Josh Journey vs. Lauren Fredericks - Lightning and Thunder

Feeling the pain from the submission hold, Josh gritted his teeth as he endured the pain. Not only that he was feeling the pain around his neck, he also felt it on his spine. Not wanting to remain trapped in the hold for much longer, Josh would bring his hands onto Lauren's arms, looking to pry those arms off his chin, hoping to free himself from the hold.

Lauren felt Josh managing to pry her hands off and she shook her head in anger, her hair flying all over. She let go and tried to stand up to put distance between herself and Josh. She had to try to keep up on him so when he did rise she would attempt to grapple with him hoping to position herself so she could grab hold of him, lifting him up into the air in an attempt to slam him right back to the mat.

Finally freed from the submission hold, Josh would rise back up to his feet, huffing and grunting, looking for any opportunity to turn the table. But then, Lauren approached him and lifted him up before he could do anything before he was slammed down onto the mat. "GAHHH!!" Josh cried out as his back hit the mat. Things didn't look too good for Josh at the moment.

Lauren smiled, she was rolling! She was on top and she felt good about her start so she jumped up and extended her legs looking to crash down right on top of Josh with a leg drop! Lauren was really feeling it so if she was successful she would try to clamp her legs around the head of her opponent and flex her biceps to show off as she attempted to lock in a headscissor hold to really hammer home her advantage.

Laid out on the mat after being slammed down by Lauren, Josh was in trouble as he struggled to recover. Before he could do much, his opponent proceeded to deliver her next attack, which was a leg drop right across his neck! "GUHHH!!!" Left wheezing, Josh was unable to stop his opponent from locking him into a headscissor, and he groaned as he felt her legs clamping on his head. "Urrggghhhh..." He struggled to pry Lauren's legs off of his head, though for now, he desperately kicked on the canvas as he remained trapped in the hold.

Lauren smiled and kept the hold locked in, flexing her biceps and nodding to the crowd. "Woooooooo! These big power thighs will be his demise! Yeah!" Lauren shouted as she was soaring... something that just hadn't happened for her in the ring recently in any stretch lately. She was eating this up and really feeling it, happy with her start to the match as she was taking it to the younger male wrestler!

Josh remained trapped in the headscissor. He knew that he needed to escape this, or else he might be forced to tap out. Bringing his hands onto Lauren's thighs, Josh would try to roll himself to the side, bringing Lauren with him. Hopefully, by rolling himself, Lauren would be having trouble maintaining the hold on him, allowing him to shake himself free and release himself from the crushing headscissor.

Lauren felt Josh adjust and move, forcing her to release the headscissor! She rolled and staggered up to her feet whole shaking her head. She was going to try to get back to him, stepping forward to attempt to engage him in a grapple.

Successfully escaping the headscissor, Josh pushed himself up and grunted, trying to recover and regain his bearing. He saw Lauren closing in towards him, and he would get himself ready for her as he would lower himself, letting the woman come towards him.

Once Lauren got closer, Josh would ram his shoulder into her belly, looking to knock the wind out of her lungs before he attempted to hoist him up onto his shoulders, looking to place her into a fireman's carry. He would then straighten himself up, holding Lauren up in the position.

Lauren grunted and doubled over as she stumbled back, the wind knocked right out of her by the powerful shoulder thrust. She stumbled back on limp legs before being lift up into the air and across the shoulders of Josh. She was stunned and wide open for whatever came next.... this wasn't looking good.
