There was a bit of relief in getting that blow in. Forcing Tlatoani back gave Tsubasa just enough time to raise to his feet by his own accord and settle himself. The small pop the crowd gave off at the offense wasn't a bad reward either, and he took a calming exhale as focused his sights on Tlatoani again. The kick wasn't much in terms of damage, but it got Tsubasa some time. It seemed to also force the savage princess to recognize the crane prince as something of a threat, as she started to back herself toward the ropes before sprinting forward off them.
He wasn't prey anymore. It was a start.
As she charged forward with a kick Tsubasa went low. Now having a moment to settle his mind he was back in the fight, and brought his arms up to block the kick aimed right for him.
"Ggh," Despite the prep, the blow still had him staggering back, his arms nearly buckling from the larger, heavier fighter's strike and forcing him to stagger back. "Hyaa!" And he tried using that to his advantage, staggering to the side and twisting his body for another roundhouse, this one aimed at Tlatoani's chest for payback.

Re: Crane & Eagle (Tsubasa vs. Tlatoani)
Running forward with some momentum, she would quickly close the gap between herself and Tsubasa though it seemed he had gotten enough time to get back on his feet. No matter, she would simply knock him back down. The Aztec wrestler would bring her leg back before swinging it forward, connecting it with her opponent but he seemed to block it with his arms. This would cause her to glare at him with annoyance. But she could still follow it up with another attack. She would once again move forward but then she saw the kick coming at her. Shit, she had been so focused on the offensive, she forgot to keep her guard up. The Mexican wrestler would attempt to raise her arm up and move her head but it was too late.
The blow connected right into her head and sent her down on the mat, chest first. It wasn't enough to knock her out cold but it was still a brutal blow. The audience would roar at seeing the kick connect. She would bite her lower lip in both frustration and as a way to start concentrating again. She needed to get back into the fight. She would shake her head a bit and attempt to start pushing herself up.

Re: Crane & Eagle (Tsubasa vs. Tlatoani)
And there it was, the opening Tsubasa had been waiting for. Tlatoani's guard was down, her reaction was slowed after her own kick, and the impact of his own bare heel piercing into her skull sent a slight jolt of excitement through his body. It felt like time slowed for a moment as he took in the details of Tlatoani's glare and her faltering legs. She went down. Not by much, and she was definitely still conscious, but the message rang clear now. Tsubasa was not her prey. And the crowd seemed to agree, cheering their praises for the little crane that knocked down the aggressive savage.
Tsubasa stared down at Tlatoani, looking at her with focused, narrowed red eyes. It felt a little wrong to look so cold, but he couldn't stop now. She wasn't showing him mercy, and he couldn't afford to as well. To that end he took a step back, getting a small bit of distance between the two before leaning back and lunging himself forward, shooting his feet forward for a rather intense dropkick aimed right for Tlatoani's face as she was still rising.

Re: Crane & Eagle (Tsubasa vs. Tlatoani)
Now pushing herself up, Isabela was trying to get back into the match. Yeah, she had taken a bit but so what, that was part of the match. You needed to roll with the punches while dishing it out. That is what she kept telling herself as she continued to push herself up. She would get on her hands and knees now, about to push herself up and get back into the match. Just as she was about to stand up, she would feel something hit the side of her face. The force would knock her back down and cause her to roll while she closed her eyes from the impact.
Rolling on the ground, she was now a bit dazed. The attack had taken a good amount out of her. She needed a moment, to put some distance between the two of them. Opening her eyes as she rolled, she saw the ropes getting closer. The Aztec-style wrestler then got an idea in her head. She decided instead of slowing her roll down, she would speed it up and go past the ropes. As she fell out of the ring, she would rotate her feed down and grab onto the apron so she would land feat first. She then took a few steps and got to the barricade that separated the audience. She would turn around and hold onto the barricade for support as she collected herself.

Re: Crane & Eagle (Tsubasa vs. Tlatoani)
Tsubasa wasn't the type of person to show sadism or pleasure in hurting others, but after all that talk of sacrifices and the shots at his attempts at being respectful he'd be lying if he said kick Tlatoani hard enough to knock her out of the ring wasn't satisfying. He could help smiling a little as he watched the savage princess skitter off and out of the ring, along with hearing the crowd celebrate the feat. Earned comeuppance for all that belittling the woman had done before the match started. Tsubasa took a moment to acknowledge the crowd's support, giving a small wave as he looked over to see his opponent inching toward the barricades of the arena, propping herself up against them.
Honestly, it looked a bit pathetic of her. The proud savage warrior left low and injured after talking so high. He frowned at her, his red eyes turning cold once again as he moved to the ropes of the ring. If she wasn't going to return to the ring, then he would got to her. He couldn't exactly pin her or knock her out outside the ring and have it count, but if she was going to coward then he'd have to remind Tlatoani of her own words and fight as if he wanted to win. By any means as the match dictated.
Slipping down from the ropes, he landed on his feet with easy, moving toward the woman. "I told you, Tlatoani-han, blind confidence is how you end up like this." He stated simple. "Apologies for this, but I'll keep attack even if you're still injured. I hope there's no ill will if I leave you unconscious." She gave the same threat after all. Hopefully this woman wasn't a hypocrite as well as a quick talker.
With a tap of his foot, Tsubasa twisted swinging his leg for another roundhouse aimed right for Tlatoani's skull with focused precision.

