Who's got the best abs ? Ambre vs Kerstin

Ambre sighed quickly so that her pulse would be a little faster while listening to Kerstin's words who was planning to get serious right after. She then decided to pass her turn a little faster than expected but just as seriously. The Black Pearl chained a right hook then a left hook on Kerstin's stomach, each time aiming at the sides of the navel to work all of her sparring partner's abs.

After giving her three punches, Ambre put her hands on her hips and stood up straight so as to display her abs by putting them forward. She looked at Kerstin with a big smile and squeezed her stomach with all her strength to prepare herself for the pain and the blows she was going to receive.

"Your turn!~"

Kerstin stayed up, prepared to take some more hits while watching Ambre prepare herself. Then she started to throw some chains to the center of Kerstin's belly, striking her hard dead on two more time. "Uggh! Nggh!" Kerstin groaned, the first punch hurt enough to make her gasp and the next one made her take a step back from the force behind it. It hurt...but Kerstin was still standing, and she smiled at that fact. Ambre was smiling too, she didn't want this to end soon.

"Get ready." She said getting into position. No time to wait or let Ambre rest, Kerstin's best chance was with a constant offense the moment her turn came. So that's what she did, starting with a right straight to the navel. Then she would try to throw some uppercuts, hitting the sides with a left and a right, both times trying to dig her fist deeper and deeper and both times trying to muscle Ambre back and make her feel it.

Ambre barely finished her sentence when she was already taking Kerstin's terrible blows. Her breath was cut off, the Frenchwoman sighed silently in pain and immediately fell to the ground after taking Kerstin's two uppercuts, finding herself on the ground first and out of breath.

"Hahh..!"

The Frenchwoman was desperately trying to catch her breath but breathing hurt her, every movement of her stomach became an effort for her. She put her arm against her stomach and slowly got up while looking Kerstin in the eyes with a small smile that mixed fun challenge and pain.

Kerstin had surprised Ambre with her next set of punches, going in deep and attempting to put as much force behind the spot in her belly where she'd found a weak point as possible. The results after mostly hitting pure muscle finally seemed to pay off when Kerstin made Ambre lose her breathe before punching as deep as possible and really digging her fist in. Then to her surprise Ambre fell giving Kerstin the technical win of sorts when she saw the big girl drop. Kerstin smiled, as fun as that was those punches from Ambre hurt like hell and she was starting to doubt if she could win that contest.

"I could tell. It took a lot to make you really feel anything, I'm impressed. I don't give out soft punches." Kerstin admitted patting Ambre on the shoulder before looking for a place she could finally sit down after that battle. It was a better workout than anything she was planning to do that was for sure.

Ambre remained on her knees, panting in pain while holding her stomach with one hand. Keratin was probably trying to reassure her by ending this little contest and patting the French woman's shoulder... But even if she had just lost, the Black Pearl wanted to improve, even if she was going to be in pain.

"Wait!..."

The French woman straightened up with her breath slightly taken away and faced Kerstin who was already seated, looking into her eyes with great desire... Asking for a second contest would be futile, she had just lost... Then an idea came to her mind!

"P-Please !.. Keep hitting my stomach!... That way one day my abs will be even harder... And we'll have our rematch at that time!..."

Kerstin thought the contest was over, and truly it should've been after a combo of punches like that, what else could Kerstin do to someone after that? When Ambre told her to wait she froze up and looked at her confused, wondering what else she could ask for her in current state. Her answer came from the desperate Ambre asking her to keep punching her in the belly to work over her abs even though they were now tender as a means of strengthening them.

"Are you sure?" Kerstin asked, raising her hands. "Because that'll hurt, and hurt a lot. I don't want to hurt you badly for no reason." Kerstin said, unsure if she should do something like that, yes working the abs could strength then but she could also damage her a little if it went too long or Kerstin hit her somewhere really hard.

Ambre stood in front of Kerstin, looking at her first training partner with a little insistence. She wanted to become stronger, she had worked alone for so many years and now, she finally had the chance to be pushed by someone... She badly needed to be more resistant if she wanted to reach her goal one day.

"I'm sure...! Don't be shy, we stop when I ask or when I'm on my knees again!... Please!!.."

Kerstin still wasn't sure about this, but something about saying no to Ambre felt wrong, too wrong to refuse even if it would hurt the big girl. Kerstin simply nodded her head and would bring her fist up, raising it to strike again at Ambre's abs with an uppercut before she'd step in and start to throw a series of left and rights aimed at the center of Ambre's belly.

"I'll do it but you better make sure you tell me to stop the moment you can't take it." Kerstin said her voice carrying a hint of concern while she prepared to really go to work. Kerstin would wind her fist back for another big shot and try to hit Ambre right in the center of her gut, pushing deep into her muscles if Ambre's abs weren't prepared.

Ambre was determined to continue this training, knowing full well that she was going to suffer much more than she already suffered... But she also knew the benefits it would have in the future! For the moment, Ambre had made a good impression in her matches thanks to her strength and resilience but she knew that she would face wrestlers who were stronger, more skilled and more enduring in the future. Strength alone was not going to take her very far, she needed to have a strong body!

Kerstin finally accepted the Frenchwoman's request and quickly threw a punch against the Frenchwoman's stomach, sinking it in the process while Ambre, who was not prepared, sighed long in pain and leaned forward.

"K-AAGH!.."

Ambre staggered slightly and slowly straightened up while gritting her teeth, slowly getting used to the pain she felt on her stomach with Kerstin's fist digging in... She even tried to forget the pain by clenching her fists with all her might and panting slowly, looking her sparring partner in the eyes with a small smile.

"...I...I can do it...!"

Kerstin could admire Ambre's desire to grow, even though she knew it was going to hurt like hell to do it. She wanted to make sure that she matched it and gave Ambre the lesson she desired, trusting that the girl knew what would help her improve and kept her focus on the girls abs. Kerstin pulled her hand back and would aim an uppercut hard into Ambre, hitting her with some of the same moves that put her down before, even going for another uppercut right after to keep the pressure on her.

If she was still standing Kerstin would then try to test her endurance a little, going for a combo of 3 punches to the center of Ambre's gut to wear her down and force her to keep enduring a few hits even with Kerstin holding nothing back.
