The generic LAW theme music blared through the arena. Angie was already shuddering at the sensation it reminded her of, her first match at LAW being the worst experience of her life thus far; she wasn't even sure how she made it out in one piece. Keeping such a hurtful memory distant was proving difficult though as once again she stepped through the curtain with trembling limbs and a fearful look on her face.
"And her competitor~ Angie Samson."
The ring announcer didn't even bother giving a enthusiastic introduction to Angie and she knew why. Based on her abysmal first match there wasn't much expectation for her to perform well at all, she was surprised they even bothered to call out her name. Stepping in her socks onto the cold steel of the entrance stage sent a chill up her entire body; She couldn't believe she was here again, walking straight into the clutches of another woman who was sure to cause her more pain and embarrassment. She tried to cancel her contract or weasel out somehow but was threatened with a lawsuit she could not afford~ she felt completely at the mercy of the companies desires and her calendar of matches- which was only growing more and more filled by the day.
Staring at the ring once again she saw her competitor was already waiting, maybe this one would be a bit nicer than the last; or at least would maybe let her go early... She wasn't sure if there was a time limit or anything to this match, maybe they'd be able to quit after a while? She realized she was idly standing at the top of the ramp again and she didn't want to make the staff anymore mad so she began slowly shuffling down the ramp right towards her opponent. Every fibre of her being was telling her to turn around or stop; but she had to go against her own instincts and wishes here.
After taking forever to make it down the ramp she squeamishly looked at the ring and caught a better look at her opponent inside; and she instantly pressed her thighs together. This lady was in amazing shape, her arms looked huge and she could see the outline of her abdomen being shown off extremely prominently.
"Oh my god..."
Angie almost felt like weeping. H-how is this ok? This lady looked like a power-lifter or something~ why would she ever be put against her? She cupped her hands over her mouth and felt herself hyper-ventilating. Her heart felt like it was going to beat directly out of her chest as she stood struck in terror for a brief moment. With a trembling lip she slowly wrapped her arms across her chest gripping each of her shoulders like she was about to jump off a boat. And took her first steps onto the metal staircase at the corner of the ring.
Standing on the ring apron she looked further at her opponent, who was nonchalantly chewing bubblegum and staring at her without a care in the world. She could only imagine the frightened girl that was staring back as she slowly bent over to raise her leg into the ring, feeling the unforgiving material of the ring ropes rub against her thighs... Why did everything here have to hurt so much?
Now actually standing in the ring she could feel her toes gripping the canvas as best as they could through her socks, maintaining her awkward cross-armed pose as she stood pressing her back as hard as possible against the turnbuckle. Staring with dread at her opponent she attempted to stutter out a plea or maybe a question, she wasn't quite sure which as she fumbled her lips trying to decide.
"Ple...Um- I... H-hello..."
