Kate took the fall to the outside and rolled further towards the barricade where she'd start getting back to all fours, one arm rubbing at her throat before she heard the characteristic cling of metal. Before she could react or even look, she heard the chain rattle again before a sharp pain went across her back, sending her back down to the ground. "Khyyya!" She cried out, the skin on her back getting torn up and slowly covered with sticky crimson right before another lash came down! "Agghhh!"

The situation was bad but if Kate did not hatch a plan fast it would only get worse, she had to act quickly. Before even giving it much thought, she'd turn, and get her arm up in the way of the incoming chain, gritting her teeth as it struck and wrapped around her forearm, then, grabbing it, she'd pull down, hoping to pull Mindy who similarly had the chain wrapped around her hand to fall with her chin directly on Kate's now extended leg!

The attack continued, the chain working its magic on Kate's skin and making the stoic wannabe badass scream like the bitch she was. "I like the music, now let's raise the volume. I need to hear it from the sky." Mindy said hitting her again, wanting to see some red on the chain and Kate's back before she was done. She raised the chain again for another swing when it was caught, likely cutting Kate's hand in the process despite that, but letting her hold on to it and try to pull it down to drag Mindy to her and her raised boot.

"Aaggh!" Mindy screamed, head bouncing off of Kate's leg and stepping back, with the chain still in her hand. She quickly shook off the pain, refusing to let her opponent escape from this that easily and tried to pull the chain out of Kate's hand. Of course she expected Kate to not give it up and was just trying to keep her stuck in a tug of war so that she could move in when Kate tried to pull back and allow Mindy to step in and kick the rookie's head.

Kate's manoeuvre worked though not quite to the effect she was hoping for, with Mindy still up on her feet and in the most basic sense, in a position of advantage despite the kick she had just taken. The hope Kate had still was that the attack rattled her enough to allow Kate to get out of her current predicament. The tension on the chain, she took as a sign that Mindy backed away or stumbled so it seemed like a perfect time to make her move.

That was a mistake, the tensioned chain was nothing more than Mindy keeping it tight on purpose and as soon as Kate tried to get herself back up, it served as a perfect tool to line up a kick landing directly on Kate's head, knocking her back down to the ground from whatever progress she managed to make. All that compounding onto the string of attacks she was already forced to take, Kate would hang from the chain loosely, her free arm reaching towards her head in a shaky motion, trying to shake off the cobwebs before she'd take even more damage

The struggle for the chain finally ended when Mindy ran in and stopped Kate from getting back up with the kick to her skull. Even her high tolerance and endurance couldn't take the brunt of that punt, knocking her down and leaving only her arm up and still holding onto the chain. Mindy realized that Kate's ability to recover was too abnormal to ignore, no matter what she recovered quicker than anyone she'd ever seen. That meant Mindy needed to start doing something more painful, her small cuts weren't doing it. Mindy saw the way the chain dangled on her arm and got an idea, she would reach for Kate's arm and grab it to drag the rookie closer to the corner and then she would take the chain and start to pull it off of her arm so that she couldn't use it to get in the way and would instead start to wrap it around her neck.

"You can take some hits, but no one can survive without breathing and that's about to get a lot harder for you Katarzyna!" Mindy said before she would loop her end of the chain through the ring post, then grabbing the other end and getting enough distance would pull both ends back, using the ring post like a pulley to pull Kate back up and choke her with the chains around her neck getting tighter and restricting her airwaves, while also digging into her skin. The cruelty of the move was met with boos all over, but Mindy was just smiling only caring about how she would make Kate see nothing but darkness before this match was over.

Kate was in a daze and as Mindy dragged her towards the corner, she could not help but follow, trying to refocus her vision as Mindy worked on her next plan, By the time she had enough wherewithal to know what was going on however, it was too late. Realizing what was about to happen she lurched towards Mindy only to be dragged back by the chain, her back hitting the apron before her feet lifted from the mat as a literal noose tightened around her throat!

She kicked in the air, grabbing the chain in momentary panic as her throat got too tight to take as much as a single breath. She knew she had to act fast, the 15 years of training were telling her everything about what was wrong here, her throat was one thing, but her arteries were blocked too, at most she had 10 seconds before everything would go dark and she wasted precious time already and even bedding the chain loose enough to not choke run the risk of her spine separating at the base of the neck from all the weight resting on it.

To say this was bad was an understatement of a century, it wasn't just the match at stake here, if Mindy did not release her the moment she passed out, and Kate had no faith that she would, it would be about her health if not life... The edges of her vision were already closing in, her limbs beginning to feel numb. It would be all too easy to just drift off... She closed her eyes, squeezing them tight and fighting on her tongue to keep awake if with nothing else than with pain as she'd reached up to the chain over her head, grabbing a hold and pulling herself as much up on it as she could to release the pressure on her throat and to take a step onto the apron. By the time she did manage to do so, her vision seemed as narrow as the head of the pin. She did not even feel as she fell to her knees, coughing up some blood that splattered over the floor and the chain she still held and felt a pull on. She gripped it tighter and despite her body telling her to just quit, pushed off her knees and pull with everything she got before jumping off the apron, hoping to tear the chain free from Mindy and if her lucky stars allowed it, pull her to collide with the corner post!

