My Future On LAW

Hey all,

I’ve been thinking long and hard on what I want to say in this message, because I don’t want it to seem like I hate LAW or I’m close to being done with it. I think I’ve been spending too much time here, though. It’s more so that I’m on here a lot trying to finish threads, keep up with posting, and possibly fish for new ones that it feels like it has become a chore. Also, LAW is an evergrowing community and the hunt for things to do is so quick and fast pace that it’s just been hard for me to start something new like a new storyline or get stuff for my characters. I’ve also gotten way more interest when I just put my roster out there and leave it for people to scout out potential matches or feuds or whatever they please. Leave it up to them rather than go hunting for new threads. It’s just became overwhelming and I know there are probably better ways to search for their threads like putting out requests and what not, but everyone seems to have their particular people they like working with so I never found much use in it.

Also, I have been finding it struggling to balance LAW and WFPW which has caused me to get behind. I’m still in 2023 building the foundation of WFPW, but I’m trucking along good. Getting champions crowned and what not. So, LAW is going to be a second priority and I’m taking a little break from it this weekend. But starting Tuesdays and Saturdays, those days will be reserve for catching up on posts so I’m not leaving anything by the wayside. I feel like that’s a good medium and I won’t have to balance so much all at once. It’s just been overwhelming for me on my already wounded mental health.

So, that’s all I really wanted to talk about. Just scaling back some and taking time for other things while finding the days to work on LAW. Thanks for reading!

Completely understandable. Your mental health comes before anything else, so if you need to scale back or leave for a while, I am 1000% with you. Keep safe and well!
