Celebrating Our Successes (For Bare)

By all accounts, Sanae had the disadvantage in this matchup, compared to Alizeh. Not only was she smaller, she was younger and less experienced; Alizeh had been wrestling since she was in her teens, and Sanae had only been in the business for a few years. In the past, Sanae had proven that she had it in her to overcome whatever disadvantages she might've had - her victory over Alizeh in their Apex match was just one example, and so too was the fact that in her debut match she'd been able to go the distance through an amazing array of athletic feats that pushed both girls to their limits, and still keep abreast of the action. The fact that Sanae had been able to go toe to toe with Alizeh and keep a competitive edge was definitely something that sent her heart aflutter just thinking about it - it stood as proof that she had what it took to go up against some of the biggest names in LAW and in wrestling, and that meant she had it in her to truly shine.

But right now, the tables had turned. Now, Sanae was the one in control! Sanae had snapped out of her inebriation far sooner than Alizeh had, and while the middleweight was lagging a step behind, Sanae had managed to seize the momentum, taking Alizeh down - and guiding her arm behind her to lock it into place!

Sanae could hear the beach-goers all around her cheering her on, and it only made the smile on her face grow wider and wider. She was doing it, she thought - she was proving she was on the same level as Alizeh Midori, one of the most renowned wrestlers in LAW, and everyone was celebrating her for it! But little did she know, Alizeh wasn't planning on letting Sanae take the lead for long. Soon enough, she was going to start fighting back. And when Sanae felt Alizeh push herself up more and more, bracing all of her weight on her palm and steadily lifting herself up from the sand, it was proof that Alizeh was doing just that! She had managed to collect herself - and now, she was going to let Sanae know that!

The lightweight let out a gasp, jerking herself back from her opponent. She was taken by surprise, but that meant that she had to slip away from Alizeh, just a little. That meant she released just a little bit of the pressure on her foe - and so too, with Alizeh taking back more ground, the middleweight soon saw the opportunity. Now, it was her chance to take control of their lockup, pulling her arm back to exert some pressure on Sanae - and, as the idol felt her center of balance shift away from her and toward Alizeh, she let out a yelp, falling forward into the sand! Rolling on her side, she flopped onto the shore, kicking up some sand in her wake - but she was only down for a few short seconds before Alizeh grabbed her again, whipping her overhead in an arc to slam her head-first against the ground once more!

"W-Whooooah! WHOAH!!" Sanae's arms flailed and her legs kicked as she was thrust into the air, but she couldn't stop Alizeh from doing what she was doing. Moments later, she came down with another thud. A few of the spectators winced at the thought of the impact Sanae had made, and some looked away, but when the dust cleared, Sanae was there, flat on her back with her head spinning and her eyes staring up into the sky.

Still, it was just a moment later that Sanae took in a breath and shook her head, trying to get back to her senses. She kicked her legs up in the air before she went to roll backward into a sommersault to get some distance away from Alizeh. This wasn't over, and she couldn't let her guard down!

Success! Finally Alizeh had landed what felt like her first successful attack on Sanae since this little impromptu spar of theirs began and it was a beautiful german suplex that had sent Sanae flying while Alizeh would immediately turn over and get back onto her feet before focusing on Sanae who just managed to kip up to her feet. 'Show off.' Alizeh thought to herself with a half smile, excitement starting to build up within her as her significantly less impaired now mind now process what was happening. She was wrestling Sanae.

Something she'd been wanting since their rematch ended, and even if the circumstances were less than ideal she didn't care, now that she was aware, she wanted to make the most of this chance! Breaking out into a run as Sanae kipped up Alizeh would try and close the distance between the two Alizeh would leap up in the air as she approached the girl, pulling her legs in as she approached before extending her legs out to drive both her feet into Sanae's chest for a drop kick to send the woman off her feet and flying backwards! If it then the crowd would be forced to back up a bit while they closed in from the other side, effectively following the two as they'd go down the shore... Just so happening to get closer to the water in the process.

