Hero meets her villain - Mikoto vs Haru

The match was going to start soon and Haru found herself scrambling to get ready. "Ok ok, I still have time!" She mumbled to herself as she slipped on her outfit. She shifted around, adjusting her chest just a bit until everything was comfy. "There! Finally! God this is so much harder to do without a costume department..." The former stuntwoman mumbled to herself as she headed for the entrance.

Grabbing her hair clips and headband from a table, Haru began to adjust her hair. Upon peeking out from backstage, she could see that she had a bit more time than she thought. "Oh good...I actually have time for this." She sighed in relief as she took a few steps back. She wanted to make sure she really had the little cat ear look just perfect. It was a cute little touch that she always enjoyed.

Finally everything was ready. And she was still early. That was definitely a relief. With a few moments on her hand, Haru decided to snoop a little backstage and see if she could discover any tricks of the trade before she was called to fight.

Strong footsteps could be heard throughout the halls of the of the backstage could be heard, a girl’s figure rounding the corner and swiftly pivoting her legs around to face her future opponent. She had silver hair, red eyes that were obviously contacts. Her hair was tied up into two drill ponytails and she was wearing a short black blouse with thigh high socks and black sports shoes.

”Hero! You stand before the great and mighty Mikoto Yakamura, also known as The Defiant Darkness of this realm! Know that your doom is at hand within this upcoming match and that there will be no hero living happily ever after in this fight between light and darkness! For I… DEFY YOU!”

She spoke dramatically and to great length, her arm and finger extended towards the hero, her other hand in front of her face with her scarlet red eye between her fingers to show off how cool and edgy she looked.

As Mikoto rounded the corner, she practically ran into Haru. "Waaah!" The pink haired fighter gasped as she took a quick step back. Before Haru even realized who she was talking to, her future opponent started their monologue. With a blank stare and her head tilted slightly, Haru just stook there and took it all in.

Haru's eyes darted around to see if there were any cameras on the two of them or if the other woman was just doing some method acting behind the scenes. If the latter was the case, they were doing a good job and looking great doing it. Admiring the dedication to the craft, Haru decided to take their example any play along.

After taking a deep breath, Haru would give a speech of her own. "Bark all you want but no evil is a match for Haru Matsuno!" She declared, hands now planted firmly on her hips. "As long as this hero's around, you won't be casting your shadow anywhere!" Haru nodded, reassuring herself a little as she hoped for some form of approval. Without a crowd though she wasn't too sure she was playing the part well enough.

Despite Haru's efforts to look for cameras, there were none. This was 't some bit Mikoto did to appeal to her fans. She was doing this because this is how Mikoto was. As her future opponent started acting back, Mikoto was almost taken aback by her reaction. No one had ever went along with her before now and it kind of left the wrestler speechless.

After a noticeable moment of silence between the two girls, Mikoto turned away for a second, pinching her own cheeks while blushing a bright red for a moment to snap herself back into the Defiant Darkness persona.

"A-Ahem..!" she cleared the nothing that was in her throat before getting back in her dramatic position, her cheeks were still red and het voice was a little shaky. "Hmph! As if your puny worthless abilities even stand a chance against someone like me! I'll shall be waiting for you in the ring! Come if you wish to be humiliated in front of everyone! she challenged, quickly turning away and speedily walking off in an obvious rush to start her entrance.

Haru tilted her head slightly. The whole situation was a bit puzzling. It didn't seemed that Mikoto was trying to intimidate her, but with such cute flushed cheeks, her actions were having the exact opposite effect. More than anything, Haru wanted to just pinch Mikoto's cheeks and tease her. But she'd feel bad just disregarding the effort they were putting into their act. And so Haru continued to play along. Even if there was no one watching, she could definitely use the practice.

"Someone like YOU is about to be taken down a peg by someone like ME!" Haru responded, hands now planted firmly on her hips. "And I'll make sure to show the crowd why it doesn't pay to be someone like YOU" She'd continue.

And just like that, their exchange was over. Mikoto swiftly turned to walk away leaving Haru to figure out what had just happened. She'd shrug her shoulders and head towards the entrance. Things would sort themselves out in the ring after all.

