Cathy would look up with her head laid ot the side… “hm what I could do about this.” She would start then she would press her shoulders and her legs against the mats as hard as she could. In one fast move she would try to bring her body up from the floor and bridge it as high as she could. She would try to throw her opponent down that way, before rolling over the mat away from her getting back up to her knees. “how was this?”
