Seeing them cheer and root for her gave Hikari a bit of confidence to stay. She gave them a shy smile while meekly waving to the crowd while walking down the walkway to the arena. She was scared, but she felt like she had the crowd's support to keep her calm at least. How long that would last was a mystery. Upon entering the arena, she would finally get a look at her opponent. She seemed strong, tough, intimidating and most of all... Confident. Basically everything Hikari thought she wasn't. It scared her, and she couldn't look at her for long without either getting embarrassed or frightened, so she focused on the crowd instead. That's who she was here for. Once she was done appealing to the crowd, she quickly ran over to her turnbuckle, still refusing to look her opponent in the eyes. "U...Um... G...Good luck..." she told her but not making enough sound for her to be clearly audible.

"Eh-?...What was that, punk? G-g-g-good luck? Yeah, right." Jiyuu replied. She mimicked Hikari's stutter as a means of mocking the poor young woman. She took a second to examine her opponent, looking the anxiety-riddled woman up and down. "Who needs luck when I'm fighting someone as pathetic as you? You look like you're about to die from embarrassment. Also...The Shy Rocker? Seriously? You didn't even try to hide it. Even my friend with stage fright can perform better in front of a crowd." She said, going on a cruel tirade by ceaselessly taunting and berating her, being a total bitch to the rockstar-themed fighter who seemed envious of Jiyuu's confidence. She storms over to Hikari, getting right up in the woman's face, much to the referee's dismay, and proceeds to verbally assault the woman. "Listen, bitch-...I'm not here to babysit or hold your hand. I'm here to kick your little, sorry ass, collect a paycheck, and hit the bar afterward...So-...do me a favor and make this easy on both of us. I'd rather not waste my evening on small fry like you, understand?" She said. Once the bell rang, Jiyuu would punctuate her prior statement with a sudden Big Boot straight to Hikari's stomach, aiming to knock the smaller woman down as she took an early cheap shot.

Listening to her opponent berate nearly everything about her, Hikari nearly froze up, feeling as though she was going to cry. She took everything her opponent said to heart. She barely even heard the bell ring before her opponent would manage to shove her foot into her stomach and cause Hikari’s figure to hunch over and clutch her stomach in pain with some tears forming in the corners of her eyes.

She cried out, her figure shaking. She obviously couldn’t take strikes well because moments even after just one hit kick, she would nearly fall over against her opponent. The crowd gasped when they all realized the differences in strength.

"Pffft-...GOD, you're PATHETIC." Jiyuu said, smirking and laughing in Hikari's face after planting her boot firmly against the smaller woman's midsection. Watching the girl crumble before her was such a satisfying fight, but Jiyuu wasn't going to win this solely by pummeling Hikari alone...she needed to handle things with a far more 'gentle' approach. As Hikari flopped against Jiyuu's pudgy body, the frog-themed wrestler would grab her opponent and bully her into the nearest corner, pushing Hikari's back into the turnbuckle and trapping her there. The green-clad wrestler proceeded to kick the Shy Rocker over, knocking her onto the floor on her hands and knees, wanting to make her crawl like a dog as she lifted her foot and SLAMS the sole of her shoe across the most sensitive part of Hikari's tailbone, looking to elicit more screams and shouts of pain-filled cries as the pudgy-bellied bully batters her foe around.
