Celina takes to herself, "she really had lost it" Celina thought to herself as she paced around
"no....ugghh"
Celina would let out an exasperated sigh, clearly being in a bit of a rut, her last match was her getting beaten to a bloody pulp by Handa, she didn't want to have to be baled out of a situation like that ever again, especially considering how much pain that got her sister and her friend into, she wanted to get stronger, she just wasn't entirely sure how...
Celina's appearance:

"Huff...!" Salem exhaled roughly, the bar in her hands meeting the ground as she squatted. Sweat dotted her brow and forehead, a testament to her work so far in this session at the gym. Yet again, she put her arms to the test to try and work on her lifting skills...and got a solid 4 reps of deadlifting in. It was the third exercise she had done so far in this visit, but she was still perplexed at how quickly she found her arms to get tired in lifting.
Taking a break, she returned the weights so another gym-goer could take her spot, and sat on a nearby bench to recuperate. Naturally, her eyes scanned the gym, watching all the people go about their routines and work towards their goals.
And it was quite easy to spot someone who was either brand new to gym, or didn't know what to do. In the case of the orange haired girl standing about a dozen feet away from the heavy bags, it was the latter. It was clear her mind was clouded, likely on what to do or work on today, and Salem felt a sense of purpose drawing her towards her. It was similar to Yunyun, who she had also helped, and was reminded at how good it felt to help a fellow LAW member.
Before she knew it, her butt had left the bench, and she began to work her way towards the uncertain wrestler. "Hey, need some help? Not to be rude but you look a little...lost?" Salem said in a gentle tone, trying not to mean any offense.

Empathy wasn't nearly enough of a word to describe Salem's feelings, despite being the most accurate one.. She'd been there before yes, lost and unable to figure how to get better, faster or stronger. But, this was more than that, as that feeling was such an awful thing for the young Shooting Star. She wanted to do her best to help this young woman out no matter what.
"Well..." she began, looking to the rest of the gym, "If you want my personal recommendation, you could always practice some light strikes on thd heavy bag. It's simple, easy, and gets the heart rate up for the more intense stuff!
Salem motioned to the heavy bags, waiting for the uncertain gal's reaction. "Oh! By the way, I'm Salem! I'm new to LAW but not to wrestling, so sorry if my advice is unwarranted." She gives a gentle smile, before heading to the bags herself, with others without the phoenix.

Stopping in her tracks, Salem turns on a heel and looks back. Sparring? Now? I thought she just wanted to work out? she thought, but didn't think to much of it. If she wanted a spar, Salem could give her that, even if she was a little tired.
"Sure thing, let's do it! Only light sparring ok, I'm a bit tired from my workout earlier." she warns the Phoenix with a smirk, showing she's not too serious about it. Heading to one of the several rings in this gym, she climbs up onto the apron and through the ropes. It's only at this point she realizes, she doesn't know this girl's name yet and she's about to wrestle her! With a quick turn to lean on the ropes, Salem asks, "I forgot, what's your name? I'm Salem by the way, it's good to meet you."
It was clear that despite the eagerness to really jump into something as intense as sparring, this gym newbie was still nervous, but it seemed to not be entirely because of working out or anything like that. Still, Salem wasn't about to dive into that and make her uncomfortable, so she waited patiently for her to enter the ring.

Celina tried to boust, she wasn't exactly sure why she thought this random woman would know her father considering that alot of the people she has met in LAW haven't known him with exception but she thought that someone would be excited to see her eventually, with her then immediately thinking
"oh right, light spar...sorry was kinda lost in thought"
Celina said immediately as she hopped into the ring, stretching a bit as she waited for Salem to come in with her

Sure, Salem didn't know who Celina was referring to, but she always had a lot of respect for wrestlers who came from blood that belonged to the ring. It was admirable, walking in the footsteps of the ones who came before you, eager to try to not only make them proud but also carve your own path.
"Yeah, just some light stuff. Show me what you've got, and we'll go until one of us feels like stopping, ok?" Heading into the ring, Salem would bounce on her feet, hopping from one to the other more so like a boxer than a wrestler. Her heart was really pumping now, raring to go and spar against someone else, especially someone that had some lineage like Celina!
After a minute or so, she'd then stop, landing on both feet and squatting down just slightly, maintaing her stance. "Alright...come at me Celina. Show me what the Neo Phoenix can do!"

Celina would smile as she heard her opponent, challenging Salem to a test of strength
"alright then, let's start off with a classic then shall we?"
Celina asked as she challenged Salem to a lock up, she always did enjoy waking these, two wrestlers testing each others resolves until one of them finally caved and got pushed back, it was a spectacial to watch, at least she thought so anyways

A classic test of strength, how could Salem pass this up? It was like a ritual in the ring, one that was respected and honored for decades of the sport. To refuse the offer of one was almost an insult in itself, and she was not about to give that sort of message to Celina.
"Definitely! Give me your best alright?" Salem would quip out, locking her hands with the Neo-Phoenix's. Her grip is tight, trained and practiced, showing her years of experience...even if the force behind that grip wasn't anything special. The face of the Shooting Star began to tense, wanting to really show the other woman that she was someone properly skilled!
