Azucena was mildly impressed at Sofi’s strength in the lock, however knew she could still overpower her, and quickly wrapped her arm behind like she planned.

However, her admiration was only heightened further as Sofi craftily rolled out and managed to pull the Peruvian into a side headlock instead.

“Not bad!”

She saved her smile for afterwards as she quickly attempted to straighten up, putting one hand on Sofi’s waist and the other on the back of her neck and getting even closer to her opponent before standing on the back of her leg to try and get her down to one knee.

If she was successful, she would use all the strength she could to lift Sofi’s arm up and pop her head out, instead attempting to grab and now keep the woman’s arm dangerously straight and bend it back slightly, putting light pressure to begin with and wanting to return the match into her favour.

Sofi was doing the side headlock well, until she feels Azucena's hands on the waist and in the back of the head, forced to go down over one knee. After that, she gets taken by the arm and feels the slight but painful pressure in that arm, causing her to grunt in pain.

The Latina pulled the arm back a little more, wanting to see how much her opponent could take, noticing her start to struggle.

She then cocked back her left leg slightly before attempting a straight kick to Sofi’s face, a successful connection resulting in her letting go of her opponent’s arm and letting her reel from the kick, circling her again and stretching as she smirked.

“You’re not too bad! Obviously, not good enough to beat me… but still!”

She laughed as she stretched back on the ropes, wanting for her sparring partner to fire back.

Sofi gets kicked straight in the face by Azucena and goes back to the ropes. After hearing her words, she rebounds off and jumps to her shoulders and takes the Peruvian girl down with flying scissors!

The Peruvian readied herself as Sofi bounced off the ropes aggressively and went for a flying headscissors.

Although the Peruvian attempted to dodge, she expected something more grounded, and was caught by the headscissors, Sofi’s thighs tightly clutching her and sending her tumbling to the floor.

‘Mierda… didn’t know she had it in her to go for that…’

It wasn’t the strongest of moves, however Azucena was forced to stir for a while, remaining grounded as she tried to regain her senses.

After throwing Azucena down to the mat with those flying scissors, Sofia getws up and looks at her, waiting for her to get up.

"Hehe, didn't expect it, or did you?"

The woman laughed as she stood up, having regained some semblance of where she was.

“Not a bad move! I’m still taking it easy on you though you know? Wouldn’t wanna break your spirit so early.”

She grinned before she ran back towards her opponent and attempted a Shotgun Dropkick right to Sofi’s chest, aiming to at least rock/stun her a little to set up for further moves.

She knew Sofi was determined but was certain her experience and more polished technical skill could pull her through. Nevertheless, she did ponder in her own mind about her foe.

‘Hm, she can’t have had too much of a fighting background, she seems relatively new. Maybe some athletic or gymnastic background at least? Would explain her agility…’

The Peruvian continued to ponder during the fight, almost enjoying the more mysterious background that she had to try and figure out instead.

Sofia waited for Azucena but she didn't see the Shotgun dropkick and gets hit on the chest, grunting softly after getting thrown against a corner and leans there for a while.

"Good move, i didn't expect it..."

The Peruvian smiled as she slowly walked towards her opponent resting in the corner, ideas flowing through her mind. However, she instead opted to get to know Sofi a little better.

“So, what brought you to LAW? You liking it so far?”

The Latina placed her hands on her hip as she asked, taking a small breather herself and trying to show she was more for conversation at the moment, however she walked quite close, not wanting Sofi to escape the corner.

Sofia rested on the corner after getting up, taking a breather to recover as well. In the meantime, Azucena was walking closer.

"Well, I was watching few matches when I was younger, that made me interested to do it." Sofia said in response to her question with a soft smile, as seeing Azucena getting much closer, moment in which Sofia realizes she was not letting her to escape. But, the argentinian-japanese girl tries to crawl fast between her legs to escape.
