Vin wouldn't have an ounce of patience to wait for the other to get to her feet and restart her moves, she was full and waiting for Speranza to get to her knees and look down at her. Once she did, she would send the toe of her boot on a direct trip to her punk opponent's jaw to knock her to the canvas. kneeling shoot kick

Speranza got caught by surpsied by the kick. She landed on the mat. She then rolled to the ropes which she used it to help her get up quickly while starting at her opponent
. Maybe she wants to prep or is thinking about preparing a move who knows.

Vin would stomp on Speranza's trail several times as this American rolled. At one point she let her follow and get to the ropes as she stood guard, bouncing in place by her footwork and, suspecting that Speranza might be up to something if Vin came to that side of the ring as it was something she would do, the brunette would decide to send her a message by fanning her hands to herself to encourage her to come because she wasn't going to go near such an obvious trap. Not if Speranza looked at her like that. She wasn't the smartest woman in Scotland, but she wasn't the dumbest either.

Speranza felt lucky rolling away fast enough so she didn't hit her with a stomp. It seems that Vin was playing the safe game not. Not coming after her was wise choice. Speranza fully go up used the ropes to bounce off the ropes to get Vin but not to close to Vin.
She was trying to trick Vin into attacking her by getting close but stopping herself before she gets into striking range. If Vin does nothing Speranza would go forward a bit with a drop kick.

The British brunette wasn't the smartest person in her group - her inability to throw an insult that didn't result in unintentional flattery or her lack of wit for a witty retort that would stab at the flaws in her hated opponents proved it from time to time; but she wasn't going to be so bold as to approach her opponent on the ropes when there was a Speranza there who seemed to have something on her hands.
She'd be ready for whatever this Italian-American punk had in store for her if Speranza dared to bring it to where she was, standing right in the middle of the ring. And Vin was also confident she could handle her opponent's sinking plan if her own footwork held up.
So, when Speranza left the protection of the ropes to attend to her, cautiously, Vin was already warming up a response with one of her long legs, staring her down, premeditating the moment to deliver one of her kicks to the head to undercut her arrogant intentions. But just when Speranza needed to take one more step to get within range, she stopped. Inopportunely Vin also froze, expectant. Her eyes were wide, deterrent. Plus her body mimicked her opponent's movements and threatened as if the Copperhead had anticipated the event that would make it worthwhile to look at someone like that besides backing away from her initial plan. Perhaps it was her wrestling intuition that made her petrified like that.
Even the crowd seemed to fall silent in anticipation of something happening between that cobra and the leopard, someone launching an attack or making a presumed mistake. But nothing was happening. Each seemed to be waiting for the other to do something, and this could go on forever.
Vin had to say something or those seconds would get longer.
"....Come on. Weren't you going to do something?" She gave a smile to inspire some confidence in her opponent.
Speranza went close to her on her striking distance. She had a gaurd up for a strike. She duck down to avood a hit hopefully then she jump up for a close range drop kick.
Speranza was hoping she would attack but she didn't so she had to do this. She thoigh have a gaurd up to block am attack would help her get in the move.
If it didn't help that much then looks like she would try countered in the air or in the ground of she failed to block an attack like an axe kick or something.

Vin was at a crossroads, not quite sure what to expect from Speranza at this point. They were both waiting for the other to move, and Vin was becoming anxious. She wanted to hit her, not admire her face, her silhouette, or her dramatic scars.
"...You know...are you thinking too much?" she exclaimed. Analysing things in such detail was unusual for the second queen. "Because I don't feel like saying yes to you for a date!" So she jumped up to throw a dropkick at Speranza's chest!
The second queen, the proudest one, wouldn't know what the consequences of throwing the next move would be; but flinching is not an option for her, and she's ready to take what comes next and win!
Vin was about to respond to Speranza as to why she was making such an expression, but the Italian American didn't wait to respond with a kick of her own, launching a drop kick to Vin's chest.
It was a manoeuvre that Vin couldn't avoid because she was chattering, being sent into the ropes, where she would be left hanging and exposed to one more blow.
