Harper, out of desperation, covers up in a scramble, trying to use her leg to push and shove Harmony away so that she couldn't mount atop her, but it was a risky gamble at best...given Harmony's previous skill with grappling on the ground, there was no guarantee that Harper could keep her away, but she had to try regardless...

In a desperate attempt, Harper uses her legs to try to push Harmony away. This maneuver temporarily hinders Harmony, but with determination, she manages to overcome this resistance. She positions herself on top of Harper, using her advantage to deliver a series of precise blows to her opponent, practicing an effective ground and pound despite Harper's attempted defense.

Despite Harper's struggle and resistance, Harmony manages to maintain control and land powerful shots, forcing Harper to fight back as best she can. The situation is tense, but Harmony continues to exert pressure to try to gain the upper hand in this fierce fight.

Harper is pinned down to the canvas of the cage, held in place by Harmony's weight as the blonde rains down on the candy-themed fighter with another volley of punches. Harper attempts to block as many as she can, but Harmony's oppressive speed and the sheer volume of strikes overwhelm the white-haired woman. A couple of strikes hit their mark, forcing stiff grunts and winces out of Harper, leaving her open for another attempt at a Kimura Lock. She struggles and groans, feeling the intense pressure upon her arm and shoulder as Harmony pushes her closer and closer toward a tap out...However, just when the Butterscotch Bruiser was seemingly going to give up, she noticed the remaining time on the round-timer. She had just ten more seconds left to endure. It was a painful, agonizing period that felt far longer than ten measly seconds. Eventually, the bell rings, and the second round comes to a close. Harper lets out a sigh of relief when it does, having barely avoided a submission loss.

Respecting the end of the round, Harmony slowly releases the hold, letting Harper's arm slip. Out of breath, she stands up and steps back, leaving a little space between them. Signs of fatigue begin to show on Harmony's face, beads of sweat beading on her forehead.Harmony catches her breath, her shoulders shrugging slightly as she smiles at Harper, recognizing her endurance and tenacity.

"You’re tough, Harper. Really amazing. You held on, congratulations."

She gives her a nod, respectful of the combativeness of her opponent.

"Hah-...well, you aren't making it easy for me, that's for sure...Glad I can still hold my own. You're a tough nut to crack." She said, winking at Harmony before returning to her corner to rest. During the break, the candy-themed fighter would ease her sore body as much as possible, trying to recover as much stamina as possible before the next round. Harper wasn't doing any better...If anything, she was steadily declining the more Harmony locked her down. If she didn't manage to end things in the upcoming round, the Butterscotch Bruiser may be looking at another loss on her record...much to her dismay.

Harper had to make sure that no matter what, Harmony didn't take her down to the ground for ANY reason whatsoever.