Sure enough, Sanae's acrobatic display was enough to win a few cheers from the onlookers, and the idol flashed them a grin and a thumbs-up as she looked back in their direction. Old habits died hard, after all, and no one could say she was anything if not a crowd-pleaser, even for an impromptu spar on the beach that had started as a distraction from her drunken antics. But Sanae would just as soon turn her attention back to her opponent, and as she dusted some sand off of herself, her eyes focused in on Alizeh as she bent lower at the knees to get back into a stance. She couldn't let her guard down now. She'd seen on plenty of occasions how fierce a fighter Alizeh was, and she needed to be prepared for anything from her. Now that Alizeh was coming off the haze she'd been in, it was more important than ever that Sanae stay alert; her opponent was more danagerous than ever. To her, this wasn't them fooling around - this was just as serious and demanding of her attention as any match! When Sanae pledged she would always give it her all, she meant it!

Sanae began to take a few steps closer to Alizeh, but Alizeh wasn't going to wait for her. The middleweight broke out into a run, launching herself off her feet and kicking out her legs to drive both feet into Sanae's chest! With how quickly and abruptly Alizeh was moving, Sanae had no time to prepare herself. Her jaw dropped with a gasp just moments before Alizeh struck, hurling her off her feet and sending her skidding into the sand! The crowd hopped out of the way, but even as the brawl continued down the beach, they followed close behind. No one had any intention of taking their eyes off a spectacle like this!

And for that matter, neither did Sanae. The girl had only picked up more sand in her hair as she went skidding down the beach, and when she finally came to a stop and sat back up straighter, she needed a moment to shake it out, as well as pulling her top into place to make sure nothing was askew. But her eyes locked on Alizeh, who had fallen close by - and even if the two of them had gone to the ground, Sanae had no intention of letting the pressure off of her. She was still determined to fight back! Hoping Alizeh's legs were still in range, Sanae would reach out to grab at one of her feet, twisting it back for an ankle lock as she pulled her leg out straight! It would show off her newfound training in Alizeh's brand of more technical wrestling, and she hoped her friend would notice!

"What do you think of this?" Pulling back at Alizeh's leg, Sanae would just crank harder at the joint before she attempted to get her own legs up, and to toss them around Alizeh's own to transition into a kneebar!

Despite starting as a simple distraction from the intimate antics the two were doing before hand this spar had exploded into a full on match with both Sanae and Alizeh's fighting spirits getting stoked from the the moves done so far! Even if this beach day was supposed to be a rest and relaxation from the non stop bouts the girls had been in, it seemed neither could escape the thrill of suplexing, striking and locking each other in holds, Alizeh was certainly more than ok with it, and with Sanae's performance so far it would appear she felt the same way!

Moreover with Alizeh having finally broken from her stupor she was really getting into things and it showed with the dropkick delivered right to Sanae's chest that sent her further down the beach. Now Alizeh hoped that it would be enough to stun her and open up some more opportunities to deal some damage to her. Unfortunately for her however Sanae was rather quick on a follow up, grabbing her leg and twisting her ankle while locking her legs around Alizeh's own for a pretty brutal ankle lock and leg bar submission!

"Aghhh!" Alizeh cried out in pain, thrashing and twisting about on the sand, trying to pull her leg free but not having all too much luck in doing so and knowing she'd have to change tactics soon. Sucking in a deep breath Alizeh would push her hands against the sand, lifting herself up a bit while lifting her free leg up, giving herself a better vantage point of her opponent before kicking her leg forward to kick at Sanae's own legs as well as her hands holding Alizeh's ankles, trying to make the smaller girl release her!

Ironically enough, the last few seconds had seen Alizeh and Sanae both adopt the tactics that had been more characteristic of the other. When she struck out at Sanae with a dropkick, Alizeh had been using the same sort of fast-paced, high-flying manuevers that Sanae had made a name for herself with, and considering the impact had taken the lightweight off her feet and sent her down the shoreline, they were definitely working. But Sanae had taken Alizeh's advice to heart when it came to training in technical wrestling and expanding her repertoire of holds and submissions - and when she found herself staring up at Alizeh with her legs still pointed toward her head, the idol recognized a setup. With a grin on her face, she reached up to grab for Alizeh's ankle, twisting back at it before grabbing her knee between her thighs to stretch it even further. She looked up at Alizeh all the same, eager to see how she'd react. Not just to keep her attention focused on the match, but also because, in her own way, Sanae wanted to show off - to show Alizeh how far she'd come!

