The 'Sea Turtle', Akari Ito vs Kanako 'Supernova' Sawatari
Match Type: "Falls Count Anywhere."
In order to win, a fighter must score a fall over their opponent via knockout, submission, or pinfall. There are no count-outs. The combatants can go anywhere on the premises to continue their match. The attempt to score a fall does not need to occur within the ring. However, a referee needs to be present to count it legally.
No DQ - No Disqualification for any reason whatsoever.

The crowd was feeling ecstatic for tonight's upcoming match...The restless audience would shift around in their seats, eager to see a spectacle unfold. Tonight, they would be treated to a specialty match...Falls. Count. Anywhere. This wasn't your standard affair one-on-one fight. A Falls Count Anywhere match can NOT be taken lightly. It is an intensive battle that will test a wrestler's durability, stamina, and desire to win. With so many factors involved, a simple matter of superior skill or strength won't be the deciding factor. Both wrestlers must take every opportunity and push their bodies to their limits if they want a chance at victory. The match could go ANYWHERE, giving it's potential ending limitless possibilities. Paired with the lax set of rules via the No Disqualification factor, ANYTHING could happen...a run-in...a clash with weaponry...even an explosive collision with the backstage equipment...there was no telling what the two women in this match would get up to. One thing was absolute-...Akari Ito couldn't WAIT for that bell to ring.

The Sea Turtle was getting prepared backstage, slipping her gear on and preparing herself mentally. She had a fire lit in her sparkly-blue eyes as she sorted through her things, heart POUNDING with excitement. Whenever she was given the opportunity to perform, Akari always sprung on it. So, when she was approached by one of LAW's promoters with the chance to be in a Falls Count Anywhere match against a promising individual by the name of Kanako Sawatari, she jumped on it immediately. A proud, energetic Japanese wrestler like herself would NEVER back down from the opportunity to put on a show-stealing, era-defining match of the night with a fellow countrywoman, nor would she ever refute the crowd a fight so entertaining that it would shake the HEAVENS themselves with its impact.

Was Akari scared? Hardly!!! She had fought under harsh conditions before, been to hell and back, and achieved victory...Regardless of the environment, Akari would ALWAYS thrive...whether inside the ring, outside, backstage, or in a steel cage...It didn't matter. When that bell rings, Akari finds herself in her natural habitat. As long as Akari got a chance to fight in front of crowd and give them the show of their lives, the Sea Turtle would ALWAYS put forth 110% of her effort...and in a match like this, the inner entertainer and fighter within the raven-haired woman were joined in unison, perfectly united as Akari looked at herself in the mirror, smiling with such glee, as if this was the best day of her life. With everything ready to go, the backstage crew gave Akari her cue, and the Sea Turtle set out to make her entrance. She makes her way through the halls as her music starts...

HEY YOU!!! DON'T YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE!?!?

On cue with the opening line of her theme, a record scratch would play, causing the lights to dim low!!! The lights soon glow green, painting the arena with an array of emerald magic, followed by a barrage of similar-colored pyrotechnics that explode along the outline of the entranceway toward the stage. The vibrant green-colored sparklers were synchronized with the Sea Turtle's theme as they fizzle brightly, mesmerizing the crowd with their beauty before fizzling out. The massive crowd began to cheer as the Sea Turtle appeared from backstage, breaking through the smoky haze left behind by the breathtaking pyro in full regalia, striking her signature wink and pose while bathed in the rave-themed lighting as the arena's atmosphere shifted into one befitting a nightclub. "一生に一度の経験に備えましょう！この試合では君はショックを受けるだろう-!!!......SHELLSHOCKED !!!" (Prepare for the experience of a lifetime!!! This match is gonna leave you-!!!......SHELLSHOCKED !!!)

"Entering first, fighting out of Tokyo, Japan, standing at 5'6 and weighing 132 lbs...Fighting with a one-of-a-kind, jaw-dropping rhythm and making waves across the world from coast-to-coast, shore-to-shore, sea-to-sea...an ICON in the making...THE SEA TURTLE...AKARI ITO!!!"


The Sea Turtle makes her way down to the ring, high-fiving and taking selfies with the audience, hyping them up with her infectious energy before reaching the edge. She grabs the bottom rope and pulls herself onto the apron, taking a moment to stop and pose for the adoring audience before slipping through the ropes. She runs around, bouncing off the ropes with an unmatched intensity, unable to restrain her excitement!!! She removes her jacket and hands it to a stagehand, stretching and loosening herself up as she stands in her designated corner, waiting for the arrival of her opponent...The 'Supernova'...Kanako Sawatari.

As Akari's energetic entrance came to an end Kanako Sawatari would be standing backstage, making some last minute adjustments to her outfit as she waited for her que to make her own entrance. Unlike Akari she was somewhat nervous about participating in a Falls Count Anywhere match. This was the first time she'd be fighting with that stipulation, but she'd seen enough of them to know it meant leaving the safety of the ring to duke it out just about anywhere, which by extension meant that anything could happen!

