Bill is a powerhouse of a man, he lets his physical presence do most of the talking and does not speak often. When he does speak it is in a low but soft tone; typically only to instruct his opponent on the maneuvers he plans to perform on the effects it will have on their body. His personality is extremely stoic, he does not anger easily or show much emotion at all.
He does not side particularly with the idea of a heel or face, his motives are purely stated match-to-match in which his goal is to grapple his opponent into submission with a variety of folds or squeezes. He wears a beige pair of tight wrestling trunks as he must wear something to the ring and otherwise notably wears a black skull adorned mask which acts as a simple cover for his appearance. His body is built on the bulkier side as this aids him in his wrestling style- Grapples and power submissions.

Strategy: Bill is very slow and methodical in his matches. He tends to focus purely on power moves and grapples, usually skipping wearing down opponents with strikes or fancy maneuvers. This tends to put him at a disadvantage against faster opponents that he may have trouble getting a hold of. However once he has caught his opponent it becomes extremely difficult for them to escape, his holds and grapples are extremely strong and debilitating.
His plan within a match is to begin by incapacitating his opponents body or limbs that may provide them a escape from his holds. Afterwards he will focus on wearing down their energy and resolve, preparing them for his finishing maneuvers which typically involve contorting or pressing his opponents body into extremely painful positions.
Style: Bill only knows what works for him~ he may be very unfamiliar with other wrestling styles or maneuvers but his holds and presses are adept at ending matches at his pace.

Endurance ★★★★★ - Extremely resistant, Bill is able to shrug off attacks to his body easily and due to his stature is difficult to knock down or take a hold of. His weakest point may be his head, but he very rarely shows signs of weakness.
Strength ★★★★★ - Bill is as strong as they come, using his bulk and power he is able to lift opponents with ease and perform his strength based submissions.
Speed ★ - Bill moves extremely slow and sluggishly. He will never run after opponents or make attempts to dodge attacks.
Defence ★★ - Will his defense certainly is lacking, he see's little reason to act on the defensive if he is able to power through his opponents attacks to grapple them. He is able to perform basic counters when he is able to lead them into powerful moves however.
Technique ★★ - Bill lacks most common technique involving proper counters or flow of a wrestling match, preferring a much more intimate strength based encounter.

Strikes ★★ - He almost never goes for strikes; rarely a rogue haymaker or clothesline to debilitate faster opponents will be utilized but he tends to shy away from striking maneuvers.
Submissions ★★★★★ - Bill is extremely adept at punishing and contorting opponents. He is extremely knowledgeable in human anatomy and knows exactly how best to inflict pain in submissions.
Powerhouse ★★★★★ - His slams and power moves hit hard, he uses his strength and large mass to power his opponents into extremely debilitating positions.

Counters ★★ - He mainly focuses on his resistance and poise rather than attempting unique counters. He will know simple counters from time to time but generally may get stumped at advanced moves or submissions used against him.
Signature Move
Small Package Piledriver: Bill places his opponents head between his legs and grabs their thighs. Lifting them up with their thighs pressed against their bodies he holds them upside down before giving way to his legs and dropping them on their head.
Finishing Moves
Two-Winged fold: Standing behind the opponent, Bill wraps his arms around the opponents abdomen and lifts them off their feet. With his left arm holding their abdomen in place he places his right hand on the back of their head and folds them forward until their head is upside down and face is turned towards his body. He then squeezes his forearms against their arms which forces them behind their back before gripping firmly onto their back. This presses the opponents hips further into Bill's body causing immense pressure.
Gates of Steel: With the opponent dangling upside down on top of the corner turnbuckle in the tree of woe, Bill wraps his thighs around their head and begins squeezing hard. He then lifts the opponents by their legs and spreads them into a splits position until each leg is rested on the opposite top rope from one another. With their legs spread, Bill pushes down on their thighs which brings the opponents body higher against his crotch, causing immense pressure on their legs and crotch as well as squeezing their head even harder between his thighs.
Past
Who exactly Bill is under his mask is unknown, or whether that is even his real name. What is known however is he tends to be placed into matches with disobedient competitors and in past promotions was used as a punishment tool against wrestlers who stepped out of line or performed questionable actions. Bill seems to have no credible matches or achievements to speak of; he seems to enjoy his use as a tool for management in whichever promotion he is in and takes no pity against his competitors.
Goals
Bill simply seeks his next match as he has never divulged his goals beyond what management instructs of him. Whether he is targeting a face or heel competitor makes no difference, he treats them the same within his matches.
Attire
Bill wears skin-toned wrestling trunks and a black mask with a white skull design. He opts for the minimal viable clothing so nothing interferes with his powerful moveset. His mask is used as a tool for anonymity which ensures his mystique as a tool used by management rather than any specific wrestler or performer.
Preferred Matches: No holds barred or "I Quit" matches.
Attitude To Hentai: Bill will engage in any match type he is booked for.
