Jab, hook, uppercut. Go again, Yoko.
Spoiler
PUFF! PUFF! THUMP!

Was that better? Yoko turned to her trainer, who was in her thoughts for a moment.
You need to apply your mass to your punches better. Let me show you. Lee then walked over to the bag as Yoko took a couple of steps back, her eyes on Moonyoung.
The jab is meant to either stun, distract or force the opponent to guard high.
PUFF! Lee sent a lightning fast jab. If Yoko had blinked, she would've missed it entirely.
You don't have to put your weight into it, but it has to be fast.
Now for the hook, as you send it, take a quick, small step forward with a single foot and as your hook arcs, you should arc your body, leaning downward in the opposite direction of your fist.
PUFF!! The bag would shake and move a bit before it comes back.
Now because you've leaned down a bit, you're in a prime position to smoothly transition into the uppercut. If the opponent had blocked both the jab and the uppercut, it is very likely that their guard will be high and their gut wide open. So, in order to best apply your weight, make a bigger step with your other foot as send the uppercut!
THUMPF!! A loud connection sent the back flying backwards. It looked like the bag itself wanted to fold as if it had received a gut punch.
Lee then stopped the bag coming back at her with her hand and then used it as a rest of sorts.
And your opponent will spill their breakfast.
Right, I'll make sure to wear an apron to the ring. Yoko joked.
I think you're gonna need a hazmat suit... Moonyoung joined in on the joke.