Not only that but Akari Ito would be her strongest opponent yet, meaning that the superstar had her work cut out for her tonight. But on the flipside it also meant that it was a chance to prove herself; to put her skills to a greater test than she ever had before. When she viewed it from that perspective a smile was able to creep it's way onto her face, just in time for her to make her appearance. With a hastened step Kanako would start making her way down to the gorilla position.

As soon as Kanako could be seen by the audience they would erupt into cheers. Kanako's grin would widen at the sound and she would start waving back at her adoring fans as the announcer introduced her, then she would start making her way to the ring with a confident strut. Along the way she would play the crowd, blowing kisses and handing out high fives, then as she climbed into the ring she would prance around it; making laps of the ring much like Akari but slower and more purposeful in her movements, stopping every now and then to pose for the fans and get a pop out of them.

Kanako

Once she was done with that Akari would now have her full attention. The DJ gave off an easygoing aura, and one could tell just from looking at her that she was full of energy and confident, things Kanako couldn't help but admire in the woman even if they were about to be opponents "Hi! The name's Kanako! Let's give these guys a good show!" She spoke with a good natured grin on her face, giving the DJ a wink at the end.

The Sea Turtle, eager to see the so-called 'Supernova' Kanako Sawatari in action, was bouncing on her feet to a rhythm in her head. The Japanese woman was stretching and loosening herself up, remaining steadfast and prepared for when the bell would inevitably ring. Kanako was given some time between her opponent's entrance and her own. The backstage crew let the crowd die down a little so the starry idol would have the opportunity to get them all riled up and excited again!!!

The moment Kanako's theme hit, the crowd burst into an explosive wave of applause, complimented by a thunderous roar of cheers as the idol made her way toward the ring, striking her poses, playing with the crowd, and putting on an exquisite showing for her adoring fans before prancing around the ring. She took a few laps to herself to give the fans a few more stunning poses and to reinvigorate them with another round of chants and hollering. Akari smiled as she watched Kanako do her thing. This girl was nothing if not an entertainer!!! The Sea Turtle was happy to see that she'd be facing a fellow enthusiast of the performance side of wrestling. It was one thing to be able to wrestle and fight, but it was a whole different ball game to manage a crowd...especially when it came to getting them to like you. Seems the two women in the ring had NO trouble pulling that off.

"Yeah! You've got it!!! Let's blow the roof off this place!!!" Akari cheerfully replied, admiring Kanako's upbeat yet competitive attitude. Akari felt the same about Kanako as the Supernova felt about the Turtle. She adored her personality and presence and was quite excited to face off against her. Both of these wrestlers were filled to the brim with energy and excitement. They were like powder kegs ready to explode. All it would take was a tiny spark to set them ablaze in a fiery storm of passion and thrilling performance!!! Akari returns the wink but decides to up the ante a little. The Sea Turtle winds up blowing Kanako a kiss. "Best of luck to you~...I'm excited to see you sparkle, Supernova~..." She remarked before returning to her stretching. Akari's tightly toned figure was on display for all to see...Kanako included, who would have the privilege of having the closest look at the Sea Turtle from across the ring. Eventually, the time would come for both women to step forward for a final face-off before the bell rings, signaling the dawn of this intense match-up!!!

"一緒に頑張りましょう!!!" (Let's do our best together!!!) Akari cheered in their shared native tongue, extending her hands out for a friendly handshake in the spirit of good faith and proper sportsmanship.

Once Kanako and Akari met in the ring the two of them would both notice how similar their vibes were and that they were both performers at heart, which in Kanako's case honestly made her more excited for the match ahead, the last of her nervousness melted away at the thought that she was sharing the ring with a woman like Akari. When Kanako had winked at Akari she didn't actually intend for it to be flirtatious, but Akari matched her energy regardless and blew her a kiss before wishing her luck; now while Kanako was here to wrestle not flirt she had to admit that Akari was very attractive, enough so that the brunette was interested in seeing if Akari felt the same way.

The ringing of the bell snapped Kanako out of her thoughts and made her realise much to her embarrassment that she had been staring at Akari while she'd stretched. The two fighters would meet in the middle of the ring to start the match up but before the fighting began Akari would seek to start things off with a handshake, an offer that Kanako would return with a smile "(No need to tell me twice!)"

After a gesture of sportsmanship following a little bit of 'friendly' flirting, Akari would move to her corner, gesturing to the ground and getting them all pumped and excited as the audience continued to rave with cheers. Eventually, both wrestlers would have their gear checked by the referee before both were asked if they were ready. Once everyone was cleared and everything looked to be fair and in order, the referee called for the bell, signaling the start of what was sure to be an INCREDIBLE clash!!!


DING DING DING !!!


