Tigress In The Highlands: "Tigress" Tina Armstrong vs Hazel "Highlander" Nielsen (D)

Hazel wasn't generally one for over-cockiness. She was definitely more than confident though and so far she hadn't encountered anything in this match that would even make her question that confidence. Rushing forward Hazel wasn't expecting Tina to move, her eyes widened as her legs were suddenly swept out from under her. Before she could even regain her composure Tina was right on her and was quick to slam her head into the canvas a few times, Hazel's eyes and teeth clenching from the disorienting pain of each blow until she was dazed enough for the tigress to do something big!

Hazel let out a small pained groan as she was pulled up to her feet and she was soon lifted up onto her opponent's shoulders. Realizing where she was she weakly kicked her right leg trying to squirm away but before she could her opponent spiked her head into the canvas! "Gah!" Hazel let out her hands shooting to her head, holding it in pain as she kicked her legs, clearly her opponent had a target and seemingly a lack of care about giving someone a concussion!

Tina managed to get Hazel down and wanted to keep her there, but part of Tina also wanted to throw her around more. Taking it to a bigger lady with power moves had to play mind games with the bigger, stronger wrestler or so Tina guessed. The blonde tigress stood up, pulling Hazel up with her while shoving her head between her legs. Tina grabbed Hazel around the waist and was going to try to lift her up then send her down for a quick forceful sitout powerbomb to attempt a pin! Tina knew she had to give it her all for the impact but moving quickly before Hazel could counter was key here...

It felt like Hazel had been struck in the skull with a hammer as she laid on the canvas. The Death Valley driver hurt like hell and it seemed Tina wanted to keep going for bigger and bigger things. Tina quickly started to get back to her feet and she was pulling Hazel right up with her causing the Scotswoman to groan before her head was shoved between the blonde's thighs. Soon Hazel found herself seated on top of the smaller woman's shoulders but before she could counter or start reigning down punches on the woman's head she was sent plummeting back down to the canvas, her back hitting the mat hard, every muscle in the red heads body tensed up.

The referee quickly got into position and started to count. But Hazel was far from done despite the pain, quickly raising her shoulder and breaking the count. "No..." Hazel said to herself softly as she rolled onto her side.

Tina felt Hazel buck out and break the pin! Tina rolled to the side and got up to her feet shaking her head. She had hoped that would have done it. She had more work to do...

Tina pulled Hazel up by the head swinging a fast uppercut to the jaw before wrapping an arm around her opponents head. Tina wanted to hook a leg and lift sending Hazel back with an exploder suplex to try to keep her momentum rolling!

Hazel was on the backfoot at the moment even after kicking out of the pin. Rolling onto her stomach Tina quickly grabbed her by the head and pulled her back up before she could get back up on her own. Before she could even make a move the tigress's fist came swinging up clipping her on the jaw. Clenching her teeth Hazel forced herself to work through the haze still inside her mind. As Tina wrapped her arm around her neck Hazel began to swing her fist hard into the woman's sides, punching the woman in the ribs stopping her from continuing her her intended move. After a few punches Hazel would attempt to pull her head free from the woman's arm.

If successful Hazel would quickly raise her boot aiming to drill it right into Tina's stomach to stun her and make her lean forward. If she did Hazel would quickly wrap her own arm around Tina's head before throwing her weight back and spiking the blonde's head into the canvas with a DDT before laying beside her trying to catch her breath and regain her composure.

Tina thought she had Hazel but the hard punches stunned her and as she tried to grapple with Hazel again that kick smashed her abdomen doubling her over! Tina grunted and was an easy target for Hazel who grabbed hold and spiked Tina's skull right off the canvas with a DDT that left her on her side cradling her head in her arms having her momentum painfully emphatically halted by Hazel! This was not good at all and Tina knew she had to recover otherwise things were looking bleak.

Hazel's chest rose and fell with each breath as she laid beside her opponent after successfully countering the woman's offense. Taking one last deep breath to calm herself Hazel then sat up and glanced to her side seeing Tina cradling her head. Knowing she had to keep pouring the pressure on Hazel got on her knees and grabbed Tina's heads giving it a hard slam into the canvas as a bit of payback for earlier before forcing them both back up to her feet. Hazel would then go for something big, a signature move of hers! Hazel attempted to Irish whip Tina straight into the corner. From there Hazel charged after her aiming to land a running uppercut to the woman's jaw. If successful Hazel would then run to the opposite set of ropes and rebound off of them before running back at a no doubt stunned Tina to land a hard running knee strike to the woman's skull to complete her signature "Cailleach's Knee"!

Tina grunted as her head was bashed to the canvas adding to the haze she was in. This was only going to lead to more trouble and a far larger headache. Tina was whipped to the corner, her back crashing against the turnbuckle before Hazel came running in crashing painfully against the tigress leaving her slumped in the corner! Things were only getting worse though as Hazel came crashing in again smashing her knee against Tian's face!

Tina's head whipped back and her body lifelessly slumped down to the mat in a heap as she fell to her side leaning against the ropes. That absolutely crushed her skull leaving Tina looking like she was totally out of it on the mat!

Hazel's move went off without a hitch leaving Tina slumped in the corner, head resting against the ropes. Taking a deep breath Hazel smiled as the audience before taking a step back and stared at Tina. Reaching down the highlander snatched her opponent by the hair with one hand before bringing her other back before sending it forward attempting to land several elbow strikes to the woman's head while she pulled the woman's back up to her feet. If successful Hazel would force Tina's back against the turnbuckle while hooking the woman's arms over the ropes to make sure she stayed standing as she pushed the woman's chin up staring into her eyes while she raised her hand and then suddenly brought it down hard into the tigress's chest with a hard chop!

As The tigress was draped over the top ropes the chop echoed throughout the arena leaving Tina slumping over, stomping meekly with her right foot as her arms draped over the ropes are what kept her vertical. She was in a bad spot and reeling at the hands of the newcomer, her agonized, pained aching body only matched by the damage to her pride as she was looking every bit to be the newbie doormat she feared the bosses saw her as.
