Though he looked reluctant, Kimberly's reliable cameraman finally nodded and started shuffling down the hallway, leaving her in yet another empty room filled with wrestling mats where she intended to hold her next interview. One might call her crazy, considering the last time she had put herself in this situation, she had ended up about two more painful squeezes from a trip to the hospital, but a good reporter could not let setbacks dissuade her. She had prepared this time - she wore her wrestling gear, learned what she should expect from her interviewee, and even tracked down some of her favorite lucky perfume that she usually wore to awards shows. Whatever El Rey del Cielo had in store for her, Kimberly had come prepared.
And yes, she knew his reputation. As she strolled back toward the familiar setup, chairs and cameras poised for the interview, she recounted those discoveries. He was a notoriously bold flirt. Couldn't help himself sometimes. She had seen a few of his matches, and boy, did he not hold back with his forwardness in the matches, either. Kimberly had gotten... a bit hot watching a few of them. Guys didn't typically pull those sorts of moves. Tended to be the purview of women like herself, to be frank. Kimberly knew she should stop thinking back to the days of the old, wild journalist-in-training who would go home with that sort of gentleman after a night at the bar, but... she couldn't quite help herself.
Still, despite all she knew and the last round of utter destruction she had endured when she had asked for a demonstration of moves, she still intended to stick with her plan. It was good journalism, good entertainment, and she knew it, and she wouldn't let that opportunity fall by the wayside unless someone outright told her to stop. At least she looked prepared this time and wouldn't end up torn out of her good clothing by the time it ended. ...Though that part had been better than the pain, to be honest.
Whew. She was getting sidetracked. Fanning herself, the journalist stepped in front of a camera to check her wrestling gear one last time before she heard the door squeak and peered up to find El Rey. "Hello! Right on time."