The match would start, and the Sea Turtle would make the first move, wasting no time rushing in on the Supernova as she charged forward. The raven-haired Japanese woman would make a mad dash from her corner to the center and then toward Kanako, making a beeline straight for the pretty brunette as she wanted to corner her early on with her speed. Was she heading in for a grapple? A tie-up? A power move!? Some aerial attack? No...no, no, NO!!! The Sea Turtle would choose none of the above. Instead, her game plan was to try and catch Kanako out the gate with a sudden surprise attack. She would drop down low, nearly hitting the ground before swiftly twisting her body with one leg extended outward, aiming to sweep at Kanako's ankles to knock the idol off-balance. However, if Kanako opted to dodge by jumping over Akari's leg, she'd unknowingly be playing into the Sea Turtle's hand. In reality, the Leg Sweep was a feint. It was a ploy to disguise Akari's REAL attack...a Capoeira Kick!!! After the sweep, Akari would pop her leg up in an arc, shifting her momentum and sending her shin and foot toward the idol's temple for a swift kick upside the head!!!

With the two young fighters finished building a rapport with each other and getting checked by the referee the match would officially begin. Kanako would begin heading out of her corner, but as quick as she was she had nothing on Akari's 0 to 100 dash straight to her; by the time the two of them were meeting Kanako was only around halfway between her corner and the middle of the ring. When Akari went down low and swept at her legs Kanako would be ready for her and would quickly hop over the leg in a display of agility, but Akari was ready for her and would suddenly readjust her attack so that she was instead swinging her boot at Kanako's head "Gwah!"

Kanako cried out as the first blow of the match went to Akari, sending her stumbling to the side while clutching her head. The Superstar was feeling that blow in her skull and she knew that it would be overstaying it's welcome as a headache in the coming days, but that was something to worry about after the match! Right now Kanako needed to fire back, lest she let Akari decide the flow of the match. Kanako would run for three steps towards Akari before leaping up on the fourth and throwing out a thrust kick at the Sea Turtle's chest in retaliation!

Akari's trick move successfully landed, with the Supernova falling for the opening sweep only to be caught by the follow-up...a classic opening play that was a staple of the Sea Turtle's repertoire, utilizing the agility she gained from her breakdancing hobby and the toned, powerful legs she had trained up. With Kanako rocked, Akari performed a stylish kip-up, rising to her feet with a fantastic front-flip-like maneuver before making a charge at the sparkly, brown-haired idol-turned-wrestler. However, Kanako was tougher than she looked, shaking out the cobwebs and retaliating with a kick of her own, one that catches Akari in the chest dead center, shaking her up greatly and causing her to wince in response before she throws her arms up in defense afterwards, attempting to defend herself from whatever Kanako may throw at her...the vibrations from the impact left her feeling quite rattled...but Akari still smiled with joy...

She wasn't nervous or fearful...she was EXCITED. Seeing Kanako get fired up and attempt to bulldoze her back in response was fun. It sent a message to Akari that this would be a true fight...that Kanako wasn't a ditzy idol to underestimate. Right now, here in this ring, behind all the glitz and glamour...Akari was facing a proper fighter...and that made her heart skip a beat with joy...or perhaps that first kick just messed her up REALLY bad? Regardless, the Sea Turtle just found another reason to look forward to this clash!!!

Though Akari had gotten first blood with a kick to Kanako's head the Supernova would soon get her own back with a kick to the chest that would push her back, though the DJ was quick to put her guard up after that. Kanako too couldn't help but feel fired up by this explosive start to the match; her first two matches back at LAW had certainly been enjoyable for the brunette but neither of her opponents were matching Kanako's energy like Akari was.

With a grin of excitement Kanako would dash straight at Akari with clear intent to strike... only to subvert those expectations by blitzing around the Sea Turtle so that she would hit the ropes behind her! With the ropes at her back Kanako would allow them to launch herself at Akari, while doing so she would extend an arm in the hopes that it would catch the now turned around Akari in the collar for a Flying Clothesline!

Mere minutes into this match Akari was already enjoying herself to quite a thorough degree. Between Kanako's lovely look and vigorous passion for wrestling, there was so much for the Sea Turtle to love about the bright-eyed brunette. But the time for praise could wait, as Akari had to put the pedal to the metal and meet Kanako head-on!!! Seeing the brunette dash toward the, the Sea Turtle attempted to cut her off with a sudden Roundhouse Kick, but a swift dodge by the slightly faster Supernova would lead to Akari being thrown off in time for Kanako to hit a perfect rebound into a Flying Clothesline, knocking the still recovering Akari off her feet as her opponent's arm came crashing down against her collar and chest, flooring her with a hefty impact as the two hit the ground!

With an excellent display of the speed she had picked up in her time away from LAW Kanako would out-manoeuvre Akari to get behind her and rebound into a Flying Clothesline to bring her down to the mat! The move got a pop from the crowd for Kanako's athleticism, which would put a smile on the superstars face before she quickly returned to business, kipping up to her feet.

Not wanting to waste time setting up any big moves Kanako would keep her follow up simple, she would walk a few feet away from Akari before backpedalling in the direction she came from to gain momentum and kicking off from the mat to launch herself into the air while flipping, attempting to land on Akari's stomach for a Moonsault!