Either way, though, the cries of pain coming from Alizeh right now were well enough to tell Sanae that what she was doing was nothing if not effective! The grin on her face would only grow wider as her heart pounded in her chest with excitement, her fingers tightening around Alizeh's leg to pull at it even harder. It was working - and if that was the case, she was happy to pursue it further! But Alizeh too would manage to fight back. The sand didn't provide the best surface, but it still gave her enough traction to push herself up from the ground - and kick her leg in the air, thrusting it in Sanae's direction!

"WHOAH..!" Wincing from the brunt of the impact, Sanae's teeth locked in a grimace as Alizeh's blow landed with a crack. She had no choice but to let go of her opponent's leg, and as she broke away, the force of the kick was enough to propel her a few feet back, sending her toppling off of Alizeh and rolling across the sand head over heels. But as soon as she came up into a seated position, stopping to shake the sand out of her hair in the process, Sanae shot a glare back toward Alizeh - she wouldn't let this be the end!

Intent on throwing herself right back into the action, Sanae pushed up from the ground herself, looking to spring back onto her feet! If successful, she would take off running toward Alizeh to close the distance before the middleweight had a chance to respond. If Alizeh got back to her feet, Sanae would swing her arm out to deliver a lariat - and if she stayed down, she'd instead hop off the ground and stick her leg out to hit her with a leg drop!

Alizeh whether knowingly or unknowingly had busted out more aerial tactics that she normally reserved for bigger or slower opponents. Not someone smaller like Sanae, yet it worked, at least for the moment before Sanae returned the favor and took a page out of her own book by locking her in a leg bar! But Alizeh wasn't so easily defeated and had managed to kick the green haired girl away from her before rolling backwards and getting up onto her feet, admittedly wincing in the process as she did so from the damage that had been inflicted on her leg from the submission hold. Looking up as she did so it was just a step too late as Sanae suddenly came in, her arm swinging out and smashing into her chest, knocking the air from Alizeh's lungs and taking her off her feet once again! "Ugh!" Alizeh yelled out as she was launched back, falling against wetter and wetter sand as she rolled down the beach, now just at the water edge, sitting up and rubbing her chest, breathless and vulnerable!

Alizeh might have gotten back up, and she might've been prepared to defend herself - but before she could do anything of the sort, Sanae was already upon her! Perhaps the lingering aches in her leg had been enough to slow her down, or maybe Sanae was just that fast! Whatever the case was, as soon as Alizeh looked up, she was greeted by the sight of Sanae coming charging toward her - and from there, the idol slammed a forearm into her chest, taking Alizeh off her feet! The grin spread wider over Sanae's face as her heart pounded with the rising excitement of her success. And with every blow she landed, she was only left emboldened to press her luck further and further - now that Alizeh had gone down, Sanae was going to take advantage of that fact! As she sprung off the sand with her next stride, she swung her leg out, dropping down onto her opponent to drive the air out of her lungs!

A few of the bystanders clapped as Sanae took the momentum. When she sat back up, shaking some sand from her hair, she grinned wide at the thought that she was drawing so much attention from her devoted fans...but what was even more exciting was how she was keeping the pace with Alizeh at the same time! When Sanae looked down, she could see that Alizeh was splayed out beneath her, still stunned from her hard-hitting combo. Now, Sanae saw her chance - and she scrambled on top of Alizeh's chest without a second thought, pressing her knees down against her shoulders while she leaned over to hold down her wrists in a schoolgirl pin!

"Got anything else left in you?" Sanae said with a wink in Alizeh's direction. But for as much as it may have seemed like a taunt, it was also a challenge - she was eager to see how Alizeh could possibly escalate the action from here!

