It was a few weeks before the biggest show of the company calendar named We Are LAW and Kennedy was for sure going to make sure she was right into the spotlight for it like she did the year previously. Things didn’t exactly go well for her as she had faced Alania for the LAW Heavyweight Championship and despite having her mental mind games up to par and stealing the title from the self-proclaimed Amazon, Kennedy came up very short and had to abide by the stipulation she herself set for the match. She couldn’t challenge for the title as long as Alania held it and she is a woman of her word. That’s not to say that she hasn’t been paying attention. Every match Alania has been in that Kennedy has watched has, in Kennedy’s opinion, proven her point that Alania should have just stayed retired. That is where she is coming out to prove her point.

Kennedy came out as she was booed out of the building, but she just blew a mocking kiss at the fans wearing sunglasses, a yellow sports coat, pink sparkly t-shirt, blue skinny jeans, and designer white boots. Kennedy strutted her perfect figure and made sure her shiny blonde hair was on display for the cameras as she pouted her lips and gave them a checkmark pose before dispersing the camera people surrounding her and hopping on the apron. Kennedy slips in the ring before wanting the microphone as the ring announcer handed it over with the crowd booing Kennedy and determined to not let her speak. Kennedy had to tap the mic in order to produce irritable feedback and loud thumps to get the audience to quiet down.

“Be courteous to a celebrity, jackasses. Alania, I’m not going to sugarcoat anything and I’m not here to waste time. I got a magazine shoot in a few hours so walk that old ass out here. I got some chatting to do with you,” Kennedy demanded.

Alaina was backstage in her tiger print one piece swimsuit with her LAW Heavyweight Championship over her shoulder as she watched Kennedy saunter her way out into the ring. "Huh, I guess the jungle got too rough for the diva huh?" Alaina said as Kennedy stepped into the ring. Alaina rolled her eyes as Kennedy rudely asked her to come out. While Alaina didn't want to indulge that woman, she knew the fans would be disappointed if she didn't make an appearance.

To that end her music began to play and she came out smiling, waving to the crowd and flexing a bicep before blowing the fans a kiss. She stood at the top of the ramp looking at Kennedy and her look changing to one of annoyance. "Yes designer brand Karen, what do you want now?" Alaina asked rolling her eyes and standing there with her hands on her hips looking into the ring.

Kennedy smirked as she took off her sunglasses folding them to set them on the rim of her shirt. She saw Alania come out all annoyed and bothered and she wasn’t even coming down to the ring. Kennedy knew that after all this time, Alania was still bothered by her antics and it really showed when Alania said some lame insult to try and stir Kennedy. Kennedy laughed into the microphone walking in a circle before turning to acknowledge Alania.

“You really relying on your kids to write your trash talk for you? I’d expect that insult from them, but from someone as old as yourself? It won’t make you any younger and less wrinkly, Lanny. Regardless, I really wanted to catch up after almost a year apart. How ya doing? Besides breaking down your body further and further and getting sent to the hospital and having that cuck of a husband not put his foot down against you?” Kennedy asked as she wanted to cut Alania deep.

Alaina shook her head and paced while slowly walking towards the ring. "Oh nice one, go for the family. Stay classy." Alaina said as she kept going. This woman really was something else and it was aggravating. "Well I am doing well, I am still the LAW Heavyweight Champion, still showing that I am the best woman in the ring against women half my age, and still living in your head rent free so I am pretty good. You came out to cause a scene honey so why not tell all of us how you are doing?" Alaina said as she was nearing the bottom of the ramp staring into the ring.

Kennedy was another one who thought Alaina was hogging the spotlight. Was she? To some extent. She missed wrestling and she is always going to go out and do her best to be the best. If Kennedy didn't like that she always had the option all the others had and that was actually winning against Alaina in the ring if they could.

Kennedy smirked as Alania was coming towards the ring and she scoffed about Alania saying SHE was living rent free in Kennedy’s head. Kennedy raised the mic and pointed right at Alania.

“I haven’t thought about you in over a year and I’m sure you didn’t waste your time thinking about me. I still paid attention to things while I took my break and reinvented myself while you broke down against Bast and had to be shipped to the hospital. I made it to Hollywood. I’m starring in an upcoming thriller action movie, I have a magazine interview and photo shoot in Germany with my dear Ana, and me and her have a new reality series set to come out on Netflix. “The Glamorous Lives of Kennedy and Ana” which follows our daily lives away from wrestling. Plus, I now have full Cyber Legacy protections in my contract meaning I could beat the straight up piss out of you and make you retire on the spot. There’s so much that has happen Alania and it’s way more impressive than your twilight years has ever been,” Kennedy explained with a cruel smirk.