Re: Crane & Eagle (Tsubasa vs. Tlatoani)
Isabela's plan seemed to work, she managed to get out of the ring and at the barricades, using it as support as she took a few seconds to breathe in. She was actually surprised at how long it took her opponent to come after her. He was already growing overconfident, enjoying how the crowd cheered for him. The match hadn't been going on too long and he was already giving her room. Well, that was a mistake she would capitalize on and wouldn't make herself.
She then saw him come after her, slipping under the ring and then attempting to go with a roundhouse kick. It was a bit predictable, he had already done the move twice before. As such, she would push off the rail and move out of the way, letting him hit nothing but the air before then trying to get behind him. If she managed to do so, she would then try to wrap her hands around his waist before tightening them. If she got that far, she would lift him up and arch her back, setting up a German suplex but just before hitting the ground, she would release, attempting to send him flying into the metal stairs with a release suplex for a brutal counterattack.

Re: Crane & Eagle (Tsubasa vs. Tlatoani)
Tsubasa's kick missed. Again. Even worse, Tlatoani was just playing the weakened rabbit and Tsubasa fell right for the trap. He could feel the panicked sweat starting to build around his forehead, and soon the woman disappeared from his vision. He didn't even have time to turn around this time, only feeling the strong arms of his opponent over his waist. The crane's cheeks redden at the contact, but he embarrassment soon turned to panic as he was hoisted off the ground. His legs kicked at air, the view shifted from the crowd, to the lights above, and then he felt himself flying through the air. A crash to the ground turned to an overhead throw and-
"Graaagh!" It had him crashing right into the steel stairs of the ring's corner. The crowd winced, some even cheered at the brutal act, both sounds and muffled through the waves pain that left Tsubasa a sore back and splitting skull from the impact. He crumpled to the floor of the arena, a heap of scratches from the fall as his felt bumps and bruises along his face. The world buzzed and blurred around him. "W-Wha..." It was all he could let out.

Re: Crane & Eagle (Tsubasa vs. Tlatoani)
Isabela managed to wrap her hands around Tsubasa. Her chest would push up against his back before she would lift him up. Being smaller and lighter than her made this process much easier. The audience would at first would cheer at the sight... that was until she released him before falling onto the floor. The attack would send her opponent crashing into the metal stairs. The Aztec wrestler would then hear the crowd freak out, as they were in awe of what they saw. This caused Isabela to smile as she rolled on her hands and knees before standing up.
Now standing up she would see her opponent on the floor who at the moment couldn't speak properly while the audience was still in shock with what happened. Though it was a brutal blow she knew it was going to take more than that to keep him down. She would quickly move towards him before trying to pull him by the hair and place his head in between her legs. "It seems you got to overconfident, you got one or two hits in and then you thought you had things won. You need to be able to roll with the hits as well as be able to dish them out." she stated as she would then try to place his head between her legs and give a bit of squeeze to lock it in place. With that, she would then try to wrap her arms around his waist and lift him up so his legs were resting on her shoulder. If she managed to do so she would then bend down and attempt to powerbomb him onto the metal stairs for a brutal attack.

Re: Crane & Eagle (Tsubasa vs. Tlatoani)
The blurry world around Tsubasa was slow to focus in. He could still make out some of the muffled sounds of the audience and see the shadow of Tlatoani looming over him. It took all his concentration to just keep himself focused on getting his bearings. He could feel himself being pulled between something soft and warm, along with a slight squeeze that had him blush. It wasn't until he heard Tlatoani's scolding words did the world come back to life. "A-Aah..." Immediately the throbbing sensation around his body forced him to jolt and hiss, face red and body covered in scratches from that first impact.
Before he could truly take things in though, he was grabbed by the waist again and lifted up. Immediately fear took over. He tried kicking about again, but his legs were firmly placed on Tlatoani's shoulders, forced to look down at the woman as his body shuddered in fearful panic. And it wasn't just him. Looking around at the crowd he could see the mix of fear, panic, and excitement in their eyes. Then, he remembered where he was. More specifically, where he was going to be. "W-Wait!" He pleaded, his voice squeaking more than he wanted it to. "Don't do it!" Already his body tensed up at the thought of the pain to come. The crash before already hurt enough. He tried scrunching himself up, tried curling into Tlatoani and force himself further into her face as if it'd protect him.
It didn't stop the fall. And it didn't stop the crash he was so terrified of feeling.
"Noooo!" And the impact had him wailing. As if cut off from strings Tsubasa was left a crumpled heap. "A-Ah... Ah... H-Hurts..." His body tried pathetically to wriggle and roll away from the stairs and Tlatoani. It hurt. It hurt so much. Too much. It feel like something in his spine snapped. Like his arm got hit by a spear. He couldn't even imagine the bruises he'd have from it. Tlataoni said to roll with the hits, but... "W-Why...?" How did anyone deal with this much pain?

Re: Crane & Eagle (Tsubasa vs. Tlatoani)
Isabela managed to grab her weakened opponent by the hair before shoving him in between her legs. With that, she would bend down and lift him up in the air. She would hear the crowd go wild, she knew it, they loved it. She was going to work the crowd, as well as her opponent. Now having her opponent up in the air, she would ignore his weak pathetic pleas of mercy. No this was a fight and a NO DQ match as well. Just as she had mentally told herself before, she needed to show no mercy. The Aztec wrestler would bend her back down and send her opponent plummeting in the metal steps.
Isabela took a step back as she heard her opponent squirm while the audience cheered and went wild. While she had been going on the offensive for a bit now, she was still feeling the previous hits she had taken. But whatever pain she was feeling, her opponent was feeling far worse. "Why? This is a match. A NO DQ match, that means you need to use everything." she stated as she would try to grab his back and place her knees up against his back. If she did, she would roll back and attempt to place him in a bow and arrow hold, trying to hurt his already weakened back. This would also give her some time to heal up from the wounds she had taken.