Even with the effects of the alcohol mostly gone from her system Alizeh was now working with a good bit of damage stacked onto her while Sanae had the benefit of a lagged opponent. It left Alizeh hurting and unable to physically move as well even if she knew how or when to move, effectively in a inverse of where she was when this little bout started where her brain was slow while her body was fine. One caught up just too late for the other to now be bogged down.

Left defenseless as a result Alizeh took a clothesline from Sanae, or perhaps it was closer to a lariat since it left Alizeh clear on her back, breathless and about to be worse off as Sanae jumped up and came down hard across her chest with a follow up leg drop that left Alizeh dry heaving!

"Ughhhh...." Alizeh groaned out breathlessly while Sanae readjusted herself on top of her until she was now sitting squarely on Alizeh chest grabbing her wrists and pinning them down before asking if she had more. Despite the lack of air Alizeh would grit her teeth before looking up at Sanae, her eyes answering her question and if it wasn't obvious she would make it so by bringing her legs up, trying to smash her knees into Sanae's back to force the idol off of her and into the water!

Sanae had taken Alizeh off her feet, but she wasn't about to stop there - not by a long shot! She knew she was on a roll, and every hit she managed to land only sent spirits soaring higher - it told her that she was managing to stand up to Alizeh; that she could really do this! For every success Sanae made, it made it seem that much more plausible that she could make another - and when she was this fired up, she was definitely going to try, riding on the explosive energy that surged through her. When she saw that Alizeh was down, the lightweight wasted no time in hurling herself into the sand, her elbow pointed to stab her right in the chest! As she struck, she could feel Alizeh's body cave inward as the air was driven from her lungs! The crowd cheered even louder at what Sanae was putting on display, and she was eager to accept their attention, looking back at the crowd with a wave. When she had this many eyes on her, too, Sanae knew that she had the perfect audience to see her in her moment of glory - as she rolled her weight forward to go for the pin!

"Oooooneeeee...~" Sanae began to count slowly, a smirk on her face. One part of it was to tease Alizeh with the knowledge she had taken her down. But Sanae also wanted to give Alizeh time to respond. Regardless of how this all had started, she was having fun - she didn't want it all to be over so soon. She wanted Alizeh to give her a challenge!

And, in fact, Alizeh did - in fact, she gave Sanae more of a challenge than the idol had bargained for! She opened her mouth to begin counting the two - and it was right then that Alizeh kicked her knees up behind her, driving them right into the back of her skull! In an instant, the smug look on Sanae's face gave way to a wide-eyed gape, and with a scream of pain, she was thrown off her perch, falling forward...and right into the water, where she landed with a splash!

"Ahhk!! Pfft-!!" Sanae rolled herself up, coughing some water out of her lungs before she began to rise to her feet and turned to face Alizeh. This close to shore, the water wasn't deep enough to go higher than her knees, but her landing had definitely caught her by surprise. In the heat of their spar, she hadn't even noticed she was getting this close to the water - until she had landed in it face-first. "I didn't...know that was there-!" she muttered, wringing some droplets from her fingers and shaking sand from her hair.

Alizeh's drunken stupor that she had started the 'match' in had seriously hurt her throughout it. The late start allowing Sanae to get some major hits in on her to the point that, even after coming too a bit that Alizeh was majorly hampered. Now here they were, Sanae being on top of Alizeh and pinning her down against the light lapping of the waves. Leaving her unable to do anything for the moment, at least before Alizeh sucked a breath in, and then pulled her legs up to bash them into Sanae's back and send heer off of her and into the water!

Turning over with a grimace and sucking a breath in Alizeh would push herself up onto her hands and knees before getting her feet under her and standing up. Things were honestly getting desperate now, and Alizeh had to do something to turn the tide. Practically forgetting the crowd behind them Alizeh would charge forward, knowing she had to take the lightweight down before she could get some momentum once again on her! As she neared the girl Alizeh would go low, trying to tackle into Sanae and pick her up before dropping her down into the water, throwing stray forearm shots in the process as she started to roll with her!