Alaina nodded along and listened. "That is impressive and I am happy for ya. It just sounds like you are a wrestler who is doing more outside the ring than inside the ring which if that is what you want, great. However for you to say anything about my title reign is a joke. This reign is more successful than anything you have done in a ring. So while you are out playing at actress and reality TV personality I am just doing what I do best, and clearly doing what I do better than you do little miss jealous. Why else would you make it a point to come out and call me out?" Alaina said as she stood with her arms crossed keeping her gaze fixed on Kennedy. "Also your Cyber Legacy protections are humorous. I sure do feel threatened by attachment to women I've beaten repeatedly in the ring and if you want to behave like some scumbag without getting fired congrats. The rest of us just wrestle and act professional without needing special contract treatment." She added with a shrug.

“Doing what you do best, huh? Let’s see….get outsmarted by me and let the title get stolen, almost become crippled in a PPV match against Bast, get beaten down twice by the Harbringers, be proven as nearly fragile by just every opponent you faced, and have to really push yourself to the brink despite your age. That’s really awesome for you, Alania, that you have reigned for so long and you have pretty much eclipsed Astrid at this point as a grand champion,” Kennedy explained.

However, Kennedy took her sunglasses off and stared Alania right in the eyes with a heated glare.

“But just because you have all these successes behind your back, it doesn’t mean you don’t have as many weaknesses buried underneath. I don’t need the title to prove that you are just a selfish harlot as I claimed you are. Let me ask you this: what if the next title defense goes wrong, Alania? What if you get an injury so severe that you’re in a wheelchair or maybe confined to a bed for the rest of your life? Do you want to be at a high school graduation where you can’t even get up to hug and kiss your kid congrats? Because you just couldn’t stay out of the limelight? You are a horrible mother!” Kennedy spat.

Alaina listened to Kennedy talk and shook her head. "Yeah ya sucker punched me and ran off with the belt like a coward, real great highlight for yourself there Kennedy." Alaina said "I know Astrid held the title a long time but title reign defenses are more important than how long someone held it. I am pretty sure I've defended it more and put the title on the line more than any other champion in LAW." Alaina said with a shrug.

Kennedy than kept ranting and glared at Alaina taking her sunglasses off. Alaina was silent for a moment as she was beyond irritated with this woman at this point. "Nice dramatic removal of the sunglasses, an odd choice to be wearing indoors anyhow. Am I selfish for coming back to the ring? Honestly I am. However I know I can come back and be dominant, and that Charlie has the kids. I spend all my time with them when I am not training or wrestling. They are old enough to understand and support the decision themselves. I get that an injury could happen but what if a meteor crushes us all tomorrow? You can sit back and try to get under my skin girlie but it won't work. You can rant all ya like but you haven't proven you can beat me in a ring, and despite all your little games I have proven I can beat you." Alaina said as she glared at Kennedy. "Unless ya have something actually important to say I think we're done here aren't we?"

Kennedy just stood straight ahead in Alania’s eyes before raising the mic to her mouth once more. She had to try and suppress a little smirk as she stared down the champion.

“Maybe you have beaten me….but you still haven’t learned a damn thing about the tricks up my sleeves!” Kennedy exclaimed as she slapped Alania’s face!

Before Alania could even respond or lunge for Kennedy, Freya and Elm had ran out to the surprise and shock of the crowd! Brynhild Ederne’s daughters making a shocking appearance especially after the crowd knows the tensions building between Alania and Brynhild ever since Brynhild went to Alania’s house to drive a few nails in Alania’s back. Was this some kind of alliance? Freya went after Alania hitting her with hard shots to the back and Elm kicked down at Alania even though she had a bit of a conflicted expression on her face. The crowd booed both daughters as Freya went into a frenzy battering the back of the champion before Kennedy ordered her up.

“Still one step ahead after all this time apart, Alania! I could even steal the title again, but no use in that since I can’t challenge for it. ………Unless I went to management already and…..had a few things prepared before we met. You took the bait like any sucker would. You’re just a naive fool getting yourself outnumbered and thinking you’re still the same invincible Amazon after all these years. Maybe you’ve had to trudge past a few worthy contenders and you’ll have one more to deal with at We Are LAW, but you’re going to be busy with me on the eve of the big show. I’m all about giving the best matches that people want to see so….You’ll be facing me and my new bodyguards next week! 3-on-1 Tornado Tag Handicap Match. That means all of us get to have you to ourselves,” Kennedy explained as she kicked the face of the champion before grabbing the belt to the many boos of the crowd.

“As for why Freya and Elm attacked you….let’s just say that Ana’s sweet talking ways knew how to sway Brynhild in our way. We both have a mutual understanding of kicking you back to the curb you wandered off of. That’s why you see the Glamorous Coalition before you. And Alania….if you lose to us next week, no matter if is you or Brittany Yse walking out as champion, I’ll get the next shot, because the stipulation from last year is now null and void! ” Kennedy screamed throwing down the mic and raising the title to the booing crowd before placing it down at Alania’s prone body as her and her new cohorts started leaving the ring.
