Gathering clouds - Sunny Soule vs Kodama Suzume

Suzume was letting out her anger in a very straightforward fashion though much to her frustration, Sunny was quite adept at defending against it. Not only that but the referee approached her and ordered her to stop before preparing to count. This sport was ridiculous to her, on one hand, you have people delivering piledrivers from the top rope and that's perfectly fine, then when you start throwing punches on the ground for too long you can get disqualified. It was her opponent's own fault for not being able to get out for goodness sake! But she nevertheless stopped halfway through a strike.

She stood up without a hurry and stepped back, resting her back against the ropes. "Just stay down and let the ref count you out, this is a waste of my time." She said, shaking her head. Under normal circumstances, she wouldn't stand for that but as it was, this match was getting under her skin and she would rather have it over with and spare herself interacting with the blond.

Sunny Soule just kept her arms up, taking a few hits that really rattled her, but the Breezy Blonde stayed strong, trying to protect herself until the referee forced Kodama away! When her opponent stood up and walked away, Sunny winced as she say up, rubbing the side of her head as she raised her brow, looking at Kodoma as she told her to just lay down. "Dude... Do you want me to stay down or not? Give you a challenge or not?" asked Sunny, pushing up and shaking her head clear. "Getting maaaajor mixed vibes, babe!"

The Hawaiian would take a deep breath and say, "But like, if you're afraid of wasting your time, I can help it by ending this match quicker or whatever." Then, Soule would make a sprint towards Kodama against the ropes. When she got close though, instead of going for a very clear and obvious strike, Sunny abruptly dropped her body down, planting a hand on the mat before swinging her body and her leg in a big Capoeira Kick, aiming to smack the smug right off of her arrogant opponent!

Suzume waved what Sunny was saying aside "Whatever suits you, it's not like it makes a difference really..." She trailed off, not even looking at her opponent until she heard quickened steps, lowering her gaze again to see what Sunny was trying to do. The girl was up faster than Suzume gave her credit for and was closing in, just as she was about to get in range, Suzume dropped into a guard to block the incoming strike but instead, her opponent dropped down and instead came at her with a kick, sending a cracking sound throughout the arena as Suzume fell to all fours, grabbing her jaw but remaining on the ground trying to stop her world from spinning

Sunny Soule's big Capoeira Kick landed flush with Suzume's head, allowing the leggy blonde to gracefully stand in position once more, smiling happily. "Like, see? I'm doing pretty good right now," said Soule, flashing a smile at her opponent. She had taken the bulk of the beating so far, but she had to fight through those aches, and she did so with grace.

"One sec, babe," stated the Breezy Blonde simply, running to the ropes once more. She would then get close to Kodama while the girl was on all fours, unassuming of her position. Soule would then leap into the air, performing a somersault with her leg extended for a move she called Sunset, looking to crash her heel right on the back of her foe's head! A big, effective move for Sunny if she could hit that could change the pace of this match up!

Kodama was still pealing herself off the floor when Sunny spoke, turning her head and trying to push back up only when her opponent was already on the move and while still recovering from the previous strike, she could do nothing to avoid what came next. Sunny's foot impacted the back of her head from above and with all the weight of the blond, Suzume was pushed down to the mat, all the force concentrated on her head as with a resounding thud she crushed down below her opponent.

Her vision was blurry, her limbs feeling like they were made of paper. She coughed, tasting some iron. She couldn't do much else though in the state she was in only trying to reach for the ropes with her hand as she tried to collect her mind back together.

Sunny Soule's Sunset drilled Suzume on the back of the head, and also looked rather flashy from the Breezy Blonde as well. She stayed sitting on the mat with a big smile on her face before saying, "Sorry babe... But you kinda made me do it." Then, Sunny would go crawling at the same pace as Kodama was towards the rope. "But I think we need to chill out. Maybe submit a little bit or something."

Then, Sunny would wrap her legs up between Kodama's, rolling over to send both of them away from the ropes! Then, Soule would adjust the placement of her legs and feet until Suzume was locked into a simple Lotus Lock, that she had renamed the Love Lock. Sitting back, Sunny would casually recline with her arms behind her head as she kept Kodama in the maneuver, letting her strong legs do all the work for her.

With some of her conciousnes returning Suzume gave her opponent a furious look. She had to admit her own ego got the better of her but she'd not be just taking insults like this lying down. Unfortunately for her, before she could do anything else, Sunny rolled her away from the ropes and started to apply a submission hold. 'GGHHHHR!" She roared in pain as the hold was locked in, looking around but finding that the ropes were too far away for her to reach, soon enough, referee asked her if she'd like to give up to which she furiously shook her head.

Pain served as a good way to wake up a groggy mind and the cobwebs from the previous move she was subjected to began to clear enough for her to figure a way out. With Sunny as relaxed as she was back there, Suzume would bring her legs closer to her chest, then try leaning forward and grab the woman's thighs from the inside, greeting her teeth as the pain grew more intense before trying to stand up with Sunny still attached to her back. If it worked as she hoped she would then drop down to spike her opponent's head down to the mat in an improvised driver!

Sunny Soule continued to recline as she kept the Love Lock secured around Kodama. She was happy to get her to slow down and be just a little less aggressive for the moment. It also let her powerful legs to do all the work, which the Breezy Blonde was more than fine with. Kodama briefly tried to get to the ropes, but it was clear to both of them that it wasn't quite an option right now.

"Baaaabe, just let me know when you want me to let go of the hold. The safe word is 'I Quit'," said Soule in a cheeky tone, looking rather satisfied with herself. But Suzume found her strength and was able to start lifting up. When Sunny tried to remove her legs to get away, Kodama had instead held onto them. And in moments, Soule was dangling off of Suzume's back, making her panic slightly from what she was certain wasn't going to be a good landing.

When her opponent dropped down, Sunny threw her hands towards the mat. It dulled the full impact of the move, but still left her with a stinger on her head, making her flop back onto the mat on her front, holding her head in pain! Soule was certainly stunned for the moment, and she wasn't about to follow up quite yet!

Suzume's tactic worked and she managed to not only get free but also strike back at her opponent. She stretched her back and arms right after being freed, It was certainly not a hold she wished to be stuck in ever again but at least she found one, somewhat reliable way to break free. That however did not change the fact that she should not have been stuck in it in the first place, a fact that was getting her increasingly angry and she was about to let her opponent know all about that!

Having landed one blow to Sunny's head, Suzume would not let up now, especially, having the blond in the position as perfect as this. She would cross the woman's legs and place one of her own behind them for stability before reaching for her arms, then, she'd try to loft her off the ground by them right before raising her other leg and sending it to the back of the woman's head in a curb stomp!

Sunny was on the mat, holding her head in pain as she struggled from that abrupt drop. The blow was keeping the Breezy Blonde down as she stirred on the mat. She knew she couldn't continue to lay there, especially with how nasty Kodama Suzume seemed to be. She would want to get away from her opponent sooner than later. The Hawaiian let out a groan as she started to push herself off the mat, only for her arms to be snatched from her after. She let out a loud gasp, trying to tug her limbs back, but they weren't moving.

And then suddenly a curb stomp leveled into her head, planting her face directly into the mat hard! Sunny would stay quiet as she laid there, completely stunned and dazed from the stomp on the back of her head. She was certainly in no condition to fight back immediately, and Sunny simply laid there on the mat, trying to get her mind to focus after that awful shot.
