Cassidy Ryder vs “La Fénix” Aurora González

In one fluid motion, Aurora leapt onto the ring apron, her agility on full display. Cassidy, anticipating a crossbody, braced herself for the impact, but Aurora had something else in mind. With a swift and precise movement, Aurora sprang into the air and delivered a devastating flying roundhouse kick to Cassidy’s face.

SMACK!

The sound echoed through the arena, and the crowd gasped in shock. Cassidy, caught completely off guard, staggered backward, her head snapping to the side as she struggled to maintain her balance. The impact sent her reeling, and she dropped to one knee, trying to shake off the dazing blow!

If there’s one thing Aurora loved, it was combos. And she smelled blood in the water. With Cassidy down on her knee, Aurora leapt on the top rope itself and then sprung off flying towards Cassidy, eliciting further gasps from the crowd. La Fénix slammed into Cassidy’s face with a flying knee/thigh strike to lay her out.
”You forget how good I was when we were a team, puta!”

Cassidy lay sprawled on the canvas, dazed and momentarily motionless from the devastating blow. The crowd, still buzzing from the high-flying combo, watched with mixed emotions as Aurora stood tall, clearly in control of the match at this point!

Aurora didn’t go for a pin yet. This was a fight and she wanted to hurt her opponent. La Fénix wasn’t deploying her usual graceful offense. She instead straddled Cassidy, her thighs wrapping around Cassidy’s hips, and proceeded to mercilessly ground and pound her stunned opponent.

Each punch was filled with Aurora's bottled-up fury, raining down on Cassidy’s head, shoulders, and arms as Cassidy, still dazed, tried to cover up and defend herself. Cassidy could only raise her arms to shield her face as Aurora’s strikes came fast and hard. The crowd watched in stunned silence as Aurora’s brutal attack continued, a far cry from her usual style.

The crowd was shocked at Aurora’s savagery. They clearly knew Cassidy’s beef with her, but they were unprepared for Aurora’s deep-seated issue. Aurora pounded away until she truly looked at Cassidy. She looked down at the woman who, in another life, was her friend… practically her sister. Aurora stopped and remembered the road trips, the bars, the bar fights. She grabbed Cassidy’s shoulders and pressed her forehead to hers.
”Someday you’ll understand, but not yet.”

Cassidy, her face still throbbing from the onslaught, was beyond words. Fury boiled inside her. Without hesitation, she retaliated with a vicious headbutt, cracking their skulls together with a sickening thud. Both women groaned in pain, but Cassidy didn’t waste a second.

Shaking off the daze, Cassidy got back up to her feet, pure rage driving her forward. As soon as she saw Aurora rise, Cassidy charged, ducking low to avoid any retaliation. She bounced off the ropes, dodging Aurora once again, before launching herself at full speed on the second rebound.

Cassidy hit Aurora with a Lou Thesz Press tackling her to the mat. Now it was Cassidy’s turn to unleash hell.

With Aurora pinned under her, Cassidy straddled her former partner and began throwing wild punches, her fists fueled by the raw, pent-up emotion she’d held back throughout the match. The crowd roared as Cassidy’s fists rained down, her anger palpable with every blow, wanting to hurt Aurora just as much as she had been hurt moments before.

“You think you can just beat me down?!”

Cassidy screamed between punches, her voice trembling with rage.

“You think you can walk all over me?!”

The arena was electric as the tables turned and Cassidy took control, unleashing a relentless fury that seemed to shake the very foundation of the ring.

Cassidy's hesitation cost her dearly. Aurora was suddenly seeing stars from Cassidy's headbutt. Before she knew it, she was tackled to the ground and it was her turn to be grounded and pounded. Aurora turtled up. She took some painful blows to her body and arms, but managed to protect her head. Whatever friendship these women had was lost in the present moment. Aurora tanked the blows and waited for Cassidy to burn herself out. When the moment came, Aurora shoved her hips up and attempted to unbalance Cassidy and throw her off of her. If successful, she would get up and stomp on Cassidy, screaming in rage.

Cassidy’s rage-fueled assault began to slow, her punches losing some of their force as exhaustion set in. That was the moment Aurora had been waiting for. With a sudden burst of energy, she shoved her hips upward, catching Cassidy off guard and unbalancing her. Cassidy stumbled, and Aurora took full advantage, throwing her off and scrambling to her feet.

The second Aurora was back on her feet, she let out a scream of pure rage and immediately began stomping on Cassidy with all her might. Each stomp landed with as Aurora unleashed her fury, her boots connecting with Cassidy’s sides and arms as Cassidy desperately tried to cover up.


The crowd gasped as Aurora continued her assault, the match devolving further into a brutal brawl. Cassidy, now on the defensive again, shielded herself as best she could, forced to endure yet another savage beating from her former partner. The back-and-forth intensity of the match left everyone on the edge of their seats, wondering how much more each woman could take.

Aurora stomped Cassidy mercilessly.
"¡SI YO PUEDO! I'LL WALK ALL OVER YOU ALL I WANT. I'VE BEEN WRESTLING SINCE I WAS FOURTEEN. YOU CAN'T TAKE THAT AWAY FROM ME. NONE OF YOU CAN. I'LL SHOW YOU ALL!"
The ref eventually stepped in and pulled Aurora off of Cassidy.
"IS THIS A PLAY DATE OR A FUCKING FIGHT, PUTA?!" Aurora screamed at the ref.
Aurora turned and ran to the ropes. Rebounding, she leapt into the air attempting to nail Cassidy in the face with a dropkick.
