Eudoxia had no intention of showing any mercy, she'd keep this hold locked in until her foe escaped or the referee required her to break it. Until either, she'd only on as tightly as she could.

Reiko refused to back down, and she continued to try and struggle to get free.

She maintained the hold for a few moments longer. Fustrated at her opponent's stubborness. Any moment now, the official would demand she let go, or maybe, just maybe, Reiko would give in.

Reiko tried shaking her off while trying to pry her arms away.

With the action slowed to a crawl and the hold being less effective thanks to Reiko's prying, the official demanded that Eudoxia let go of her submission hold. Annoyed, she let go of her opponent & got to her feet.

Reiko got up as well. "Finally... someone with a proper bite."

"and someone who doesn't instantly tap when put into submission hold" Eudoxia said, with her hands up, circling her opponent, ready to grapple again.

Reiko grinned before going for a lariat, hoping to bring her down.

Eudoxia was about going to charge at her opponent, but instead she found herself floored flar on her back by a lariat across her neck, leading her to grip it in pain while on the ground.

Reiko stomped on her stomach a few times for added pain.