The coldness of Mindy's move was clear, fans started to gasp in shock and horror at what she was doing and even the ref felt tempted to say something despite the match stipulation. These sentiments grew as the seconds passed and for a moment it looked like Kate might not escape it and if she passed out she had to be quick and make a call since she didn't trust Mindy to have anyone's best interests in mind. So far the Actress turned wrestler was going all out and she had Kate struggling once again, fighting just to keep the chains from being too much while she also fought the lack of air in an inhuman move. "Don't be stubborn Kate, I'll show mercy if you give a sign of submission to the night sky. We're all watching!" Mindy declared pushing back a little more. A few more seconds and her wish would've been granted from a pass out, but Kate managed to throw herself on the ring apron to give her space to breathe, making Mindy groan before she tried to move to pull her off it and keep the attack going, until Kate suddenly used her position to pull back on the chain Mindy was still holding and throwing her forward before she was ready!

"Uaagggh!" Mindy screamed dropping forward and slamming into the ring apron head first. The loud ding that followed made it sound like Mindy's skull cracked and she felt like it did even if she wasn't sure if it was true. She dropped the chain and fell backwards, holding her head after almost getting knocked out by something so avoidable if she was prepared for it.

Deep breath... the strange tingling feeling passing through her entire body, the world coming back into focus faster than it had any right to and then, pain. Not breathing wasn't a problem really, blood was and now that her organism could pump it to her brain, it did so as fast as it could, she could almost feel every little vessel in her brain expanding to make up for the volume, heart beating so hard it made her chest feel like it was gonna burst open... Yet none of it mattered, the adrenalin in her system right now was probably enough to kill a horse but it was exactly what she needed. She noticed she was standing back up as it was already happening, her thoughts catching up with her body as she unwrapped the chain from around her neck, letting it pass through her fingers and coil on the ground until she saw it. A single loose link. She stepped on the chain, below that point, grabbing the part above and pulling until a shart metallic clang could be heard, a smaller bit of the chain remaining in Kate's hands as the rest of it fell to the ground.

"I'm so fucing done, playing nice with you" She said, walking over towards Mindy, wrapping the chain around her fist as if to use it as an improvised brass knuckle. "You talk so much about how great you are yet I kept up with you, despite all your tricks, I didn't use weapons, but I guess we're in for the bloody dawn now!" She said as she arrived over Mindy, sitting on her chest, the free hand dressing up against the woman's throat almost as if to crush her trachea. "Come on starlet. Let's talk now!" She finished, clearly fuming with anger as her chain-wrapped fist would come down on her opponent's skull until she was damn sure she'd have the floor to pay her back for all she did the entire match!

The landing was awful, her back hurt and her face felt worse after hitting the corner from Kate's trick. She didn't know what Kate was doing since her eyes were covered by her hands, protecting her face from the outside as if the air itself was going to threaten it and make the pain worse. Of course she wanted to get back up, but that didn't feel right at the moment and soon she heard Kate's complaints. "Of course I use weapons, what kind of idiot doesn't in a match that allows them?" Mindy pouted to Kate's complaining, which got Kate sitting on top of her and pressing down on her throat.

"Haagk!" Mindy choked, feeling the hand tighten on her throat before she could get out of her position, leaving her to struggle underneath and try to force Kate off before Kate introduced her to her fist...now wrapped in the chain. "Bllaaggh!" Mindy screamed, her face smashed into the floor with the chain assisting and leaving a few cuts along with it, making Mindy's head a dark mess with the struggle to breathe getting to her.

Kate was not pulling her punches to begin with and now that she was mounted on top of Mindy she was truly making it rain, after the first few letting go of the woman's throat to be able to better manoeuvre her weight and bring as much of it down with every strike that she could. "Come on! Let's talk now!" She cried at her opponent between punches, repeating the phrase a few times before she felt satisfied with the devastation she wrought that way. Stopping with that assault, she remained on top of Mindy for a moment, breathing heavily and wiping the sweat and blood off her face before she noticed something just to the side of where they sat.

Making her way there she would grab the chair that got thrown outside all the way at the beginning of the match, grabbing it and dragging it back to Mindy. "Remember this?" She asked as she set the chair on the ground, grabbing Mindy's leg that she before attacked already, then jamming it between the seat and backrest. After that she would step on the legs of the chair, applying more pressure little by little. "Last chance..." She said dryly with a plan in mind already should Mindy refuse to give up still!

The pain was like no other, and Mindy had several run ins with painful and merciless acts before. Her head felt like it was going to be smashed open at this rate, putting her hands up only made sure that her arms got a few cuts, but it was preferable to taking too many to the face. That attacks only stopped when Mindy felt Kate stop and leave her there to try and recover, her face aching and bruising while she turned to her side, until she was turned back and a chair placed on her leg, Kate's next move clear and vile when knowingly done against someone of Mindy's stature.

"Nggh..Last chance to do what? Beg? The Midnight doesn't cower to any human, both it and I are above you!" Mindy shouted, despite the struggle of speaking through her lips after those punches she remained defiant, looking for a way out or a means of countering Kate's madness before it got out of hand.
