Backstory
Hilda Goneril was born to a legacy of athletic greatness. Parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, high level sports could be found everywhere in her family tree. And her brother Holst was the greatest Goneril in living memory. He was a wrestler, 4x State Champion in high school, years spent as the #1 ranked NCAA wrestler in college, multiple times over champion in the most prestigious leagues and organizations the world over. So where did this leave Hilda? With a mountain of pressure and expectations that she loathed having. She saw the pressure on Holst to be great, stay great, and become even greater, saw that people were looking at her the same way since she was his sister, and she ran from it. Not for me, she said. Hilda just wanted to laze around all day, go shopping, or hang out with her friends.
Hilda possessed the same freak athletic talent as her brother. In high school she overpowered a lineman on the football team who tried to force himself on her. She made it with time to spare when she sprinted through a forest carrying her friend to save her when she had a severe allergic reaction on a field trip. All without a day of training to get that ability. When Hilda was made to try, she succeeded, she had the same greatness flowing through her veins as her family. She just had no desire to use it. All Hilda wanted was to be lazy, avoid expectations, and enjoy life.
So how did Hilda get from there to LAW? Well her family and their associates didn't exactly approve of Hilda's lay about lifestyle. They told her she could either take up an athletic pursuit, at least get a regular job, or be cut off from the vast wealth her family had built up over the generations as professional athletes. Hilda thought a 9-5 sounded like hell, and getting cut off wasn't an option, so athletics it was. At least there she could have some control over her schedule and regimen. Only problem was that even for someone of Hilda's natural talent and pedigree, having never played a single sport even casually outside of P.E. class didn't exactly leave a ton of opportunities for Hilda to get herself into.
Originally Hilda was planning to just get into some obscure sport that hardly anybody played that most of the world only remembered even existed once every four years when it showed up in the Olympics, but that was when Holst stepped in. Naturally he wanted to get Hilda into wrestling. She was not interested, but still looked into it to satisfy him. And that was when she found LAW. She saw the swaths of unathletic, unskilled women who filled out its ranks, the jobbers. Easy targets who Hilda could dominate with her raw ability alone. Hilda went for it, and Holst would go on record to say that her effort to go from her natural 127 lbs. down to 120 so that she could be in the Lightweight Division and wrestler smaller girls was the hardest he had ever seen Hilda work in his life. Of course, that was before Hilda found out that weight classes crossed over for matches all the time in LAW, much to her exasperation.

Hilda loves to book against jobbers. They give her wins and make her look good without needing to seriously train to beat them. Against these types of wrestlers, Hilda will overpower and overwhelm with her physical attributes and beat them down quickly with a powerhouse style. She wants to be in and out of the ring before she's even sweaty, and she also doesn't want to beat up on people that she knows are weaker than her. Though she is prone to using her sexy body in some of her attacks to have some fun and give the crowd more of a show.
If Hilda does ever have to wrestle stronger opponents, it will usually be because she had less than full control on choosing her opponent. Against this more serious competition, Hilda will take things more carefully. She does have a good mind, if not somewhat unhoned from a lack of training and experience. However Hilda's standard gameplan of trying to exploit superior physicality to win remains the same. Her flaws as a wrestler will also likely be exposed against these kinds of opponents. Mainly, Hilda is severely lacking in defensive technique. If she's put on the backfoot, she can easily start to spiral if she can't brute force her way out. Additionally, if Hilda is faced with a foe who can actually match or surpass her physical abilities, then she will be in big trouble.
