BLANCO SOMBRA VS. DANNY HAINES
Match is scheduled for one fall, to be won by pinfall or submission



Blanco had paced in silence as he waited to make his entrance to the LAW arena for the night. Holly Matheson had followed behind him closely, giving him space to get into the right frame of mind for the match, but she could tell he was preoccupied. His opponent tonight was a solid one, and while Blanco’s recent LAW run had mostly been good, he had also eaten some tough losses. If he was going to survive this strong an opponent tonight, Blanco was going to have to focus …

However, when “Luchador” by Spanish Metal hit the loudspeakers, Blanco burst out onto that entrance ramp fully in-character and ready to wrestle! The luchador seemed to explode onto the ramp, fist pumping up into the air to rile up the fans. They greeted him with cheers and positive energy, and he did his best to match that for an entire arena. Holly politely followed out behind him, smiling wide and waving politely, a welcome sight to the fans … especially when she didn’t have to wrestle herself.

Blanco jogged down the ramp, high-fiving as many of the fans as he could as he made his way down. For a couple of eager fans, wearing Blanco masks from the merch table, Blanco leaned into the crowd to clasp hands, getting his back and shoulders felt up by eager fans wanting to welcome him back to the ring. Luckily, Holly was there to distract the fans … and remind her man that he did eventually need to make his way to the ring.

With a firm smack to his toned backside, Holly sent Blanco rushing to the ring. The luchador leapt up to the ring apron, gripping the ropes. He wiped his boots on the apron three times, backed to the corner, then vaulted over the ropes to mount the corner turnbuckle. Mounting the top turnbuckle, Blanco stood tall and extended his arms to greet the arena and show off his physique in the bright lights. Blanco raised a finger to the sky, before leaping back. Turning mid-air, Blanco hit the mat with a roll, and exploded up to his feet. His music died down, and the ref came over to inspect Blanco. The luchador took his spot in his corner, and waited eagerly for his opponent for the night.

"I know you are big and bad, but listen Danny you need to focus on Blanco. I know what he can do and he is quite impressive in the ring." Alaina said clad in a tiger print one piece swimsuit with matching kneepads and boots complete with her LAW Heavyweight Championship title over her shoulder.

"So if he somehow beats me are you gonna seek revenge on him and his wrestling stable?" Dan asked with a raised eyebrow.

"No one messed with my little Danny." Alaina said giving his chest a hearty pat.

This is what Dan was afraid of. Tonight his fiancé didn't have a match and she would be babysitting his cousins Anna and Carl aka Alaina's twins. Instead of Irelia coming to the ring Irelia and Alaina both agreed without Dans input that Alaina should accompany him. He was more than glad to have the amazon popularity rub but he knew the two had a laugh while making these plans. He knew his aunt was going to embarrass her while Irelia and the 11-year old cousins of his watched at home having a big laugh. Given all that he had to win. Dan flexed his biceps and looked over at his champion aunt. "I get it, but I am not a little kid anymore. I can lift more than you across the board." Dan said.

"I know, you are able to benchpress, squat and deadlift more than you almost 50 year old aunt who weighs 40lbs less than you." Alaina said giving him a pat on the shoulder. "Also I am sooo glad Irelia talked you into those matching trunks! Tiger print looks nice on you." Alaina said with a laugh. "We should tag together! Aunt and nephew! 400 lbs of Haines in the ring slamming their opponents around! You would make an amazing Thundergirl!"

"Yeah. I bet." Dan said. He hadn't even gotten to the arena and Alaina was already embarrassing him. The attire change wasn't as bad though as there was a deal worked out with him and Irelia for a fun payoff when they went down to Sydney next week for a photo shoot together. "Lets get out to the ring, and here's to hoping there are no more fun surprises from Irelia or you." Dan said as the two walked down towards the ring. As cheesy as it was being able to outfit the 187 lb amazon was actually an accomplishment to the 227lb former Ohio State linebacker.

His music played and the crowd cheered for him which was nice to hear. He had just started stepping into the ring more and after a debut loss he chalked up a couple wins since. He flexed and struck a pose before winking to the crowd and smiling. He was strutting down and saw Blanco. Blanco was ripped as well but didn't have the mass Dan did. This was going to be power vs. speed for sure. Experience against energetic rookie trying to prove himself. He heard the crowd roar soon after though as when he was halfway down the ramp Alaina appeared and was striking her own poses. It was at this point he realized the ring announcer was quiet, and Alaina had a mic in hand. His face was already red.

