Another day in the Young Lioness apartment (open thread)

note to everyone

This is an open thread , but please give me or roy an heads up before joining in as we like to at least have an good flow. This thread is for staff working with young lions/lioness or members of the group themselves

Wendy Timbur would groan as the first rays of sunlight fell on her face as the redhead was not an morning person despise being used to getting out of bed early considering the family business. However it was exactly because of that , and other negative things that she never became an proper lumberjack or jill in her cause and set her sights on becoming an wrestler. It bin an interesting month so to speak as she had her debut against Luiza in the female division , and Oscar in the mixed divison which she both won.

Between those two matches she mostly just spend her day with the other young lions and lioness while going through the motions. Since she could not say it was boring being in an house filled with prideful and headstrong people who thought they were the best. Which was proven by the feuds she saw Cecilia and Sophia start with some of the other residents , and that was when she just moved in. As every day another person was moving in leading to more mayhem , but then again it how the lumberjill wanted it as she put on some jeans and her favorite jumberjack top ,and walk down to the kitchen for an nice hot cup of coffee to start the day

Jinako Carigiri...couldn't believe that she's actually here in the Young Lioness Program and is given an apartment to live...not that she actually needs to live here as she's rich enough to just get her own apartment, but anyways she's...feeling quite a lot being here. On one hand, she really IS excited to be here and she's able to take her real step in...well talking and being around people! On the other hand though...she's kind of a nervous wreck internally, honestly she's actually scared on how people will talk to her. She knows that she HAS to keep up appearances around these people, to be the wise and strong Goddess Ganesha that she wants these people to see her as. It doesn't matter how she REALLY feels, she HAS to appear this way. Her eye catches...a lumberjill in the kitchen brewing up some coffee...well perhaps that's a good place as any to make friends...or be forced into a match already before she can really settle down...whichever comes first! She comes near the kitchen to see Wendy making herself come coffee and she'll come in to make herself some coffee too...and also cook some curry to start her day though the making of her own coffee and curry will come after Wendy so she'll just wait

Wendy was soon joined by another person as she tried to remember what the girl's name was. As she took an few seconds before she remembered while making an cup of yogurt as she would sit down in the kitchen as she said ''so your name was Jinaro right? How are you fitting in''as she would then take an sip from her coffee as she figured she could have some small talk with the other person until the others wake up.

Jinako's whole body briefly shook when Wendy (mispronounced) calling out her name. She didn't expect to have to talk to someone so soon but she knows that she's going to have to so she's going to have to suck it up and respond to...this lumberjill girl. She mentally prepares herself before talking, trying to psych herself up to play into the role that she's suppose to. She crosses her arms and puffs out her chest to display confidence befitting of a living Goddess "I-It's Jinako, Jinako Carigiri and don't you forget it. You may also call me Ganesha, it's what I go by in the ring. As for how I'm fitting in, I-I sort of just got here but I'll fit in just fine" She goes back to making her own coffee and curry combo "What's your name lumberjill?"

Wendy did not know an lot of mythology , but some names are familiar as she listen to the new girl introduce herself as she retorted ''so your nickname is the god with the elephant face? Well that sounds interesting , and my name is Wendy Timber . Yes I know the joke you are likely thinking of , and please don't say it out loud''in an teasing tone as she wondered sometimes if one of her ancestors lost an bet considering the fact most of her family worked in the lumberjack trade.

Jinako didn't expect for Wendy to recognize the name of the mythological god when she said it, it was a pleasant surprise "Y-Yes, the God of New Beginnings, Wisdom and Luck; the Remover of Obstacles. The one with the elephant face and a broken tusk" She was a little confused for a second on what she would make a joke about in Wendy's name until she realized what the joke could be. Either way "O-Okay, I won't say anything about your name" She chuckles a little as she was making her curry and coffee at the same time of talking to Wendy and soon enough it got done. She goes to set the food down where she can eat

'Okay just knew it had the face of an Elephant ''replied Wendy as her knowledge of Hindu gods and it mythology was small as she just smiled at the other woman. As she was wondering what was on Jinako's mind. Until she figured it out when she saw an hint of realization drop for the other woman as she retorted ''good as I would not want you to experience the wrath of an lumberjill'' as she did raise an eyebrow when she saw the other woman make curry as that did not really seem breakfast food to her.

Jinako chuckles a little when Wendy said that she doesn't want her to experience the wrath of a lumberjill "I wouldn't really want to experience that either" She sees the raised eyebrow as she was eating her curry and drinking her coffee. She thought about what it is that she could be thinking about until she thinks that she figured it out "Are you thinking about my breakfast? I know that it's not traditional like pancakes but in my case, I don't care because is curry is good for breakfast for me...for today at least. Who knows what I'll be in the mood for tomorrow"

Wendy would just shrug her shoulders as she heard Jinako explain the reason she was eating curry as she figured that was as good an reason to have that for breakfast as any. Still she could not resist teasing the other woman as she retorted ''more like you could not handle the flavor of my cup of yoghurt '' when an new voice said ''Would have said she should try it as all that curry is going to her ass. Seriously just because your name resembles an elephant does not mean you need to weigh as much. Then again the same can be said for you lumber girl''

As an blond who loved the color purple way to much walked in as Wendy introduced Jinako to the blond by saying ''this ray of sunshine is Sophie or better known in this place as the bitch who was so bitchy her parents cut her off. Sadly she can wrestle so we are stuck having to be around her loving personality all day'' with the most sarcastic tone she could muster
