I browsed the Reference Catalogue and didn't see Lisa from Genshin Impact there, so I'm guessing wether she is free for the taking or not. Thank you in advance.

Yoruichi and Rukia were both taken by a user who was last active in November, and the user who had Nezuko, while I can't find them, hasn't been active in some time either. To the best of my knowledge, Asuka is free and always has been.
