.

Makie's counter attack worker better than expected, clocking Danica hard across the face and sending her staggering back into the corner. Grinning, Makie rolled up to her feet. So far, she was at least showing she could hold her own against the larger girl.

"Bet you thought you could just bully me around, huh?" she said as she burst into a run. "Guess again, snake girl!" Leaping forward, she would try to latch her legs around Danica's head, inadvertently giving her foe a faceful of her crotch, before arcing back to try and flip Danica to the mat with a hurricanrana!

Danica groaned softly as she made an impact with the corner, rubbing the side of her face after the kick from Maki leaving her dazed. 'Damn... didn't see that coming... literally.' Danica thought to herself but that wasn't the only thing she didn't see. Looking up she was greeted with the sight of her opponent already mid air and coming in towards her face!

Eyes widening in shock at this Danica wasn't able to react at all as the limbs wrapped around her head, pressing her face firmly against the girl's crotch making her gasp weakly into the woman's groin before getting pulled forward and off of her feet, getting sent crashing down to the mat as a result! "Ugh!" Danica cried out in pain as she made contact and rolled forward, trying to get her hands and knees under her as soon as possible!
