The young man bowed to the camera. "Greetings, LAW," he said. "Some of you may know me already, but for those of you who don't: I am Kyo Akamatsu, and I am here to fight in this tournament. To fight, and to win."
Kyo straightened up. "Those of you who you know of me, know that I never back down from any challenge. Those of you who know of me, know that I will take on anyone, no matter their gender, or build, or background, and will give them a fight they will remember. Those of you who know me know that I always fight not just for myself, but for my family legacy--" he gestured to the two posters behind him "--for my own honour, and for a general love of the sport. That I fight with everything I have, and try to make it a memorable one for the fans."
Slowly, Kyo sat up. "However, I've been here in LAW for less than a year. So it's likely that a lot of you don't know me." The camera followed Kyo as he strode out of the dojo-- and in an instant, the scene changed; Kyo was in the locker room, and was now wearing his ring gear.
