Meeting the Pride: Dawn Wilder vs Alizeh Midori

Far from the most sturdy of talent, this match was set to reach an early conclusion if it weren't for Dawn's quick thinking. Even as their bodies were separated, the blonde kept a bent stance while trying to catch her breath, still scowling at the other wrestler for choosing such demeaning methods. If one wasn't willing to accept a branch, they may end up feeling the thorns instead.

Once Alizeh charged forth, the lightweight would only just sidestep slightly to avoid harm and meddle with the hostile woman's balance further. If this worked, she would quickly make use of her time to pivot behind Alizeh and throw a sharp shoot-style kick to her upper spine. Rather than let her opponent topple forward, she would immediately follow up to grasp her foe's shoulders to draw her back instead as Dawn leapt up to drive two knees for a backstabber!

Alizeh was angry. Genuinely angry. For the first time in a while to the point that in a rare instance, she was essentially the heel of this match. Slightly dazed and barely regaining her balance Alizeh would shoot forward, attempting to land a leaping kick on Dawn! Unfortunately for her though, the kick was rushed and had openings galore.

Openings that Dawn was sure to take use of. 'Shit!' Alizeh thought to herself watching as Dawn side stepped it. Landing in a stumble Alizeh was left totally vulnerable as a kick immediately hit directly into her spine! "Gah!" Alizeh yelled out in pain, colliding against the corner with a groan. Perfect for Dawn to leap up, grabbing Alizeh's shoulders and pulling her back for an even worse backstabber! "GAHHH!" Alizeh cried out in pain, bouncing away from Dawn, clutching her back in pain as she sat up, stunned fully from the blow!

While not at the greenette's level of rage, one couldn't approach Dawn in her current state without receiving a few cuts. Even after the wicked backstabber, the burning aura still hasn't subsided yet and probably would remain until one is finally put down. Only a second after dropping Alizeh, the lightweight would return to an upright posture, not losing sight of that busted back.

A single target to hound on for her current mission, so once she was standing, Dawn's arms shot forth to clench her opponent's wrists, leaving no room to nurse any backpain before or after. Alizeh would then feel a raised knee pressed against her spine, followed by compression in her shoulder blades thanks to Dawn's seated surfboard hold!

Laying on the mat and holding her back while panting in pain Alizeh would groan softly, trying to rise back up, only to be cut off by her opponent. "Ngh..." Alizeh grunted out as her arms were grabbed and she was pulled up to a seated position.

"AGHHHH!" She then cried out in pain as the seated surfboard stretch was locked in against her! "Ngh... gah..!" Alizeh groaned out, gritting her teeth as she tried to get her knees under her. The hold hurt, but she was more than determined enough to try and push herself up to a vertical position, to try and negate the hold!

"Enough and yield!" Even with now seeing this as a natural disturbance, if Alizeh finally knew her opponent was worthy to hang around this flock, this little dispute could finally be swept aside. Both looking like really formidable competitors, even if it is seen as more impactful on the blonde's front due to her opponent's reputation.

Even with a combination of strength and balance, it felt like the controlled wrestler would still bite past death like a rattlesnake. "Aahhhhhh...Aaahhh!" Slowly overpowered by Alizeh's rise, resulting in the lightweight now lying on her back.

Despite getting bombarded and stretched out by Dawn for the last few minutes Alizeh wasn't done just yet, she had managed to fight her way out of the surfboard and push Dawn on her back as a result! Huffing and puffing slightly from doing so she would cast a glimpse down at Dawn and then towards the ropes before deciding on what to do as she ran towards them, rebounding off the ropes and heading right back towards her opponent, leaping up and flipping through the air as she approached and came down intending to hit Dawn back first with a running senton!

She just couldn't break through that shell and instead just exhausted herself in the process. Taking heavy breaths as she was forced to lay down, it seemed Dawn might overexert herself by holding onto this anger. Without the stamina to move even an inch, she could glimpse at the skylights only for her heart rate to abruptly rise as the sound of footsteps approached.

Alizeh returned the fight, causing the blonde's fragile frame to almost snap right there. Releasing a soft yelp due to the senton, one would have expected the lightweight to get steamrolled right here, but something unusual followed after as it were a survival mechanism. Rather than cower and let Alizeh perform a follow up attack, she as if instinctively wrapped her legs around the greenette's body, ensuring that there wouldn't be room for a follow up. Provided this disoriented Alizeh enough, her arms suddenly burst out to encircle the other wrestler's throat as if completing a sleeper hold.

Despite the submission hold Dawn had on her previously Alizeh managed to turn things around a bit with her escape from it, stunning the blonde in the process. Something she was keen to try and take advantage of further by breaking into a run and bouncing off the ropes, trying to crash directly into Dawn with a senton!

However as she did so Alizeh encountered a problem in the form of limbs suddenly lashing up and around her! "NGHHH!" Gasping sharply as her air supply was suddenly cut off Alizeh's hands immediately went to Dawn's arms and legs respectively, trying to pull and tear at the limbs to make her let go, but stuck in the center of the ring, and with the limbs not moving, she was stuck in a rather precarious position!

While her torso left a large print in the canvas, Dawn's weapons managed to remained robust. A mental struggle for the blonde to avert registering any pain induced by her opponent's recent senton. Laying back as possibleeven if drawing Alizeh into a bodyscissors sleeper combo could potentially sandwich the lightweight even further.

"HNGHHHHH..." Alizeh would be forced to hear a few growls as her captor was desperate to fortify this hold by all means. No matter how the greenette flailed around, causing their heads to collide occasionally, Dawn kept herself stiff as if inclined to end their dispute in this very spot.

Struggling and straining against Dawn's grasp Alizeh was stuck in a terrible position, her oxygen supply rapidly dwindling under Dawn's sleeper with each and every passing second. 'Damn it... no...' Alizeh thought to herself, gagging slightly under Dawn's squeeze, the ropes way too far away from her to hope for a break that way, likewise she was way too low on air to properly fight back and untangle her limbs from her neck, all as her vision started to dim more and more, and her movement started to slow more and more.. until she went totally still. Arms dropping down limp, prompting the ref to move in and lift her arm up to start the ko check!
