"I just...want you to know Natsuki, you know..."
God, Yuri—why are you still here? Natsuki was probably less than a minute away from charging onstage. Monika had delivered her little pep talk, Sayori had hugged her, and they'd both scampered off to their seats.
Whatever. Natsuki tried her best to ignore the little raincloud as she hopped and shadow-boxed in the backstage shade.
"If things do go...poorly. You can absolutely rely on me to be there."
"Things are gonna go fucking great, Yuri." Natsuki snapped.
Pow, pow! She smacked the air with a one-two combo.
"I'm just saying, if you need me to interfere, at any point..."
Natsuki almost tripped over her own feet as she flinched mid-hop.
"...Eh—The fuck? What?" She pivoted on her heel to face Yuri.
"What?"
Yuri, of course, turned beet red. Coward. Can't even stick to shit she said five seconds ago.
"I-I know how Monika feels about cheating, of course! And I agree that ethically, it's not...um...Normally good to contravene the explicit rules. But I think within the culture of LAW, um, it's somewhat expected that..."
"Yeah I don't give a shit about any of that." Natsuki ran both hands through her hair, cracking a grin as she leaned back against the wall. Geez, Yuri.
"Point is, I don't need your...I dunno. Whatever this is you're trying to do." She thrust her thumb at her chin. Jut out her jaw. Cracked a snaggletooth grin.
"I'm gonna kick butt just fine on my own. Now why don't you trot off to your seat and watch me, Yuri. You guys are gonna be taking notes on this match for a long time, and I don't want you missing a single move."

Little girls with a loud voice made for a
perfect entrance theme for Natsui. She rushed through the curtains and into the limelight while Emily Arima's growling vocals rumbled through the arena.
Natsuki had gone all-out for her outfit: A pink skirt covered in sequins that glittered and bounced, white socks up to her knees, pink converse shoes, a vest around her shoulders to match the skirt. All of it custom-fitted to her...unusually petite body. Tight and stylish, closer to a K-pop star than a professional wrestler. But that, she knew, would just put her opponent off her game! Make her underestimate the tiger coming for them.
She hopped into her corner.
"Yo yo yoooo!" She waved both hands to the crowd. They were lively today!
"What's uuuuup TOKYOOOOOO!"
Guess they wanted me to show off what I do
But I couldn't care any less to show you
Cause though I'm a hare, I've got nothing to prove
Though I'm a hare, I've got nothing to prove