"Ladies and gentlemen! Making his way to the ring standing at 5'10'' and weighing in at 227 pounds of pure muscle.... the cutest little nephew and best big cousin to Anna and Carl.... not to mention lucky man for finding my sweet almost niece-in-law Irelia Xu..... DANNY HAINES!" Alaina said clapping and skipping down the ring and coming up right next to Dan slapping his pecs and abs before she flexed her biceps making Dan do the same side by side with her. That did make for a fun photo op he had to admit even if his face was red. "Blanco you are in for a rough night, Danny is a strong boy, and his arms are almost as nice as mine so you are really in for some big slams." Alaina said with a wink before settling on the outside of the ring opposite Holly.

Dan for his part looked over at Holly and gave her a polite smile and nod with a tip of the cap motion even though he didn't have any headwear on. Dan climbed up onto the apron and into the ring with Blanco finally free from any further embarrassment. He hoped. He smiled and nodded to Blanco before stepping to the middle of the ring with his hand extended. "Yeah.. sorry about all that. When your aunt is Alaina and you are in a wrestling arena she sort of gets what she wants ya know?" Dan said still feeling a bit embarrassed.

Blanco watched closely as his opponent made his way to the ring, followed by none other than the heavyweight champion of LAW. Blanco nodded, impressed with the young guy. His build was big and buff, and Blanco knew immediately that he was going to be in for a challenge tonight. The tiger-print pants were a nice touch tho, he had to admit. Blanco just nodded along as the champion talked some smack to start things off, rubbing his chin thoughtfully as he regarded the flexing duo.

“My Mister’s taken down bigger,” Holly said, not taking things as casually as she crossed her arms and hugged her ample chest. “I think your little nephew is going to get an embarrassing lesson in skill and speed over pure, muscly brawn!” While she rolled her eyes, Holly wasn’t quite as good as Blanco was at hiding her worry, which read clearly on her face. She turned her face as Danny acknowledged her, instead huffing and fixing Alaina with a glare.

“Don’t worry about it, trash talk is part of the game,” Blanco said, approaching Danny as he entered the ring. “But hey, you’ve got the heavyweight champion as your corner woman tonight, that’s pretty impressive on its own. Let’s see how that pedigree does for you, eh?” Blanco offered a handshake, but as soon as the bell rang, he would break it off and start circling his opponent. Then, after a moment, he would lunge in and lock in an elbow and collar tie up with the younger man, looking to test him out in the opening moments of the contest!

"Listen up girlie, you are gonna see what Danny can do and if ya don't want it I will go over there and bodyslam that bouncy butt of yours so hard ya shake like jello in an earthquake!" Alaina shouted across the ring to Holly glaring right back at her before slapping the sides of her thighs to show the difference in firmness before flexing a bicep and winking to her.

Dan tried to motion to Alaina to relax but he knew she wouldn't listen even if she saw the gesture. "I will try not to disappoint you, or her." Dan said as the bell rang. He eagerly accepted the lock up, looking to use his strength advantage to step back forcing Blanco back towards the corner to try to establish himself early!

“NNgh!” Blanco grunted, as the larger man started pressing against him. Blanco tried to get under the bigger man’s guard, but Danny was skilled enough to make the most of his size advantage. Blanco planted his feet, but there was no keeping Danny from pushing him to the ropes. Meanwhile, on the outside, Holly was too busy exchanging heated words with LAW’s Heavyweight Champion!

“Just keep your eyes on the match,” Holly said, with a scowl. “Or you’re going to miss my man humiliating your boy in there … nobody cares about your chunky thighs, anyway!!” Holly scowled, but her raised eyebrows betrayed how shocked she was by the champ’s muscle tone, regardless.

“Nnah!” Blanco grunted as he felt the ropes at his back. The ref started to step in to separate the men, but Blanco wasn’t going to accept the ref helping him. Instead, the luchador took a deep breath, and hooked his hand beneath Danny’s grip. With a quick step and a sharp twist, Blanco shifted his grip and ducked beneath his opponent. Blanco gripped Danny’s wrist, catching the big man in a wrist lock and getting them off the ropes!

"Huh... your 'man' is smaller than I am honey!" Alaina said flexing her biceps and pointing at Holly afterwards. "I doubt you are woman enough to ever set foot in a ring with me or Danny!" Alaina shouted back.

