Kaeo (pronounced Kay-Oh) grew up in the slums of Bangkok. Her dad fucked off when she was young, leaving her whore mother to pass away from any disease she may have contracted. By age five, Kaeo was an orphan, growing up in a dysfunctional house for parentless youths. She kept to herself, remained quiet, and stayed out of everyone's way. From a young age, Kaeo knew she couldn't rely on anyone besides herself. Sooner or later, even those taking care of her now would leave her, whether that meant they ditched her or died trying to give her some semblance of a life. Eventually, once she reached the age of thirteen, the owner of a local Muay Thai gym approached Kaeo after saving her from a pack of bullies, offering to train her in Muay Thai. With nothing to lose, Kaeo took it. The gym was created by local efforts to be a haven...somewhere local kids could flock to after school. It helped them with guidance, strength, discipline, and focus. It turned wayward youths into better people. For the first time in her life, Kaeo felt she could make something of herself and break free from the shackles of poverty. She didn't have to die a dog in the streets. She could actually achieve something. She could actually have a LIFE...
However, the very thing that intended to save her from a life of disparity would become the thing that led her into the depths of the underworld. All it took was one wrong turn, one suspicious man, one seedy conversation...and a malicious offer. Years later, Kaeo was now eighteen years old, a local Muay Thai prodigy with five years of experience behind her. She was finally starting to make a better life for herself, even after the original gym owner had passed away due to health issues. Still, Kaeo had been taught to be strong. Never once did she think that the man abandoned her. No, he left her with everything she needed...However, it might not have been enough in the end. Kaeo wasn't making as much as she used to. She was winning, but...the earnings started to dry up. Kaeo had to take more fights to earn even a smidge of money. The prize purse for winning became stiffer and stiffer. When all hope seemed lost, she was given a deal by the league's head promoter. They had a few fights lined up...ones that were 'off the books'...illegal underground fighting...Kaeo's heart shook at the thought, but-...She NEEDED money. It was her against the world, with no one to have her back besides herself. She took the offer, sealing her fate as an underground fighter, partaking in fixed matches with some lenient rulesets. Her opponents hit harder, played dirty, and made her life in the ring and the locker rooms a living hell. Sometimes, her opponents took beatings round after round. Other times, she was FORCED to take dives or purposely last several rounds before going down. Now and again, she'd be forced to fill a quota. This resulted in her having to take match after match. She left the ring exhausted, unable to rest...going without sleep for a few days. She was living in a nightmare, but there was no hope of waking up. She couldn't go to the police. She was practically implicit in these underground fighting rings. More concerning than that, who knows if the officers were on payroll by the top brass of the city's seedy underbelly? The only benefit was that she was getting paid and eating semi-decently, which is more than what could be said for those poor, unfortunate souls rotting on the sides of the street.
The more she fought, the deeper she got. Eventually, she became one of the top earners for the underground, being described as an 'Ace' for them...a lucky charm that brought in a good crowd...someone who followed orders without a complaint, putting on solid matches as well. With Kaeo, you could hardly tell that the fights were fixed, allowing for the criminal minds at the head of this illegal ring to easily control the gambling market on these fights. However, things took a turn following one week. Make no mistake, this underground fighting ring wasn't a well-oiled machine 24/7. Some cogs didn't like their positions...The underworld was riddled with betrayal, coups, and 'restructuring' of the upper management. This latest batch of goons wanted to give the blood-thirsty crowds something to savor. No holds barred, bare-knuckle fighting, you name it...Years later, Kaeo's body would be marred with scars from some of her more rough fights. Eventually, she attracted some attention from her higher-ups. They recently came across a stroke of good fortune in the Professional Wrestling market, striking a deal with a promoter for some Japan-based wrestling company thanks to the help of an inside man. They needed bodies to fill their contract requirements, so Kaeo...now twenty-two years old...was one of the first to be selected to be shipped to the land of the rising sun. Kaeo's reaction was a little lackluster. She seemed rather indifferent and unfazed by the news that she was being forcibly sent over to a whole new country to fight with a bunch of dressed-up weirdos. However, something inside her yearned for this opportunity. If she was further away from this hell hole, she might have a little more freedom...Professional wrestling, huh? It didn't matter much to the disenfranchised woman....so long as she continued to get paid, she didn't care. Although, a break from the slums would be nice...maybe she'd even get a full bed and better meals...all she had to do was follow orders and keep her head down. In the world Kaeo was trapped in, the house ALWAYS wins, so she needs to keep fulfilling her role as an 'Ace'...otherwise, she'll find out how loaded the dice really are...
Personality: Distant and emotionally removed, Kaeo isn't too fond of social interactions. She likes to keep her head down and move on with her day. She's somewhat timid despite being able to hold a solid conversation. She's unfamiliar with a lot of social norms, given her restricted, violent life. So she thinks it best to isolate herself from others instead of risking screwing up something else. You can't fail if you don't try, after all. On top of that, she's still under the impression that she can only rely on herself, so she distances herself even more from others. If one manages to break through her barriers, they'll find that Kaeo is quite decent to be around. Like anyone else, she enjoys lazy weekends and relaxing. She likes a good pizza or burger, video games, and she's a fan of rock and roll...standard stuff. Although, you'd never guess that given her seemingly cold and dismissive attitude.

- Kaeo is lesbian, but-...she's never experienced a genuine romantic connection. She's been paid to have sex with some of the women she's been forced to fight...anything for the crowd, so long as it kept the money coming in...
- Kaeo is enamored with American 'culture'...going so far as to desperately want to visit the States, hoping to one day make enough money to leave her old life behind and escape to a better, more comfortable way of living in the USA. She keeps this a secret...obviously. She wants to avoid drumming up negative attention by expressing any notion of trying to drop out of the league's circle of influence.
- Despite the world she's been stuck in, Kaeo LIKES fighting. It's a thrill for her. It gets her blood pumping and her heart pounding. Weirdly enough, it also gets her in the mood for sex. She's only ever had it with people she fought, often after being paid extra to do so in front of a crowd mid or post-fight...but that doesn't mean she didn't LIKE it sometimes.
- Kaeo is a HUGE fan of rock n' roll. This is mainly attributed to her love for America. She's bought a few bootleg CDs and tapes. They serve as an escape from reality for her.
- Cats are Kaeo's favorite animal. She wants to own one in the future. She'd most likely go through the process of adopting and saving a kitten, trying to give it a better life. If she can't do it for herself, she can try to do it for something else.

Strategy: Kaeo's background in Muay Thai is the basis for her fighting style and strategy. Strong kicks, punishing elbows, gut-wrenching knees, and sharp punches make up most of her offense, but on top of that, she's been known to take the low road when it comes to fighting dirty. She'll scratch and bite if she has to and will resort to hair-pulling as well. All that time spent fighting in illegal, underground circuits has effectively broken her moral compass. If she's been paid to lose, she'll fight with less ferocity than usual. When the time is right, she'll stay down, take a pin, or tap out...it doesn't matter so long as she's getting paid.
