Lauren Fredericks vs. Megumi Mutoh: Shot At Redemption!

Once again, despite being much older Laurens lack of experience in the ring against big time opponents showed. Megumi out maneuvered Lauren and put her in a more secure headlock! The crowd roared as Laurens face was red from the squeeze as well as her own embarrassment!

Lauren grabbed Megumi arpund the waist and grabbed the back of a thigh as she bent her own legs. "I won't be beat like some pushover anymore! Yahhhh!" Lauren screamed as she tried to secure her hold of Megumi, lifting her high in the air as she attempted to use her strength to turn the side headlock into a big backdrop!

Megumi was looking to go for a more devastating move when she heard Lauren's words before the bigger woman grabbed her around her waist and thigh. Then, she bent her legs before she lift Megumi up, throwing her back with a backdrop. "Aaah!!" Megumi yelped, releasing Lauren's head before she fell back first, the back of her head hitting the canvas as well.

"Gaahh!!"

Quickly, Megumi would do a barrel roll before she clutched the back of her head, grimacing. While doing that, she would close one eye, using only one eye to look at Lauren to see what she was going to do next. While she was unable to mount any kind of offense at the moment, she would make sure to keep her eye on Lauren, hoping that she could counter whatever the bigger woman would throw at her.

Lauren grit her teeth pumping her fiat as the crowd booed her dealing a backdrop to their favorite Megumi. She shook her head at them, but did a wave to a couple who were cheering for her.

Lauren lumbered over to Megumi, bending down to pull her to her feet by the hair. Lauren bent down, wrapping one arm around Megumi' s shoulder and her other between her legs, attempting to pick her up off her feet!

While she was still able to see Lauren, Megumi was still having problem defending herself in her current state, and she could only give minimal resistance when Lauren picked her up. Then she was lifted up, making it hard for the former Wrestle Angel to deliver any kind of offense on her opponent.

The only thing she could do was to try smacking her arm right at the side of Lauren's body, hoping to inconvenience the bigger woman as well as to create an opening that she could capitalize on.

Lauren had Megumi up in the air but the strikes made her wobble. Her torsonalready hurt and her still aching legs weren't holding up well leading to a hurting Lauren dropping Megumi down in front of her!

"Damn it... " Lauren groaned as she lost initiative. She sent a sloppy punch at Megumi, hoping to connect to make up for Megumi escaping!

Megumi's attack on Lauren's side managed to disrupt Lauren's plan, allowing herself to break free. This time, she was more prepared with whatever Lauren would try to do to her, and when she saw the bigger woman trying to throw a sloppy punch at her, Megumi would catch her hand, holding it with both her hands before attempting to whip her towards the ropes with an Irish whip!

But right after sending Lauren running with the Irish whip, she would not stay idle as she would chase after her, and the moment Lauren touched the ropes, Megumi would try to deliver a vicious-looking yakuza kick right into Lauren's face, presuming that she had turned around while touching the ropes, hoping to send her tumbling outside the ring with the kick.

"Haaaaahhh!!!"

Lauren missed and felt herself flung to the ropes, boy ding off and right into the kick! She screamed as she was sent over the ropes, crashing hard in a heap on the floor below!

Lauren laid there and kicked the ground qrakly as her hands were out to the side. Ina daze she didn't realize the crushing kick to her face hit her n ose again. Instead of a small bit of blood it was now covering her nose and running a bit over her lips. She breathed out, sending droplets of blood into the air and around her.

Her dazed attempts to wipe it off just smeared it on her face and even got some in her hair. The big woman was a mess, unable to get up or move.

Upon seeing what had happened to Lauren, Megumi had to suppress a flinch, thinking that she might be overdoing it. Still, a match was still a match, and an injury was just an unfortunate side-effect that one had to occasionally experience. Seeing no reason to not press on, she would get to the ropes, grabbing at the top rope before lifting herself up, jumping into the air with a plancha to go for a suicide dive right at Lauren who was outside the ring.

Lauren groaned and looked up, too late to move. A high flying Megumi came crashing down on top of her, making her scream in agony all over again! The crowd roared as a bloody Lauren was laid out, weakly kicking the mat and again covering her face with her hands.

This time it wasn't to hide blood, but to hide the tears as she was again looming every bit the hurt, ineffective big jobber the cheering crowd made her out to be.

Landing right on top of Lauren, Megumi would quickly get up after successfully bringing her opponent down with the suicide dive. Seeing her opponent bloodied and lying on the floor, Megumi would bend down to pick her up before bringing her to the apron, where she would press Lauren's back against the hard surface of the apron.

"Yaaahh!!"

From there, Megumi would start peppering Lauren with a series of strikes, dealing two forearm smashes before she finished off her combo with a kick right across her belly.
