The Devil vs the Gentle Hulk: Deviman(D) vs Manami Kubo

The crowd cheered as tonight's debutant match was sure to be a fierce one as it was NO DISQUALIFICATION which meant, anything goes. Some might ask; "What kind of madman wants their debut match to be a match-type as brutal as NO DQ?" The answer to this question was a man that fancied himself a devil, who delighted in the suffering of his opponents like few ever did. Where was this man now?

He was in the locker room, fully geared up and ready to go. Deviman looked around the locker room and saw many of the men try to avert their gaze from his, they knew starting something with someone like him was sure to not end well. "Cowards." Deviman said as he then gave his locker a hard slam to shut and lock it before making his way out of there and to the Gorilla Position. He had a sinister smile on his face as he thought about all the ways he could have fun with his first victim in LAW. One he arrived, he gave some of the stage hands a glare that caused them to signal the start of entrance theme.

Once he heard his music, Deviman made his way out for the crowd to see him, in the flesh. His reception was a mixture of boo's and cheers, no doubt some in the crowd already knew his reputation from the indie circuits. Deviman would enter the ring and go to his corner, flipping off the booing crowd while he waited for one "Manami Kubo" to come out.

Manami was gearing herself up and nearly running her gas tank dry with everything she was doing. Constant fight after fight, it was like Manami was rushing the whole getting experience part of the business. So much so she didn’t even notice that her upcoming match was a NO DQ match, something that she was totally not used to. Though regardless of match type Manami was going to try to make friends with her opponent. After all nothing wrong with being friendly with people, especially after you crater them with their own body. Best or worst part about the whole thing is that Manami didn’t even know who the opponent was.

Completely unbothered by the whole thing Manami just got herself ready. Finishing the final parts on her hair.Okay tie this here, loop this here, knot this there. While doing this Manami would here the crowd cheering in the arena. Which told Manami that her opponent had made their entrance. Meaning she was soon to make her entrance. Finishing her hair, Manami had put on her finger sleeves. All right! All Done! Manami said as she clapped her face and did one final examination of herself in the mirror. After all was said and done Manami left to do her entrance.

Manami who was used to doing entrances kinda by now. Was more than willing to make things special for the people that support her.

With that Manami came out from backstage with her patented smile at this point. Being infectious enough to fill he crowd with smiles like hers. Manami smiled and waved to everyone watching with her entire body. Showing a level a purity that really only belongs in children. As her music went on Manami was going down the ramp and greeting everyone she was allowed to. Almost wasting time with an entrance like this Manami even signed whatever she could. Hopefully not angering her opponent. Manami eventually reached the ring and climbed onto the apron like a giant and went in between the ropes. Despite being able to walk over the top rope. As one final show before introducing herself to her opponent. Manami did one final flex to the crowd, showing off her beautifully taken care of body.

Now looking towards her opponent Deviman, Manami finally introduced herself properly. Oh my god! You are so cool! I love your attire! My name is Manami Kubo. She said with a smile that only had to be genuine. Now that things were dying down, Manami wanted to start things off on a nice foot. Going to the center of the ring and silently calling for her opponent. Manami tried speaking to the good sportsman side of her opponent. Lets get ready to give these people a great match yeah? Manami finished as she extended her hand out for a handshake

Deviman waited patiently for his opponent. He was certain that Manami was probably quaking in fear in the back at the thought of having to face him. Finally, his opponent's music would begin to play, and he would see his opponent as she smiled and waved her way down the ramp, either she was confident or she had no idea what kind of person Deviman was. Either way was fine to him, it wouldn't change his plans for this match, he was sure to make this match a horrible and embarrassing experience for Manami.

Once she was in the ring, Deviman would stand up straight as Manami addressed him and complimented his gear. "Thank you, yours is pretty cool too." Deviman would say, feigning kindness as best as he could as he approached Manami who had invited him to the center of the ring for a sporting handshake. "Oh certainly, in fact let's make it one neither of us will forget." Deviman said as he took Manami's hand and gave it a bit of a hard squeeze, suppressing the urge to hurl at her sweetness. Once hey let go, Deviman would return to his corner and wait for the bell to not only signal the beginning of the match, but also the signal the beginning of Manami's personal hell.

Manami is one of those “Don’t judge a book by its cover” kinda people. Yet when said book is blatantly showcasing what kinda person they are. Maybe judge a little harshly. Though that’d be to much to ask of Manami. Instead what she did was compliment the man on his gear. Despite being dressed as the literal devil. One way or another this match was going to be a rude awakening for someone. Hopefully Deviman was sturdy enough to make this a longer match than usual for Manami.

A handshake to open a wrestling match says a lot about the two people in the ring. Most heels would go for the nefarious route and try to use this moment as a way to gain an advantage. Not Deviman though, he met Manami in the middle of the ring and shook he hand. Complimenting her own gear, as well as wanting to make this a match neither of them will forget. Manami not knowing the difference between good or bad intent here SURE! That sounds great! Manami said as she went back into her corner before the bell rang and waited with baited breath. Wanting to get this show on the road already.