Meanwhile in the ring Danny had Blanco but before he before he could land some strikes Blanco caught him in a wrestler lock! Dan grunted and stomped one reaching up to pat the shoulder ofnhis extended arm before dropping low and twisting changing the pressure before showing off some technical skill to get behind Blanco to out him in a hammer lock instead!

“Ngh,” Blanco grunted, as he felt the mounting pressure in his arm. The luchador felt his way around with his free arm, realizing quickly that Danny was an adept enough grappler to have him trapped. Widening his stance, Blanco backed into Danny, feeling the big man’s chest press firm into his shoulders. Blanco went low, bending at the knees, tucking close to Danny so that he could loosen things up enough to get some room … then, Blanco acted. The luchador pushed off his feet, the smaller man getting up and swinging his arm backward to hook Danny around the back of the neck. Then, the luchador twisted forward and yanked hard on Danny’s neck, looking to force him to abandon the hold by tossing him across the mat with a snapmare!

“Oh, keep acting like he couldn’t pin your thick old body to the mat!” Holly said to Alaina, as their argument on the outside started to pick up steam. Holly was starting to flush red, despite her efforts to seem cool and aloof. Hands on her hips, face scowling, it seemed that the verbal emasculation of her boyfriend was getting right under the Brit’s skin, to the point that she was forgetting about the action happening in the ring!

"Wha-oomph!" Danny groaned as he went from being in control to being snapmared down to the mat! The big muscular frame of Danny hit the mat and he tried to rise back up as quickly as he could knowing Blanco would move quick. Danny was going to try to show off some speed... he was more agile than people expected by looking at him... by swinging his leg up and around fully expecting Blanco to dodge the roundhouse kick. Fanny would try to swing around facing Blanco only to leap up and attempt a dropkick right to the chest of his speedy masked opponent!

Alaina shook her head and stood with her hands on her hips. Many people didn't realize that she saw her nephew like a son more than anything given how Danny's mother was essentially absent his whole life coupled with the untimely death of Charlie's brother when Danny was younger. It was tantamount to someone going after her twins. Alaina stormed around the corner and stood with her hands on her hips. "I guess little boy Blanco likes jiggly soft mass with sass eh? Is he man enough to work his way through all that flubber down under?"

Blanco watched as Danny rolled off the slam, getting back up to his feet quickly. Impressed with the big man’s agility, Blanco could see this was someone not to take lightly. Danny’s roundhouse swung hard, and naturally Blanco ducked it, to try and avoid getting his head knocked off his shoulders … so when the dropkick came flying at his chest, the luchador barely had time to try to sidestep! Blanco took the kick in his shoulder, instead of the chest, knocking him back a bit. Blanco shook his head, steadying himself on his feet, and decided to match agility with agility in these opening goings. Blanco turned around and, in the time it would have taken Danny to get up to his feet, Blanco leapt up and tucked his body in tightly. Then, he exploded with a dropkick of his own, legs thrust out to try to catch Danny in that broad chest!

“Excuse me!?” Holly gasped, shocked at Alaina’s mouth. Despite the fast-paced action in the ring, many in the crowd were starting to see that the real heat was building at ringside. Holly was flummoxed by Alaina’s comments as the heavyweight champion of LAW came up on her, and she stammered to think of a retort. Hearing some of the front-row fans laughing, Holly’s cheeks burned. Unable to think of a retort, or really feeling compelled to, Holly simply did what came naturally to her … and laid into Alaina with a hard slap, right across her cheeky mouth!

He missed, and Dan cursed under his breath as he tried to work his way back up to his feet. He wanted to get up before he could... be dropkicked in the chest and sent right back down to the mat! "Ugh!" Dan groaned as he fell back, landing flat on his back and looking up at the arena lights. He grit his teeth and slapped the canvas in frustration as he wanted to try to get his way back up hopefully before Blanco could pounce and keep building momentum, but Danny felt like that may just be wishful thinking on his part.

Alaina meanwhile was on the outside and she was about to say something else when the slap caught her entirely off guard! "Oomph!" She shouted as her head whipped to the side and her hair flew everywhere! She swayed for a split second before recovering and glaring back at Holly, tossing her title belt down. "Okay that is it!" Alaina shouted as she tried to slap back at Holly to strike her across the face! Alaina would then step up and try to grab Holly around the shoulder and between the legs getting a handful of her soft shaky backside as it appeared as though the amazon was going to slam Holly down on the outside of the ring!
