Midnight and the Angel - Karen Meadows vs Megumi Mutoh

Moving and adjusting to get back to her feet Megumi was again on her faster then she would have expected and or liked. Instead of getting back up and moving away she felt the girl grab and hold her shoulders before she had much of a chance to move or do anything else. And then she cemented her attack with a sudden strike of knees to her belly.

"Ouugh! Uggg! Uooff!" Karen gasped folding up with the consecutive strikes to her body, and making her tense in general as she started to falter before being pulled into the front headlock. Her hands went around and Grabbed Megumi's arms as she attempted to get some kind of release from her bad situation.

Already putting Karen in the front headlock, Megumi planned to lift her up for a vertical suplex. After making sure that her hold around Karen's head was secure despite her struggle, she would reach down for Karen's trunks before she attempted to lift her up, throwing her over before slamming behind with a vertical suplex.

Upon slamming Karen down with the suplex, Megumi would then let go of Karen's head to see what had happened to her. For her, it's still too early for a pinfall attempt, and she would like to see whether Karen would be heavily affected by the suplex or not. Either way, Megumi planned to keep up with her assault to ensure to keep her advantage over the black-haired woman.

Karen was not going to be able to come up with anything to do if she was taking hit after hit like this and Megumi constantly having an answer for any situation she got out of. Pulled in closer and lifted up in the air after second Karen was suddenly tossed up and over Megumi as she went for a vertical suplex. Suddenly being tossed to the floor and hitting the mat backfirst.

"Aggh!" Karen groaned as her back slammed into the rough mat, causing her to arch her back and move to her rear as she tended to her stinging back. This had to change soon, before Megumi took her down with ease and really set her back. How could she be taken seriously if she was getting squashed like this.

After slamming Karen into the mat with the vertical suplex, Megumi looked at her opponent and bent down. "Come on... don't tell me this is all you got..." she challenged her opponent as she would then yank Karen back up to her feet. She wanted Karen to do more to give her more challenge in this match.

Right after pulling Karen up, Megumi would then fling her towards the nearest corner with an Irish whip. She was planning to come after her, giving herself a running start so that she could leap up into the air, delivering a knee strike right into her chest.

Karen growled as she was lifted up once more with Megumi staying on her like this it made it hard to get back into the swing of things, then she was suddenly tossed up and into the ropes hitting the corner backfirst as she laid there seemingly stunned for now. At least until Megumi charged her, going for the big knee that was sure to scramble her more.

Moving fast Kare would move out of the way and let her eat the corner herself. Avoiding the impact and waiting for her chance to strike looking to knock her down again or keep her in the corner with a dropkick to the chest.

Megumi's eyes widened when Karen managed to get herself out of her way, and she hit the corner knee first. Growling, she would try to get herself out of the corner, but it seemed that Karen had acted fast as she moved away before she went to deliver a dropkick, and Megumi hit the corner chest first as her opponent's boots hit her back.

"Aaagghh!!" Megumi gasped in pain as she took the dropkick. With her taking the dropkick into her back and her chest hitting the turnbuckle, the Wrestle Angel was momentarily stunned. She grabbed the top ropes in order to steady herself, but at the moment, she was in a serious trouble as she was left vulnerable before her black-haired opponent.

That was as good an opening as there could be for an attack, with Megumi hurt on the turnbuckle like that and more exposed after the dropkick giving Karen time to adjust and attack while she wasnt in a position to properly defend herself. Moving in after the dropkick. Karen would try and cause more trouble for her by suddenly driving her knee up into her back right afterwards.

After that she would try and completely hook her arms around Megumi's waist and arms to make sure she couldn't just grab the ropes and stop her from pulling her away from the corner. Giving her the space and the movement to properly jump up and press her knee into her back as she would come down and try to inflict more pain with a backstabber.

Slumping against the corner, Megumi then took a hard knee into her back, and she cried out in pain as Karen's knee was driven right on her spine. "Aaaghh!!" Her grip on the top ropes slackened, which allowed Karen to pull her away from the corner, where Megumi then took a backstabber, aggravating her hurt back even more.

"Uaaaghhh!!!"

The Wrestle Angel flopped onto the mat after taking the backstabber. Arching her body, she writhed on the mat, gasping as she tried to recover from the pain that she took from Karen's attack.

That had to hurt, and while she had targeted the back so far that was just one part of her plan to beat Megumi and secure the win. Looming over her she would stomp down on the girls stomach and trying to cause her to react and jump up while Karen would then grab her hair and keep her up enough that she could hook her leg around her head and then grab it on the other end and try to start choking her out from there.

"Hopefully this answers that question for you Genuis." Karen said pulling on the hold a bit more as she tried to choke her foe out more and more as time passed. After a few seconds she would let it go. It wasnt a move that was going to end the match just wear down the opposition until she was ready to do something else.

Still in pain, Megumi was unable to stop Karen from hooking her leg around her head before she started choking her, causing her to gasp out loudly as she was unable to breathe properly. "Mmmmghhh!!! Hnnnghh!!"

Soon, Karen finally released her from the choke, but the damage was done. Panting and wheezing, Megumi was on the mat, drained from the hold. Shaking her head, she grunted as she remembered what Karen said to her. She didn't think much about her moniker as the genius of wrestling, but sometimes, her pride demanded her to show everyone that people were right to call her as such.

"Nnghh... I-I'm not done yet..." Megumi grunted as she would try to force herself to get back up.
