From an outward appearance, Maya is full on Irish. Crimson hair that flows down to Maya's mid to low back that she usually wears up in a ponytail. Maya is fairly tall for a woman coming in at an even six feet tall. Her tall frame though comes with a curvy figure and substantial chest. In line with her Irish roots, Maya has nearly flawless fair skin. Depending on when you catch Maya, she may be sporting more visible abs. Given her appetite for food and especially sweets, Maya tends to go up and down with weight resulting in times where she is a little thicker than usual. This depends on where she is traveling or if she has a fight coming up. However, regardless of what time you catch Maya she is an absolute stunner.
Personality
Maya is a fiery red head much like her father and in line with her Irish roots. She isn't shy and is usually the loudest one in the room with a booming laugh and outgoing persona. In accordance with her mother's teachings, Maya is extremely respectful on first introductions. However, her temper flares when she is faced with heel type wrestlers who seem to flaunt their disrespect openly. Depending on the situation, Maya's temper can be a blessing or a curse for her. Something her father has tried to help her tame, but only to varying degrees of success.
Maya tends to take over conversations and can be a little overwhelming at first. However, she is genuinely friendly and tries to be friends with everyone she can.
Maya loves her parents and is very proud of her dual heritage and embraces them both. Even though she usually comes across as full on Irish, her Japanese qualities add a restrained element to her hard Irish persona.

Strategy: Depending on the fighter, Maya will change her strategy. Smaller fighters she will usually try and over power them. She loves to use power moves to maximize damage. Against equal or larger fighters, she will employ more calculated tactics. Throwing only what she knows will land to wear down larger opponents before trying to capitalize with power moves.
Preferred Matches: Maya isn't shy and will try just about any match brought to her.

As her name suggests, Maya is of mixed decent. She comes from an Irish father and Japanese mother when the two of them met during one of her father's many visits to Japan for wrestling events. Her parents could not have been from more different backgrounds. Maya's mother comes from a very traditional Japanese family while her father is a loud and boisterous Irishman. However, for some reason the two of them clicked.
Maya's father was involved with wrestling for many years. He came to Japan frequently as the country began developing its own wrestling world which is where he met Maya's mother. Although not an in ring performer, Maya's father was an excellent promotor of wrestling and helped build many different promotions during his career. As a result of her father's involvement, Maya was enamored with wrestling early and always knew one day she would become a wrestler herself.
Maya's father was all in with helping his daughter develop her wrestling game and Maya couldn't ask for a better mentor. Her father's work had earned him tremendous respect in wrestling around the world. He could get any coach and any trainer that he could think of to help train and coach his daughter. As a result, Maya developed her skills very quickly. However, Maya's father didn't stop at basic wrestling. Maya was training in MMA at the same time she was learning to wrestle. As a result, when Maya turned 18 she was a complete package. Well trained in multiple fields and an absolute stunner of a woman.
Maya wrestled in smaller promotions to begin with once she turned 18. She wrestled in matches across the globe and against a melting pot of different opponents and styles. Maya would often travel with her father resulting in some impromptu matches when a last minute replacement was needed. Due to her training and mentorship, Maya was a force to be reckoned with. Her ultimate goal however was to join LAW. Her father had worked extensively in Japan and Maya wanted to make a home for herself with a promotion within her mother's home country.
Maya had been wrestling for 7 years when the LAW opportunity came during one of her visits to Japan with her father. She had realized her goal of joining LAW, but the road to climb would be steep. The competition would be fierce, but Maya was ready to face the challenge.