Making her entrance, the lights in the arena shut off completely as a voice echoed throughout the arena, "BE ENGULFED IN DARKNESS SO YOU CAN BE REBORN IN THE LIGHT!" the voice boomed as a single spotlight shown upon the entrance and there Mikoto was, posing for all of her fans that cheered for her.

After making herself known, the Defiant Darkness walked down the entrance with an aura of confidence that few could match. Once she made herself to the ring, she climbed up onto the apron and then into the ring, once again posing for the audience.

Of course that was not all. She was wearing a jacket which she promptly ripped it off to reveal her brilliant outfit which consisted of a fancy short black dress which one could easily look under if they tried, and as she stood on top of the turnbuckle, the audience members could get a good look at. Of course she wasn't wearing shorts underneath.

Watching from backstage, Haru was admittedly impressed with Mikoto's theatrics. Far from being a popular wrestler at the moment, she didn't really expect all that much from her opponent. It had become clear though that they were just as fond of the craft as Haru was. She felt bad that she didn't have such a dramatic announcement but her spunky entrance would have to be enough. And so as she heard the announcer call out her name, the pink haired heroine bolted from backstage.

Perhaps a bit too excited, Haru had rushed to the ring with barely any spectacle aside from a few high fives to some onlooking spectators. Quickly she'd just hop into the ring, vaulting over the ropes to make her entrance. Of course she had gotten a glimpse under the other wrestler's skirt. Should she point that out to them? Probably. But no one could be all hero all the time and so she didn't.

As soon as she was in the ring, Haru turned right towards Mikoto. "Gonna be pretty hard to engulf anything in darkness with this shining star blinding the heck out of you!"

"HMPH! All stars die at one point in time!" she snapped back, quickly pushing off of from her turnbuckle to walk towards her opponent and puffed out her chest to look superior and more intimidating to her opponent. She would get close enough to where their breasts would squish against each other. Mikoto was hoping that hers were bigger to show off her sexual superiority as well.

She didn't exactly know why, but every fiber in her being was saying that she wanted to be better than Haru.
While Mikoto didn't know, the reason why was primarily because deep down, she was extremely happy by the fact that someone was actually playing along with her. It was something she didn't get to experience very often. So she wanted to go all out and show just how cool she can be. It wouldn't be much longer before the bell would ring after a bit more banter between the two of them.

Haru was anything but intimidated by her foe's display. Mikoto was just playing the cutest little villain. If anything, she was holding back a little giggle. But she couldn't let that show. She had to at least appear to take this performance completely seriously! Plus it probably wasn't a good idea for Haru to let her guard down as she was sure at least their fight wouldn't be just performative. And so for now she stepped forward, shoving her sizable chest against her opponent's, squishing against her while wearing a confident grin.

"Heh well after I show everyone what I can do this match, this star's memory is gonna live forever!" Haru still had to work on snappy comebacks, but that would do for now. There wasn't any time for another take anyway with her initial words followed by a loud DING! "Aaaand action~!" Haru sprung into action the moment she heard the bell. She reached forward to wrap an arm around Mikoto's neck! "Gotcha!" Haru exclaimed! She squeezed tight, shoving her foe's face against the side of her chest.

Mikoto wasn't entirely used to her arguments going for this long. Usually people eventually give up when trying to argue with her which meant that Mikoto won in her mind. But Haru wouldn't give up, this lead to her most recent response to fluster the Defiant Darkness mainly because for what was probably the first time in a while, she ran out of dramatic comebacks to say.

But feeling as though she needed to come up with something, she tried her best to stutter something out. "W-Well! You're- EEP!" she had been so lost trying to come up with a comeback that she hadn't even noticed that the bell had rung until Haru was already launching herself forwards. In her panic, she tried to grab onto Haru, but the hero wrestler slipped past her grab and managed to get her arms around the Defiant Darkness' neck in a clean chokehold!

Mikoto's tongue jolted from her mouth while she was being strangled in the hold, unable to say anything while her arm grabbed onto the arm that was wrapped around her neck while the other gripped onto Haru's shoulder in pain. Because of Mikoto's mistake, it was clear that Haru would be the first to have the advantage in this match.
