Asuna Fujino vs. Megumi Mutoh

Asuna was still stunned from the kick as Megumi moved behind her and seized one of her arms. Soon Asuna's arm was wrenched behind her back and pushed upwards trapping her in a painful Hammerlock. Asuna would yell out in pain, soon brought on her knees by Megumi as the girl kept pulling her arm strongly.

On her knees, Asuna knew she needed to find a way to escape. With her free hand she reached for Megumi's ankle, and would yank at it, attempting to bring the girl off-balance, while she would try to raise herself a little from the kneeling position so that she could use her legs to push her weight behind, trying to force Megumi down on the mat behind her and land on top, both girls on their backs.

Successfully bringing Asuna on her knees while putting her in the hammerlock, Megumi was looking to weaken her shoulder joint even more when she felt her opponent's hand grabbing her ankle. Before she could react to it, her foot was yanked from under her, causing her to lose her balance, forcing her to relinquish the hold. With Asuna getting back up before throwing her weight behind, Megumi was unable to stay upright as she fell onto her back with her opponent on top of her.

Knowing that her opponent would take advantage of this, as she was in a perfect position to be pinned, Megumi would quickly push herself back up, getting herself in a seated position as she would wrap one of her arms around Asuna's neck while she was behind her as she would use her free hand to tighten her hold around her opponent's neck, subjecting her to a sleeper hold.

With a few quick moves, Asuna managed to finally escape the painful hammerlock and push Megumi to the ground below her. She tried to turn her attention to get back at her foe but Megumi was quick, the fall doing little to stun her. Before Asuna could move Megumi sat up behind her and her strong arm wrapped around Asuna's neck, soon to be reinforced by her other one, trapping the wrestler in a sleeper hold.

Asuna grunted and immediately moved her hands to her neck trying to ease the pressure as the hold was cutting off her air supply completely. She knew she couldn't force a fully secured sleeper off but maybe she could buy herself enough air to break out. With her hands tugging on Megumi's arm Asuna would attempt to stand up again, using her powerful legs to pull up Megumi as well. If she made to a standing position with her foe behind her she would throw her upper boy forward, her hands pulling Megumi's arms in an attempt to fling the girl above her back and send her flying into the mat.

Even if she succeeded though Asuna would just fall back, with uneasy steps. She would need time to recover as she would be way too hurt from the two moves to get in a close battle with such a dangerous foe.

Squeezing Asuna's neck with the sleeper hold, Megumi was looking to weaken her opponent to give herself more advantage over her later in this match. Keeping the pressure ongoing in the submission hold, she had brought Asuna down, but soon, her opponent seemed to have found a way to escape this hold.

Asuna stood up, bringing Megumi with her even as her neck was being squeezed by the former Wrestle Angel. And then, she threw her body forward, sending Megumi over and throwing her forward, making her land on her back.

"Ghuhh!!"

With that, Asuna was freed from the sleeper hold, and Megumi would roll over onto her side, bringing one hand on her back as she would then get herself on her knees.

After a difficult fight, Asuna managed to smash Megumi onto the mat and free herself of the girl's hold. She took step back and placed her hands on her knees and panted, slowly getting back her breath and getting her pain under control. Fortunately, Megumi wasn't doing the best either, only slowly getting up to her knees after the hit she took from Asuna.

Once Asuna finally recovered she looked to her opponent and kicked off from the ground, rushing over. Once she got close enough she would lift her knee to try and nail Megumi in the head with a knee strike. If she succeeded in knocking her foe down to the mat Asuna would run on, to bounce back from the ropes for another pass and then she would jump on Megumi, driving her elbow into the girl's stomach.

[Arjuna]

It turned out that Megumi's progress to get back on her feet was too slow for her liking, which allowed Asuna to take advantage of this as she rushed over to her, nailing her knee right into her head. "Auughhh!!" Megumi's head recoiled back from the strike, and she landed on her back. And it seemed that Asuna wasn't even done yet with her attacks as she went to the ropes and rebounded from them, returning back to Megumi, looking to deliver an elbow drop right into her.

Despite the grogginess, Megumi was able to see Asuna's attack coming, and she would roll over to her side, avoiding the elbow drop. But the knee strike into her head was making it hard for the former Wrestle Angel to get back up on her feet, and she would remain on the mat, clutching on her head as she struggled to get up. "Uurghhh..." she groaned as she would get on her hands and knees.

[Satoshi]

Asuna charged at her foe and managed to nail Megumi in the face with her knee, making the girl drop down on the mat after a strong impact. After the hit Asuna carried on with her momentum and rushed to the ropes and bounce back, trying to jump on Megumi with her elbow. However Megumi wasn't out of the competition and the girl rolled away, making Asuna hit the mat hard. She grunted as she impacted and lifted her head to look at Megumi.

Seeing her foe still on the ground Asuna couldn't relent. She gathered her willpower and pushed herself to her knees and got close enough to Megumi to grab one of the girl's arms. Then she would attempt to drag that arm away from the girl and wrap her legs around it, pulling back as she would lay down on the ground, trapping Megumi in an armbar.

Despite successfully avoiding the elbow drop, Megumi was still reeling from the knee strike to her face, which made it hard for her to keep her defense up. Due to this, she was unable to stop Asuna from getting to her, grabbing one of her arms before putting her in armbar. After wrapping her own legs around Megumi's arm, Asuna pulled her arm back as she laid down on the mat, applying pressure in the armbar.

"Nnnghhhh!!!" Megumi gritted her teeth, feeling the pressure from the armbar. Her mind started racing as she tried to come up with a plan to escape. For the time being, she could only remain there as she tried to free herself from the submission hold. She needed to come up with her escape plan fast, or else she might be forced to tap out to this hold

Asuna managed to capture her opponent in an armbar hold, yanking the wrestler's arm with force. The hold seemed to be working well as Megumi let out a pained grunt but was unable to get away from Asuna. Asuna had no reason to let up the pressure however as she would keep going until Megumi found a way to retaliate.

"Just surrender, I don't want to injure you too badly." She would call out to the other wrestler. Asuna wasn't one to hold back from a submission hold even if she had a genuine concern for her foe. Though she wasn't used to opponents with Megumi's toughness in her career before LAW.

[Arjuna]

"Rrrgghhh...!!!" Megumi gritted her teeth, ignoring Asuna's suggestion for her to submit. She had endured worse than this, and she wouldn't let herself submitting to mere armbar. As she remained in the submission hold, the former Wrestle Angel would start rocking her body. At first, she would do it slowly before she increased her speed, and with a yell, she would try to shift her position where she would be able to push Asuna down.

While her arm was still stretched in the armbar, she would try to go for a roll up pin, getting Asuna's shoulders pressed on the mat. Hopefully, this would count as a pinfall attempt where the ref would come over next to them to start counting for the pinfall.
